1Masked Sentence Model Based on BERT for Move Recognition in Medical Scientific Abstracts显示文摘Purpose:Mo ve recognition in scientific abstracts is an NLP task of classifying sentences of the abstracts into different types of language units.To improve the performance of move recognition in scientific abstracts,a novel model of move recognition is proposed that outperforms the BERT-based method.Design/methodology/approach:Prevalent models based on BERT for sentence classification often classify sentences without considering the context of the sentences.In this paper,inspired by the BERT masked language model(MLM),we propose a novel model called the masked sentence model that integrates the content and contextual information of the sentences in move recognition.Experiments are conducted on the benchmark dataset PubMed 20K RCT in three steps.Then,we compare our model with HSLN-RNN,BERT-based and SciBERT using the same dataset.Findings:Compared with the BERT-based and SciBERT models,the F1 score of our model outperforms them by 4.96%and 4.34%,respectively,which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the novel model and the result of our model comes closest to the state-of-theart results of HSLN-RNN at present.Research limitations:The sequential features of move labels are not considered,which might be one of the reasons why HSLN-RNN has better performance.Our model is restricted to dealing with biomedical English literature because we use a dataset from PubMed,which is a typical biomedical database,to fine-tune our model.Practical implications:The proposed model is better and simpler in identifying move structures in scientific abstracts and is worthy of text classification experiments for capturing contextual features of sentences.Originality/value:T he study proposes a masked sentence model based on BERT that considers the contextual features of the sentences in abstracts in a new way.The performance of this classification model is significantly improved by rebuilding the input layer without changing the structure of neural networks.Gaihong Yu Zhixiong Zhang Huan Liu Liangping Ding 2019Journal of Data and Information Science2019,4,4:14

3Heat Flow Pattern in the Mainland of China and Its Geodynamic Significance显示文摘On the basis of 723 heat flow measurements in the mainland of China and over 2000 data from the global heat flow data set, the authors compiled the heat flow map of the mainland of China and its adjacent areas to exhibit the overall variation of the heat flow pattern in the mainland. The heat flow pattern of the mainland is complex, and can not be simply summarized as 'low in the north and west and high in the south and east'. Significant difference exists between eastern and western China in the spatial pattern of heat flow. Divided by the 105°E meridian, heat flow values in eastern China show a westward-decreasing trend; and a northward variation is observed in western China. The high-heat flow regions correspond to tectonically active belts such as Cenozoic orogens and extensional basins, where mantle heat flow is high; and the low-heat flow regions correspond to stable units such as the Tarim and Yangtze platforms. 4120 mm Single-crystalline perovskite and wafers: towards viable applications显示文摘As the large single-crystalline silicon wafers have revolutionized many industries including electronics and solar cells, it is envisioned that the availability of large single-crystalline perovskite crystals and wafers will revolutionize its broad applications in photovoltaics, optoelectronics, lasers, photodetectors, light emitting diodes(LEDs), etc. Here we report a method to grow large single-crystalline perovskites including single-halide crystals: CH3NH3PbX3(X=I, Br, Cl), and dual-halide ones:CH3NH3Pb(ClxBr1.x)3 and CH3NH3Pb(BrxI1.x)3, with the largest crystal being 120 mm in length. Meanwhile, we have advanced a process to slice the large perovskite crystals into thin wafers. It is found that the wafers exhibit remarkable features:(1)its trap-state density is a million times smaller than that in the microcrystalline perovskite thin films(MPTF);(2) its carrier mobility is 410 times higher than its most popular organic counterpart P3HT;(3) its optical absorption is expanded to as high as910 nm comparing to 797 nm for the MPTF;(4) while MPTF decomposes at 150 °C, the wafer is stable at high temperature up to270 °C;(5) when exposed to high humidity(75% RH), MPTF decomposes in 5 h while the wafer shows no change for overnight;(6) its photocurrent response is 250 times higher than its MPTF counterpart. A few electronic devices have been fabricated using the crystalline wafers. Among them, the Hall test gives low carrier concentration with high mobility. The trap-state density is measured much lower than common semiconductors. Moreover, the large SC-wafer is found particularly useful for mass production of integrated circuits. By adjusting the halide composition, both the optical absorption and the light emission can be fine-tuned across the entire visible spectrum from 400 nm to 800 nm. It is envisioned that a range of visible lasers and LEDs may be developed using the dual-halide perovskites. 7Automatic Keyphrase Extraction from Scientific Chinese Medical Abstracts Based on Character-Level Sequence Labeling显示文摘Purpose:Automatic keyphrase extraction(AKE)is an important task for grasping the main points of the text.In this paper,we aim to combine the benefits of sequence labeling formulation and pretrained language model to propose an automatic keyphrase extraction model for Chinese scientific research.Design/methodology/approach:We regard AKE from Chinese text as a character-level sequence labeling task to avoid segmentation errors of Chinese tokenizer and initialize our model with pretrained language model BERT,which was released by Google in 2018.We collect data from Chinese Science Citation Database and construct a large-scale dataset from medical domain,which contains 100,000 abstracts as training set,6,000 abstracts as development set and 3,094 abstracts as test set.We use unsupervised keyphrase extraction methods including term frequency(TF),TF-IDF,TextRank and supervised machine learning methods including