1The TanSat mission: preliminary global observations显示文摘The Chinese global carbon dioxide monitoring satellite (Tan Sat) was launched successfully in December2016 and has completed its on-orbit tests and calibration. Tan Sat aims to measure the atmospheric column-averaged dry air mole fractions of carbon dioxide (XCO_2) with a precision of 4 ppm at the regional scale, and in addition, to derive global and regional CO2fluxes. Progress towards these objectives is reviewed and the first scientific results from Tan Sat measurements are presented. Tan Sat on-orbit tests indicate that the Atmospheric Carbon dioxide Grating Spectrometer is in normal working status and is beginning to produce L1B products. The preliminary Tan Sat XCO_2products have been retrieved by an algorithm and compared to NASA Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 (OCO-2) measurements during an overlapping observation period. 2Key residues of the receptor binding motif in the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 that interact with ACE2 and neutralizing antibodies显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),caused by the novel human coronavirus SARS-CoV-2,is currently a major threat to public health worldwide.The viral spike protein binds the host receptor angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)via the receptor-binding domain(RBD),and thus is believed to be a major target to block viral entry.Both SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV share this mechanism.Here we functionally analyzed the key amino acid residues located within receptor binding motif of RBD that may interact with human ACE2 and available neutralizing antibodies.The in vivo experiments showed that immunization with either the SARS-CoV RBD or SARS-CoV-2 RBD was able to induce strong clade-specific neutralizing antibodies in mice;however,the cross-neutralizing activity was much weaker,indicating that there are distinct antigenic features in the RBDs of the two viruses.This finding was confirmed with the available neutralizing monoclonal antibodies against SARS-CoV or SARS-CoV-2.It is worth noting that a newly developed SARS-CoV-2 human antibody,HA001,was able to neutralize SARS-CoV-2,but failed to recognize SARS-CoV.Moreover,the potential epitope residues of HA001 were identified as A475 and F486 in the SARS-CoV-2 RBD,representing new binding sites for neutralizing antibodies.Overall,our study has revealed the presence of different key epitopes between SARS-CoV and SARSCoV-2,which indicates the necessity to develop new prophylactic vaccine and antibody drugs for specific control of the COVID-19 pandemic although the available agents obtained from the SARS-CoV study are unneglectable.Chunyan Yi Xiaoyu Sun Jing Ye Longfei Ding Meiqin Liu Zhuo Yang Xiao Lu Yaguang Zhang Liyang Ma Wangpeng Gu Aidong Qu Jianqing Xu Zhengli Shi Zhiyang Ling Bing Sun 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,6:13

4Presence of carboxylate salts in marine carbonate strata of the Ordos Basin and their impact on hydrocarbon generation evaluation of low TOC, high maturity source rocks显示文摘The total organic carbon(TOC)in the marine source rock of the Ordos Basin mostly ranges from 0.2%to 0.5%.The industrial standard commonly states that the TOC value has to be no less than 0.5%(0.4%for high mature or over-mature source rock)to form large petroleum reservoirs.However,gas source correlation indicates that the natural gas in the Jingbian gas field does receive contribution from marine source rocks.In order to determine the effect of carboxylate salts(or called as organic acid salts)on TOC in highly mature source rocks with low TOC value,we sampled the Ordovician marine source rock and the Permian transitional facies source rock in one drilled well in the southern Ordos Basin and performed infrared and GC-MS analysis.It is found that both kerogen-derived organic acids and carboxylate salt-conversed organic acids exist in both marine and transitional facies source rocks.The carboxylate salt-conversed organic acids mainly come from the complete acidification of carboxylate salts,which confirms the presence of carboxylate salts in the marine source rocks.Although the C16:O peak is the main peak for the organic acids both before and after acidification,the carboxylate salt-conversed organic acids have much less relative abundance ahead of C16:O compared with that of the kerogen-based and free organic acids.This observation suggests that the kerogen-based and free organic acids mainly decarboxylate to form lower carboxylic acids,whereas the carboxylate salt-conversed organic acids mainly break down into paraffins.By using calcium hexadecanoate as the reference to quantify the kerogen-derived and carboxylate salt-conversed organic acids,the high TOC(>2.0%)marine source rocks have low carboxylate salt content and the low TOC(0.2%–0.5%)marine source rocks contain high content of carboxylate salt.Therefore,for the marine source rocks with 0.2%–0.5%TOC,the carboxylate salts may be a potential gas source at high maturity stage.LIU QuanYou JIN ZhiJun LIU WenHui LU LongFei MENG QianXiang TAO Ye HAN PinLong 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,12:9
