| 1 | 小麦不同器官氮素累积分布动态规律的研究(英文)显示文摘在自然条件下 ,研究了 4个小麦基因型各组织器官氮素的动态分布与累积变化。结果表明 :基因型间在叶、茎、颖壳、叶鞘未包被的穗下节部分的氮素含量和籽粒蛋白质含量上存在着显著差异。叶片是前期组织氮素的重要贮存器官和籽粒灌浆中氮素的主要供给源。叶片组织氮素的含量在幼苗期最高 ,而叶氮总量的累积则在孕穗期最多。籽粒蛋白质含量和蛋白质产量的提高伴随着各组织器官氮素水平的下降。氮肥的施用可显著提高各器官组织氮素的含量 ,进而提高籽粒蛋白质含量。孕穗后 5次取样的各器官组织氮素含量与籽粒蛋白质含量绝大多数呈显著正相关。因此 ,在小麦品质育种工作中 ,结合组织氮素进行选择 ,可有效地提高选择效果 。 | 侯有良 L.O'Brien 钟改荣 | 2001 | 作物学报2001,27,4: | 35 |

| 3 | BH3-only proteins target BCL-xL/MCL-1,not BAX/BAK,to initiate apoptosis显示文摘It has been widely accepted that mitochondria-dependent apoptosis initiates when select BH3-only proteins(BID,BIM,etc.)directly engage and allosterically activate effector proteins BAX/BAK.Here,through reconstitution of cells lacking all eight pro-apoptotic BH3-only proteins,we demonstrate that all BH3-only proteins primarily target the anti-apoptotic BCL-2 proteins BCL-xL/MCL-1,whose simultaneous suppression enables membrane-mediated spontaneous activation of BAX/BAK.BH3-only proteins*apoptotic activities correlate with affinities for BCL-xL/MCL1 instead of abilities to directly activate BAX/BAK.Further,BID and BIM do not distinguish BAX from BAK or accelerate BAX/BAK activation following inactivation of BCL-xL/MCL-1.Remarkably,death ligandinduced apoptosis in cells lacking BH3-only proteins and MCL-1 is fully restored by BID mutants capable of neutralizing BCL-xL,but not direct activation of BAX/BAK.Taken together,our findings provide a'Membrane-mediated Permissive'model,in which the BH3-only proteins only indirectly activate BAX/BAK by neutralizing the anti-apoptotic BCL-2 proteins,and thus allowing BAX/BAK to undergo unimpeded,spontaneous activation in the mitochondrial outer membrane milieu,leading to apoptosis initiation. | Kai Huang Katelyn L.O'Neill Jian Li Wei Zhou Na Han Xiaming Pang Wei Wu Lucas Struble Gloria Borgstahl Zhaorui Liu Liqiana Zhang Xu Luo | 2019 | Cell Research2019,29,11: | 16 |

| 5 | Tissue Nitrogen and Fructan Translocation in Bread Wheat显示文摘Translocation of previously accumulated nitrogen and carbohydrates from vegetative tissue of the wheat plant is a major assimilate source for grain filling. This study was conducted to examine genotype differences in nitrogen and fructan translocation and their relationships to grain yield and protein content. Effects indicated that significant genotype differences existed for nitrogen accumulation at anthesis and fructan at milk stage and their translocation. Two high protein genotypes, Cunningham and PST90-19, accumulated more nitrogen before anthesis and had greater nitrogen translocation, but lower post-anthesis nitrogen uptake,than two low protein genotypes, SUN109A and TM56. Among plant parts, leaves were the major storage for tissue nitrogen and provided the overwhelming proportion of the total nitrogen translocation, whereas for fructan accumulation and translocation it was the stems. The two high protein genotypes had a higher percentage of their grain nitrogen derived from nitrogen translocation, while for the two low protein ones, it was from postanthesis nitrogen uptake and assimilation. Increasing nitrogen application increased nitrogen accumulation and translocation, but decreased fructan accumulation and translocation. High grain protein content was associated with high nitrogen translocation from leaves, stems and the total plant, while high grain yield was related to high fructan translocation from stems and the total plant. Fructan translocation was negatively correlated to grain protein content. | 8 | 小麦生育期组织果糖分布(英文)显示文摘Tissue fructan content of vegetative parts was examined in four wheat genotypes to determine genotypic differences and distribution and accumulation patterns throughout growing season. Effects indicated that significant genotypic differences were established for tissue fructan content of stem, chaff, leaf, peduncle and total plant throughout growing season and grain protein content and grain yield. Total plant fructan content accumulated to a peak at about milk stage, and then rapidly declined until maturity, coinciding with the period of rapid grain filling. The two high protein genotypes, Cunningham and PST90 19, had lower tissue fructan content in the stem and the total plant than their low protein lower case counterparts, SUN109A and TM56, at most sampling dates. Among plant parts, stem was the most important tissue for fructan reserve and the greatest contributor to grain filling.
