| 1 | Autoimmune pancreatitis in the context of IgG4-related disease:Review of imaging findings显示文摘Current understanding of autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP) recognizes a histopathological subtype of the disease to fall within the spectrum of IgG4-related disease.Along with clinical,laboratory,and histopathological data,imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis and management of AIP,and more broadly,within the spectrum of IgG4-related disease.In addition to the defined role of imaging in consensus diagnostic protocols,an array of imaging modalities can provide complementary data to address specific clinical concerns.These include contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance(MR) imaging for pancreatic parenchymal lesion localization and characterization,endoscopic retrograde and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(ERCP and MRCP) to assess for duct involvement,and more recently,positron emission tomography(PET) imaging to assess for extra-pancreatic sites of involvement.While the imaging appearance of AIP varies widely,certain imaging features are more likely to represent AIP than alternate diagnoses,such as pancreatic cancer.While nonspecific,imaging findings which favor a diagnosis of AIP rather than pancreatic cancer include:delayed enhancement of affected pancreas,mild dilatation of the main pancreatic duct over a long segment,the 'capsule' and 'penetrating duct' signs,and responsiveness to corticosteroid therapy.Systemic,extra-pancreatic sites of involvement are also often seen in AIP and IgG4-related disease,and typically respond to corticosteroid therapy.Imaging by CT,MR,and PET also play a role in the diagnosis and monitoring after treatment of involved sites. | Leslie K Lee Dushyant V Sahani | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，41： | 23 |

| 4 | Power management unit chip design for automobile active-matrix organic light-emitting diode display module显示文摘A power management unit (PMU) chip supplying dual panel supply voltage, which has a low electro-magnetic interference (EMI) characteristic and is favorable for miniaturization, is designed. A two-phase charge pump circuit using external pumping capacitor increases its pumping current and works out the charge-loss problem by using bulk-potential biasing circuit. A low-power start-up circuit is also proposed to reduce the power consumption of the band-gap reference voltage generator. And the ring oscillator used in the ELVSS power circuit is designed with logic devices by supplying the logic power supply to reduce the layout area. The PMU chip is designed with MagnaChip’s 0.25 μm high-voltage process. | 7 | Inhibition of Cdk5 increases osteoblast differentiation and bone mass and improves fracture healing显示文摘Identification of regulators of osteoblastogenesis that can be pharmacologically targeted is a major goal in combating osteoporosis,a common disease of the elderly population. Here, unbiased kinome RNAi screening in primary murine osteoblasts identified cyclin-dependent kinase 5(Cdk5) as a suppressor of osteoblast differentiation in both murine and human preosteoblastic cells. Cdk5 knockdown by si RNA, genetic deletion using the Cre-lox P system, or inhibition with the small molecule roscovitine enhanced osteoblastogenesis in vitro. Roscovitine treatment significantly enhanced bone mass by increasing osteoblastogenesis and improved fracture healing in mice. Mechanistically, downregulation of Cdk5 expression increased Erk phosphorylation, resulting in enhanced osteoblast-specific gene expression. Notably, simultaneous Cdk5 and Erk depletion abrogated the osteoblastogenesis conferred by Cdk5 depletion alone, suggesting that Cdk5 regulates osteoblast differentiation through MAPK pathway modulation.