5The significance and variation characteristics of interlay water in smectite of hydrocarbon source rocks显示文摘To investigate variation characteristics of interlayer water bound up with organic matter in smectite, organo-clay complexes extracted from grinded source rock samples were determined using thermo-XRD, DTA and PY-GC. The d001 diffraction peak of organo-clay complexes is postponed from 250 to 550°C before reaching 1.00 nm and accompanied by exothermal peaks on DTA and organic matter with abundant C20-C30 carbon detected by PY-GC, which is different from single smectite and indicates the existence of organic matter in the interlayer of smectite. Water desorption characteristics of organo-clay complexes are in consistent with smectite at 100 and 600°C, but different from smectite at 550°C with an additional dehydration peak and a remaining d001 diffraction peak, suggesting the water removed at 550°C is interlayer adsorption water rather than constituent water of clay minerals. Comparing the dehydration order and water loss, we conclude that part of interlayer water of smectite may act as the 'bridge' that binds organic matter and smectite, which results in water-expelled lag beyond 250°C and may provide a good medium for hydrocarbon migration and oil pool formation.CAI JinGong LU LongFei BAO YuJin FAN Fu XU JinLi 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,3:6
6Multiple interferences suppression with space-polarization null-decoupling for polarimetric array显示文摘The adaptive digital beamforming technique in the space-polarization domain suppresses the interference with forming the coupling nulls of space and polarization domain.When there is the interference in mainlobe,it will cause serious mainlobe distortion,that the target detection suffers from.To overcome this problem and make radar cope with the complex multiple interferences scenarios,we propose a multiple mainlobe and/or sidelobe interferences suppression method for dual polarization array radar.Specifically,the proposed method consists of a signal preprocessing based on the proposed angle estimation with degree of polarization(DoP),and a filtering criterion based on the proposed linear constraint.The signal preprocessing provides the accurate estimated parameters of the interference,which contributes to the criterion for null-decoupling in the space-polarization domain of mainlobe.The proposed method can reduce the mainlobe distortion in the space-polarization domain while suppressing the multiple mainlobe and/or sidelobe interferences.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulations.LU Yawei MA Jiazhi SHI Longfei QUAN Yuan 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,1:5
7High-yield preparation of robust gold nanoshells on silica nanorattles with good biocompatiblity显示文摘Although gold nanoshells are widely considered as one of the promising photothermal nanomaterials used for biomedicine, the high cost, low yield and poor stability severely limit their potential application in clinical trials.Herein, robust gold nanoshells on silica nanorattles(GSNs)were easily prepared in a high yield by an improved seedmediated method employing polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as a stabilizing and capping agent. The present method is very simple, effective and reproducible and can well control the growth process of gold nanoshells. The as-prepared GSNs have a narrow size distribution(<10 % in standard deviation). Furthermore, the utilization rate of Au in the solution used for the growth of gold nanoshells increases by 70 %than that in previous method. The resultant GSNs have a good structural stability after placing over 6 months due to the protection of PVP. More importantly, in vivo and in vitro toxic studies indicate that the GSNs have good biocompatibility. 