| 3 | Electrochemically driven conversion reaction in fluoride electrodes for energy storage devices显示文摘Exploring electrochemically driven conversion reactions for the development of novel energy storage materials is an important topic as they can deliver higher energy densities than current Li-ion battery electrodes.Conversion-type fluorides promise particularly high energy densities by involving the light and small fluoride anion,and bond breaking can occur at relatively low Li activity(i.e.,high cell voltage).Cells based on such electrodes may become competitors to other envisaged alternatives such as Lisulfur or Li-air systems with their many unsolved thermodynamic and kinetic problems.Relevant conversion reactions are typically multiphase redox reactions characterized by nucleation and growth processes along with pronounced interfacial and mass transport phenomena.Hence significant overpotentials and nonequilibrium reaction pathways are involved.In this review,we summarize recent findings in terms of phase evolution phenomena and mechanistic features of(oxy)fluorides at different redox stages during the conversion process,enabled by advanced characterization technologies and simulation methods.It can be concluded that well-designed nanostructured architectures are helpful in mitigating kinetic problems such as the usually pronounced voltage hysteresis.In this context,doping and open-framework strategies are useful.By these tools,simple materials that are unable to allow for substantial Li nonstoichiometry(e.g.,by Li-insertable channels)may be turned into electroactive materials. | Chilin Li Keyi Chen Xuejun Zhou Joachim Maier | 2018 | npj Computational Materials2018,,1: | 8 |
| 4 | Statistical analysis of mesoscale eddy propagation velocity in the South China Sea deep basin显示文摘Using mesoscale eddy trajectory product derived from satellite altimetry data from 1993 to 2017,this study analyzes the statistical characteristics of spatiotemporal distribution of mesoscale eddy propagation velocities(C)in the South China Sea(SCS)deep basin with depths>1000 m.Climatologically,the zonal propagation velocities(cx)are westwards in the whole basin,and the meridional velocities(cy)are southwards in the northwestern basin,and northwards in the southeastern basin.The variation of cy with longitude is consistent with that of the background meridional currents with correlation coefficient R2 of 0.96,while the variation of cx is related both to the background zonal currents andβeffect.The propagation velocities characterize significant seasonality with the minimum magnitude occurring in summer and the maximum in winter for cx and C.Interannually,larger values of cx and cy mostly occurred in La Ni?a years in the negative phase of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO).Mesoscale eddies move fast at the beginning and end of their life span,i.e.,at their growth and dissipation periods,and slowly during their stable'midlife'period.This trend is negatively correlated with the rotating tangential velocity with R2 of–0.93.Eddies with extreme propagation velocities are defined,which are slower(faster)than 1.5 cm/s(15.4 cm/s)and take 1.5%(1.9%)of the total eddies.The extremely slow-moving(fastmoving)eddies tend to appear in the middle(on the edge)of the basin,and mostly occur in summer(winter).The mechanism analysis reveals that the spatiotemporal distributions of the propagation velocities of mesoscale eddies in the SCS are modulated by the basin-scale background circulation. | Runqi Huang Lingling Xie Quanan Zheng Mingming Li Peng Bai Keyi Tan | 2020 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,11: | 4 |
| 5 | Global perspectives and future research directions for the phytoremediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil:A knowledge mapping analysis from 2001 to 2020显示文摘In total,9,552 documents were extracted from the Web of Science Core Collection and subjected to knowledge mapping and visualization analysis for the field of phytoremediation of HM-contaminated soil(PHMCS)with CiteSpace 5.7 R3 software.The results showed that(1)the number of publications increased linearly over the studied period.The top 10 countries/regions,institutions and authors contributing to this field were exhibited.(2)Keyword co-occurrence cluster analysis revealed a total of 8 clusters,including“Bioremediation,”“Arsenic,”“Biochar,”“Oxidative stress,”“Hyperaccumulation,”“EDTA,”“Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,”and“Environmental pollution”clusters(3)In total,334 keyword bursts were obtained,and the 25 strongest,longest duration,and newest keyboard bursts were analyzed in depth.The strongest keyword burst test showed that the hottest keywords could be divided into 7 groups,i.e.,“Plant bioremediation materials,”“HM types,”“Chelating amendments,”“Other improved strategies,”“Bioremediation characteristics,”“Risk assessment,”and“Other.”Almost half of the newest topics had emerged in the past 3 years,including“biochar,”“drought,”“health risk assessment,”“electrokinetic remediation,”“nanoparticle,”and“intercropping.”