| 1 | 热处理豆粕饲喂生长猪的氨基酸消化率显示文摘为测定热处理对豆粕(SBM)表观回肠消化率和标准回肠消化率(SID)的影响,本试验将常规去壳豆粕(48.5%蛋白)分成4组,一份未经额外热处理,一份在125℃下高压蒸汽处理15 min,一份在125℃下高压蒸汽处理30 min,另一份在125℃下烘箱烘干30 min。制定四种豆粕-玉米淀粉型日粮配方,且每个配方只能使用上述四种豆粕中的一种,作为每种日粮中唯一氨基酸来源。用无氮日粮配方来估算基础内源性氨基酸损失。分别在初始体重为(25.3±2.0)kg的10头阉公猪回肠末端安装一个T-型瘘管。采用5×5拉丁方设计法,将试验猪分成5个日粮处理组,5个重复处理周期。每个处理周期持续7 d,在第6天和第7天收集回肠食糜。试验结果表明,随着高压蒸汽处理时间(0~30 min)的延长,蛋白质和所有氨基酸的表观回肠消化率和标准回肠消化率呈线性降低(P<0.01)。糠氨酸含量和豆粕样品的颜色表明高压蒸汽处理导致豆粕产生美拉德反应。然而,125℃烘箱干燥30min并未改变豆粕中蛋白和氨基酸标准回肠消化率,也没有改变SBM的糠氨酸含量(P>0.10),且烘箱处理的样品颜色表明该样品并未受到热处理破坏。总之,热蒸汽处理时间从0 min增至30 min,高压蒸汽处理豆粕的氨基酸消化率呈线性降低,降低原因很可能是由于125℃高压蒸汽处理导致豆粕产生美拉德反应。 | González-Vega J C Kim B G Htoo J K Lemme A Stein H H | 2015 | 中国饲料2015，，24： | 8 |

| 3 | Drug eluting biliary stents to decrease stent failure rates:Areview of the literature显示文摘Biliary stenting is clinically effective in relieving both malignant and non-malignant obstructions. However, there are high failure rates associated with tumor ingrowth and epithelial overgrowth as well as internally from biofilm development and subsequent clogging. Within the last decade, the use of prophylactic drug eluting stents as a means to reduce stent failure has been investigated. In this review we provide an overview of the current research on drug eluting biliary stents. | 8 | Helicobacter pylori arginase mutant colonizes arginase Ⅱ knockout mice显示文摘AIM: To investigate the role of host and bacterial arginases in the colonization of mice by Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori).METHODS: H.pylori produces a very powerful urease that hydrolyzes urea to carbon dioxide and ammonium,which neutralizes acid.Urease is absolutely essential to H.pylori pathogenesis;therefore,the urea substrate must be in ample supply for urease to work efficiently.The urea substrate is most likely provided by arginase activity,which hydrolyzes L-arginine to L-ornithine and urea.Previous work has demonstrated that H.pylori arginase is surprisingly not required for colonization of wild-type mice.Hence,another in vivo source of the critical urea substrate must exist.We hypothesized that the urea source was provided by host arginase Ⅱ,since this enzyme is expressed in the stomach,and H.pylori has previously been shown to induce the expression of murine gastric arginase Ⅱ.To test this hypothesis,wild-type and arginase (rocF) mutant H.pylori strain SS1 were inoculated into arginase Ⅱ knockout mice.RESULTS: Surprisingly,both the wild-type and rocF mutant bacteria still colonized arginase Ⅱ knockout mice.Moreover,feeding arginase Ⅱ knockout mice the host arginase inhibitor S-(2-boronoethyl)L-cysteine (BEC),while inhibiting > 50% of the host arginase Ⅰ?activity in several tissues,did not block the ability of the rocF mutant H.pylori to colonize.In contrast,BEC poorly inhibited H.pylori arginase activity.CONCLUSION: The in vivo source for the essential urea utilized by H.pylori urease is neither bacterial arginase nor host arginase Ⅱ;instead,either residual host arginase Ⅰ?or agmatinase is probably responsible. | Songhee H Kim Melanie L Langford Jean-Luc Boucher Traci L Testerman David J McGee | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011，17，28： | 3 |