8LncRNA OIP5-AS1 facilitates gastric cancer cell growth by targeting the miR-422a/ANO1 axis显示文摘OPA-interacting protein 5 antisense transcript 1(OIP5-AS1)plays an important regulatory role in various types of cancers.However,the functional role and regulatory mechanisms of OIP5-AS1 in gastric cancer(GC)remain largely unknown.In this study,we found that the expression of OIP5-AS1 was increased in GC tissues compared with that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues,which was significantly associated with shorter overall survival time of patients.In addition,OIP5-AS1 expression was also increased in GC cell lines including NC1-N87,MKN-45,BGC-823 and SGC-7901,when compared with that in normal gastric epithelial cell line GES-1.Knockdown of OIP5-AS1 markedly suppressed the proliferation and colony formation activities of GC cells,induced G0/G1 arrest and apoptosis of GC cells in vitro,and restrained tum or growth in vivo.Mechanistically,OIP5-AS1 functions as an oncogenic competing endogenous RNA by binding to and sequestering miR-422a to elevate the expression of anoctamin-1.Our study first demonstrated that OIP5-AS1 is a critical and powerful regulator of GC pathogenesis and may represent a novel candidate target for GC therapy.Rongjun Xie Longfei Liu Xianzhou Lu Yang Hu 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,4:4
9Oxygen permeability and CO_2-tolerance of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(2-δ)-Ln BaCo_2O_(5+δ) dual-phase membranes显示文摘A series of oxygen permeable dual-phase composite oxides 60 wt% Ce0.8Gd0.2O2-δ-40 wt% Ln Ba Co2O5+δ(CGO-LBCO, Ln = La, Pr, Nd,Sm, Gd and Y) were synthesized through a sol-gel route and effects of the Ln3+cations on their phase structure, oxygen permeability and chemical stability against CO2 were investigated systemically by XRD, SEM, TG-DSC and oxygen permeation experiments. XRD patterns reveal that the larger Ln3+cations(La3+, Pr3+and Nd3+) successfully stabilized the double-layered perovskite structure of sintered LBCO,while the smaller ones(Sm3+, Gd3+, and Y3+) resulted in the partial decomposition of LBCO with some impurities formed. CGO-PBCO yields the highest oxygen permeation flux, reaching 2.8×10-7mol s-1 cm-2at 925?C with 1 mm thickness under air/He gradient. The TG-DSC profiles in 20 mol% CO2/N2 and oxygen permeability experiments with CO2 as sweep gas show that CGO-YBCO demonstrates the best chemical stability against CO2, possibly due to its minimum basicity. 12An isotope study of the accumulation mechanisms of high-sulfur gas from the Sichuan Basin, southwestern China显示文摘The mechanism of hydrogen sulfide(H_2S) generation plays a key role in the exploration and development of marine high-sulfur natural gas, of which the major targets are the composition and isotope characteristics of sulfur-containing compounds.Hydrocarbon source rocks, reservoir rocks, natural gases and water-soluble gases from Sichuan Basin have been analyzed with an online method for the content of H_2S and isotopic composition of different sulfur-containing compounds. The results of comparative analysis show that the sulfur-containing compounds in the source rocks are mainly formed by bacterial sulfate reduction(BSR), and the sulfur compounds in natural gas, water and reservoir are mainly formed by thermal sulfate reduction(TSR). Moreover, it has been shown that the isotopically reversion for methane and ethane in high sulfur content gas is caused by TSR. 14Oxygen permeation and phase structure properties of partially A-site substituted BaCo_(0.7)Fe_(0.225)Ta_(0.075)O_(3-δ) perovskites显示文摘Ba0.9R0.1Co0.7Fe0.225Ta0.075O3-δ(BRCFT, R = Ca, La or Sr) membranes were synthesized by a solid-state reaction. Metal cation Ca2+,La3+or Sr2+doping on A-site partially substituted Ba2+in BaCo0.7Fe0.225Ta0.075O3-δoxides, and its subsequent effects on phase structure stability, oxygen permeability and oxygen desorption were systematically investigated by XRD, TG-DSC, H2-TPR, O2-TPD techniques and oxygen permeation experiments. The partial substitution with Ca2+, La3+or Sr2+, whose ionic radii are smaller than that of Ba2+, succeeded in stabilizing the cubic perovskite structure without formation of impurity phases, as revealed by XRD analysis. Oxygen-involving experiments showed that BRCFT with A-site fully occupied by Ba2+exhibited good oxygen permeation flux under He flow, reaching about 2.3mL min-1 cm-2at 900 ℃ with 1 mm thickness. Of all the membranes, BLCFT membrane showed better chemical stability in CO2, owing to the reduction in alkalinity of the mixed conductor oxide by La doping. 