Conditional Random Field(CRF),Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory Network(BiLSTM),and BiLSTM-CRF as baselines.Experiments are designed to compare word-level and character-level sequence labeling approaches on supervised machine learning models and BERT-based models.Findings:Compared with character-level BiLSTM-CRF,the best baseline model with F1 score of 50.16%,our character-level sequence labeling model based on BERT obtains F1 score of 59.80%,getting 9.64%absolute improvement.Research limitations:We just consider automatic keyphrase extraction task rather than keyphrase generation task,so only keyphrases that are occurred in the given text can be extracted.In addition,our proposed dataset is not suitable for dealing with nested keyphrases.Practical implications:We make our character-level IOB format dataset of Chinese Automatic Keyphrase Extraction from scientific Chinese medical abstracts(CAKE)publicly available for the benefits of research community,which is available at:http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asc5w99q90nbfo6pkw.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/possible1402/Dataset-For-Chinese-Medical-Keyphrase-Extraction.Originality/value:By designing comparative experiments,our study demonstrates that character-level formulation is more suitable for Chinese automatic keyphrase extraction task under the general trend of pretrained language models.And our proposed dataset provides a unified method for model evaluation and can promote the development of Chinese automatic keyphrase extraction to some extent.Liangping Ding Zhixiong Zhang Huan Liu Jie Li GaihongYu 2021Journal of Data and Information Science2021,6,3:3
8An Efficient Crash Recovery Technique for Real-Time Main Memory Database显示文摘This paper presents an efficient recovery scheme suitable for real-time main memory database. In the recovery scheme, log records are stored in non-volatile RAM which is divided into four different partitions based on transaction types. Similarly, a main memory database is divided into four partitions based data types. When the using ratio of log store area exceeds the threshold value, checkpoint procedure is triggered. During executing checkpoint procedure, some useless log records are deleted. During restart recovery after a crash, partition reloading policy is adopted to assure that critical data are reloaded and restored in advance, so that the database system can be brought up before the entire database is reloaded into main memory. Therefore down time is obvionsly reduced. 9Single‑Layer ZnO Hollow Hemispheres Enable High‑Performance Self‑Powered Perovskite Photodetector for Optical Communication显示文摘The carrier transport layer with reflection reduction morphology has attracted extensive attention for improving the utilization of light.Herein,we introduced single-layer hollow ZnO hemisphere arrays(ZHAs)behaving light trapping effect as the electron transport layer in perovskite photodetectors(PDs).The singlelayer hollow ZHAs can not only reduce the reflection,but also widen the angle of the effective incident light and especially transfer the distribution of the optical field from the ZnO/FTO interface to the perovskite active layer confirmed by the 3D finitedifference time-domain simulation.These merits benefit for the generation,transport and separation of carriers,improving the light utilization efficiency.Finally,our optimized FTO/ZHA/CsPbBr3/carbon structure PDs showed high self-powered performance with a linear dynamic range of 120.3 dB,a detectivity of 4.2×10^(12) Jones,rise/fall time of 13/28μs and the f_(−3) dB of up to 28 kHz.Benefiting from the high device performance,the PD was demonstrated to the application in the directional transmission of encrypted files as the signal receiving port with super high accuracy.This work uniquely utilizes the features of high-performance self-powered perovskite PDs in optical communication,paving the path to wide applications of all-inorganic perovskite PDs.Xiyan Pan Jianqiang Zhang Hai Zhou Ronghuan Liu Dingjun Wu Rui Wang Liangping Shen Li Tao Jun Zhang Hao Wang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,4:3

18Reduced Ti-MOFs encapsulated black phosphorus with high stability and enhanced photocatalytic activity显示文摘The generation of green hydrogen(H_2) energy is of great significance to solve worldwide energy and environmental issues. Reduced Ti based photocatalyst has recently attracted intensive attention due to its excellent photocatalytic activity, while the synthesis of reduced Ti based photocatalysts with high stability is still a great challenge. Here, we report a facile method for synthesis of reduced Ti metal organic frameworks(small amounts of Pt incorporated) encapsulated BP(BP/R-Ti-MOFs/Pt) hybrid nanomaterial with enhanced photocatalytic activity. The strong interaction between Ti and P reduces the valence state of the binding Ti^(4+)on the BP surface, forming abundant reduced Ti^(4+)within R-Ti-MOFs/BP. Such reduced Ti^(4+)render R-Ti-MOFs/BP efficient charge transfer and excellent light absorption capability, thus promote the photocatalytic H_2 production efficiency. 19病例对照Meta分析显示男性乳腺癌与女性乳腺癌预后相同(英文)显示文摘Objective: Male breast cancer (MBC) is a rare disease, and studies to compare the prognosis between the MBC and female breast cancer (FBC) available now were case-control studies and population-based studies, however, with controversial outcomes. To further investigate whether sex affects the prognosis of breast cancer, we performed a meta-analysis based on all the peered papers. Methods: The PubMed database was screened. Subsequently, the hazard ratios (HRs) for overall survival (OS) and disease special survival (DSS), were pooled using the Review Manager 5.0 package. Results: This study comprised of 254 MBC and 733 FBC patients enrolled in six case-control studies. There was no statistically significant heterogeneity among the trials for either outcome variable. The pooled HR showed that there was no significant difference in 5-year or 10-year DSS (HR: 1.25, 95% CI: 0.76-2.08; HR: 1.04, 95% CI: 0.68-1.59) and 5-year or 10-year OS (HR: 0.76, 95% CI: 0.51-1.14; HR: 0.74, 95% CI: 0.54-1.02) between MBCs and FBCs.
