Growth Characteristics of Tetraselmis sp.-1 in Phototrophic, Mixotrophic and Heterotrophic Conditions显示文摘Tetraselmis sp.-1 is a new microalgae strain constructed by cell fusion technique. In this paper, the growth characteristics of Tetraselmis sp.-1 under different culture conditions are investigated. The growth kinetic models are obtained, the assimilation of C and NH4+ is investigated and the assimilation efficiency of Tetraselmis sp.-1 under different culture conditions is calculated. The results show that different culture conditions do not have obvious influence on carbon absorbance, but have significant influence on nitrogen absorbance, C∶N is maximum under heterotrophic condition, while minimum under phototrophic condition. The assimilation efficiency (η) of Tetraselmis sp.-1 has the highest value in heterotrophic condition and largely higher than those in phototrophic and mixotrophic conditions.沈继红 Yu Junhong Lin Xuezheng Li Guangyou Liu Fayi 2004High Technology Letters2004,10,2:0
Strong metal–support interaction boosts the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution capability of Ru nanoparticles supported on titanium nitride显示文摘Ruthenium(Ru)has been regarded as one of the most promising alternatives to substitute Pt for catalyzing alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),owing to its inherent high activity and being the cheapest platinum-group metal.Herein, based on the idea of strong metal–support interaction(SMSI)regulation,Ru/TiN catalysts with different degrees of TiN overlayer over Ru nanoparticles were fabricated, which were applied to the alkaline electrolytic water.Characterizations reveal that the TiN overlayer would gradually encapsulate the Ru nanoparticles and induce more electron transfer from Ru nanoparticles to TiN support by the Ru–N–Ti bond as the SMSI degree increased.Further study shows that the exposed Ru–TiN interfaces greatly promote the H_(2) desorption capacity. Thus, the Ru/TiN-300 with a moderate SMSI degree exhibits excellent HER performance, with an overpotential of 38 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2).Also,due to the encapsulation role of TiN overlayer on Ru nanoparticles,it displays super long-term stability with a very slight potential change after 24 h.This study provides a deep insight into the influence of the SMSI effect between Ru and TiN on HER and offers a novel approach for preparing efficient and stable HER electrocatalysts through SMSI engineering.Xin Wang Xiaoli Yang Guangxian Pei Jifa Yang Junzhe Liu Fengwang Zhao Fayi Jin Wei Jiang Haoxi Ben Lixue Zhang 2024Carbon Energy2024,6,1:0
Mixotrophic Cultivation of Tetraselmis sp.-1 in Airlift Photobioreactor显示文摘Tetraselmis sp.-1 is a new microalgae strain constructed by cell fusion technique. In this paper, the mixotrophic cultivation of Tetraselmis sp.-1 in airlift photobioreactor is investigated. Firstly, the paper calculates the light attenuation in the mixotrophic medium, and sets the light attenuation model. Secondly, it uses the same dissolved oxygen coefficient (K d) of flask culture to select the aeration of bioreactor. Finally, it sets the growth kinetic model, production (chlorophyll-a and total lipid) kinetic models and substrate (glucose) consumption kinetic model of Tetraselmis sp.-1 in airlift photobioreactor.沈继红 Yu Junhong Lin Xuezheng Li Guangyou Liu Fayi 2003High Technology Letters2003,9,3:0
Medium Optimization of Tetraselmis sp.-1 Using Response Surface Methodology显示文摘Response surface methodology (RSM) is used to optimize the medium of Tetraselmis sp.-1 which is cell fused microalgae capable of growing under mixotrophic condition. Empirical models are developed to describe the relationships between the operating variables (glucose, urea, sodium dehydrogenate phosphate, sodium chloride) and responses (cell density). Statistical analysis indicates that glucose and urea have significant effects on the microalgae cell density, but other two factors (sodium dehydrogenate phosphate, sodium chloride) have no obvious effect. The path of steepest ascent is used to approach the optimal region of medium composition. Optimal cell density (2.638 g dry weight/L) was reached when the operating conditions were glucose concentration (30.75 %), urea concentration (0.440 g/L), sodium dehydrogenate phosphate (15 mg/L) and sodium chloride (28 g/L).沈继红 Yu Junhong Lin Xuezheng Li Guangyou Liu Fayi 2003High Technology Letters2003,9,2:0
Spatio-temporal analysis of stimuli-modulated spontaneous low frequency oscillations显示文摘In this paper, the spatio-temporal architecture of the stimulation-modulated spontaneous low frequency oscillation (LFO) in the SD rat's somatosensory cortex is studied by optical imaging (OI) technology. After the electrical stimulation,it is observed that the phases of the LFO signals are changed, the am-plitudes are increased, and most importantly, the signals in the bilateral somatosensory cortex tend to be synchronized. Based on these phenomena, the origin of the LFO signals is discussed. It is argued that the arteriole vasomotion may be the major contribution to the LFO signals under green illumination (546±10 nm). The phase relationship among the LFO signals of arteries, veins and cortex has also been studied. It is found that there are phase differences between the LFO signal of veins and that of cortex under red illumination (605±10 nm),the signal of cortex leads that of veins by 0.6―1.0 s,while under green illumination,no obvious differences are observed and the reason may be that the mechanism of the LFO signals of cortexes and vessels are different.LI Ming LIU YaDong HU DeWen WANG YuCheng LIU FaYi FENG GuiYu 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,11:0