15Oxygen Permeation and Stability of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(2-δ)-PrBaCo_(2-x)FexO_(5+δ) Dual-phase Composite Membranes显示文摘Dual-phase membranes of 60 wt% Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(2-δ)-40 wt% Pr Ba Co2exFexO3 d(0 x 2) were prepared by a combined citrate and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) complexing method. X-ray diffraction(XRD)results revealed the good chemical compatibility between ion-conducting phase CGO and electron-conducting phases PBC2 xFxO after sintering in air. The Fe ionic dopant had a significant effect on the phase structure stability and oxygen permeability under CO2 atmosphere, which was confirmed by XRD, thermogravimetrye differential scanning calorimetry(TGeD SC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and oxygen permeation experiments. CGOeP BC0.5F1.5O dual-phase membrane demonstrated a stable oxygen permeation flux of2.71x10-7mol cm 2s 1with 50 mol% He/CO2 as the sweep gas at 925 C, and this value was much higher than that of perovskite-type membranes. The rate-limiting step in the oxygen permeation process changed from the bulk diffusion to the surface oxygen exchange when the CGOeP BC0.5F1.5O membrane thickness decreased to 0.8 mm or less. 19Formation, preservation and connectivity control of organic pores in shale显示文摘In view of strong heterogeneity and complex formation and evolution of organic pores,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),Raman spectrum and fluid injection+CT/SEM imaging technology were used to study the macerals,organic pores and connectivity of organic pores in the lower Paleozoic organic-rich shale samples from Southern China.Combined with the mechanism of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion and pore forming mechanism of organic matter-based activated carbon,the relationships between organic pore development and the organic matter type,hydrocarbon generation process,diagenesis and pore pressure were explored to reveal the controlling factors of the formation,preservation and connectivity of organic pores in shale.(1)The generation of organic pores goes on through the whole hydrocarbon generation process,and is controlled by the type,maturity and decomposition of organic matter;the different hydrocarbon generation components and differential hydrocarbon-generation evolution of kerogen and solid asphalt lead to different pore development characteristics;organic pores mainly develop in solid bitumen and hydrogen-rich kerogen.(2)The preservation of organic pores is controlled by maturity and diagenesis,including the steric hindrance effect of in-situ hydrocarbon retention,rigid mineral framework formed by recrystallization,the coupling mechanism of pore-fluid pressure and shale brittleness-ductility transition.(3)The Ro of 4.0%is the maturity threshold of organic pore extinction,the shale layers with Ro larger than 3.5%have high risk for shale gas exploration,these shale layers have low gas contents,as they were in an open state before uplift,and had high hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency and strong aromatization,thus having the'congenital deficiency'of high maturity and pore densification.(4)The pores in the same organic matter particle have good connectivity;and the effective connectivity between different organic matter pores and inorganic pores and fractures depends on the abundance and distribution of organic matter,and development degree of pores and fractures in the shale;the accumulation,preservation and laminar distribution of different types of organic matter in high abundance is the prerequisite for the development and connection of organic pores,grain margin fractures and bedding fractures in reservoir.BORJIGIN Tenger LU Longfei YU Lingjie ZHANG Wentao PAN Anyang SHEN Baojian WANG Ye YANG Yunfeng GAO Zhiwei 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,4:1

Original organisms in source rocks are informative for oil-source rock correlation and hydrocarbon potential evaluation, especially for source rocks which have high-over level of thermal maturity. Systematic identification of original organism assemblages of the Lower Paleozoic potential source rocks and detailed carbon isotopic composition of kerogen analyses were conducted for four outcrop sections in the Tarim basin. Results indicated that the original organism assemblages of the lower part of the Lower Cambrian were composed mainly of benthic algae, whereas those of the Upper Cambrian and the Ordovician were characterized by planktonic algae. Kerogen carbon isotopic data demonstrated that the δ13 Ckerogen values of source rocks dominated by benthic algae are lower than-34‰, whereas the δ13 Ckerogen values of source rocks dominated by planktonic algae are higher than-30‰ in general. We tentatively suggested that the carbon species those are utilized by algae and the carbon isotopic fractionation during photosynthesis are the major controls for the δ13 Ckerogen values in the Lower Paleozoic source rocks in the Tarim basin. Correlating the δ13 C values of oils exploited in the Tarim basin, the original organism assemblages, and δ13 Ckerogen values of source rocks, it implied that the Lower Paleozoic oils exploited in the Tarim basin should be sourced from the source rocks with original organism assemblages dominated by planktonic algae, and the hydrocarbon sourced from the Cambrian benthic algae should be of great exploration potential in future.