(4)In total,9 knowledge base clusters were obtained in this study.The studies of Ali et al.(2013),Blaylock et al.(1997),Huang et al.(1997),van der Ent et al.(2013),Salt et al.(1995),and Salt(1998),which had both high frequencies and the strongest burst scores,have had the most profound effects on PHMCS research.Finally,future research directions were proposed. | Kehui Liu Xiaojin Guan Chunming Li Keyi Zhao Xiaohua Yang Rongxin Fu Yi Li Fangming Yu | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,6: | 4 |

| 14 | Evaluation of All-Sky Assimilation of FY-3C/MWHS-2 on Mei-yu Precipitation Forecasts over the Yangtze-Huaihe River Basin显示文摘All-sky (i.e., clear, cloudy, and precipitating conditions) assimilation of microwave observations shows potentially positive impacts on the improvement of the forecasts of cloud-associated weather processes. In this study, a typical mei-yu heavy precipitation event that occurred in 2017 was investigated, and the Weather Research and Forecasting data assimilation (WRFDA) as well as its 3D-Var assimilation scheme (excluding cloud and precipitation control variables) were applied to assimilate the Fengyun-3C (FY-3C) Microwave Humidity Sounder-2 (MWHS-2) observations under clear- sky (excluding the observations that are strongly affected by ice clouds and precipitation) and all-sky conditions. Three experiments including a control experiment without assimilating any observations, clear-sky, and all-sky experiments with only FY-3C/MWHS-2 observations assimilated were carried out. The results show that the all-sky assimilation approach that provides more cloud and precipitation information and increased more than 10% of the satellite data usage than the clear-sky experiment. Meanwhile, as compared with the control experiment, the all-sky assimilation reduced nearly 0.5% of the root mean square errors in the humidity fields, leading to more accurate forecast performances regarding the distribution and intensity of heavy rainfall;but it exhibited a neutral to negative impacts on the wind and temperature. This paper focuses on target motion modeling and tracking in road coordinates. An improved initialization method,which uses the optimal fusion of the position measurements in different directions,is presented for the constraint coordinate Kalman filter(CCKF). The CCKF is evaluated with a comprehensive comparison to the state-of-art linear equality constraint estimation methods. Numerical simulation results demonstrate the better performance of the CCKF. Then the interacting multiple model CCKF(IMM-CCKF) is proposed to manifest the advantages of the CCKF in complex motion modeling and state estimations. | 18 | Polymer electrolytes reinforced by 2D fluorinated filler for all-solidstate Li-Fe-F conversion-type lithium metal batteries显示文摘The polyethylene oxide(PEO)based solid-state batteries are considered as promising candidates for the next-generation Li metal batteries with high energy density and safety.However,the low Li-ion conductivity and high-voltage endurability hinder the further applications of PEO-based electrolytes.To overcome these issues,herein two-dimensional(2D)CeF_(3)nanoplates with maximally exposed[001]crystal faces are introduced into the PEO matrix to expand the electrochemical window and improve Liion conduction and transport.The optimized crystal shape and crystal face anisotropy of CeF_(3)nanoplate filler reduce the crystallinity of composite solid polymer electrolyte(CSPE)via its Lewis acid-base interaction with ether oxygen of PEO.The Liaffinity[100]and Li-repellent[001]crystal faces of CeF_(3)nanoplates synergistically realize the dissociation of lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI),fast Li-adsorption/desorption,and Li+migration.The optimized CSPE-0.1CeF_(3)membrane enables the achievement of Li metal batteries with high endurability and stability,from the kinetically favorable Li/Li symmetric cells with long-term cycling over 8000 h.The highly reversible Li/LiFePO_(4) cells exhibit a capacity retention of 109.2 mAh·g^(−1)after 1000 cycles at 1 C,corresponding to a low capacity fading rate of 0.026%per cycle.The conversion-type allsolid-state Li/CSPE-0.1CeF_(3)/FeF_(3)cells show a high reversible capacity of 201.9 mAh·g^(−1)after long-term 600 cycles and of 231.1 mAh·g^(−1)at an ultra-high rate of 5 C. | Meng Lei Xiaoxue Wu Yangyang Liu Keyi Chen Jiulin Hu Chilin Li | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,6: | 1 |
