| 1 | Optimization of microstructures and magnetic properties of Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.227)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.023))_(7.6) magnets by sintering treatment显示文摘Magnetic properties and microstructures of Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.227)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.023_)_(7.6) sintered magnets were optimized by sintering treatment. Results show that the knee-point magnetic field, Hknee, is twofold up and the intrinsic coercivity Hcjincreases by 40%, ranging from 21.64 to 30.39 kOe at the cost of a little decrease of Brfrom 10.84 to 10.31 kGs with sintering temperature decreasing from 1488 to 1473 K. And the average domain width is narrower and more uniform for the specimen sintered at 1473 K than that of the specimen sintered at 1488 K. It is impressive that the density of lamellar phase increases from ~0.050 to ~0.058 nm^(-1) with the sintering temperature decreasing from 1488 to 1473 K. Moreover, the average cellular size is about ~84 nm for the magnets sintered at 1473 K, which is 80% of that of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~97 nm). And the cell boundary width of the magnets sintered at 1473 K(~7 nm) is only half average width of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~14 nm). It is found that the Cu content in the cell boundaries is much higher(~17 at%) in the magnets sintered at 1473 K compared to that of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~10 at%). | 2 | Optimization of both coercivity and knee-point magnetic field of Sm2Co17-type magnets via solid solution process显示文摘It is confirmed that phase homogenization is very important for improving the magnetic properties of 2:17-type Sm-Co sintered magnets,In this work,the influence of solid solution process on microstructure and magnetic properties of the Sm(CobalFe0.233Cu0.073Zr0.024)7.6 sintered magnets was systematically studied.With the solid-solution treating duration(tS)increasing from 0 to 4 h,intrinsic coercivity(Hcj)increases from 12.83 to 36.54 kOe,magnetic field at knee-point(Hknee)increases from2.76 to 19.14 kOe,and the maximum energy product increases from 19.79 to 29.48 MGOe.The electron probe microanalyzer results reveal that there mainly exist gray and dark regions besides'white'rare earth-rich phase,and the conte nt of Sm,Fe and Cu elements for the two kinds of regions changes a lot for the specimens,Furthermore,with tS increasing up to 4 h,the elements content deviation between the gray and dark regions becomes small gradually from 3.94 at%to 0.27 at%,7.66 at%to 0.21 at%and 7.27 at%to 0.16 at%for Sm,Fe and Cu elements,respectively.Moreover,transmission electron microscopy results show that the distribution of cell size is much more concentrated for aged specimens when tS is 4 h.It is also found that the Cu concentration at cell boundaries for the 4 h solid-solution treatment case shows relatively higher values and greater concentration gradient(1.94 at%/nm).It is verified that sufficient solution treatment duration is prerequisite to form these homogeneous microstructural features,which are the key points for obtaining both high Hcj and Hknee. | Shuai Wang Yikun Fang Kuikui Song Xiaoyu Zhu Lei Wang Wei Sun Wei Pan Minggang Zhu Wei Li | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,11: | 5 |
| 3 | Study on scheduling algorithm for multiple handling requests of single automated guided vehicles显示文摘To solve the problem of small amount of machining centers in small and medium flexible manufacture systems(FMS), a scheduling mode of single automated guided vehicle(AGV) is adopted to deal with multiple transport requests in this paper. Firstly, a workshop scheduling mechanism of AGV is analyzed and a mathematical model is established using Genetic Algorithm. According to several sets of transport priority of AGV, processes of FMS are encoded, and fitness function, selection, crossover, and variation methods are designed. The transport priority which has the least impact on scheduling results is determined based on the simulation analysis of Genetic Algorithm, and the makespan, the longest waiting time, and optimal route of the car are calculated. | 4 | Application of Optical Tweezers in the Research of Molecular Interaction between Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen-1 and Its Monoclonal Antibody显示文摘Lymphocyte function associated antigen-1 (CD11a/CD18, LFA-1) plays an important role in the structure of the immunological synapse and is required for efficient lysis of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and natural killer (NK) cells. To study the activation mode of LFA-1 on the NK cell surface, optical tweezers were used in the work. As an emerging technology, optical tweezers are widely used to manipulate microscopic objects and measure the forces of molecular interactions in the field of biological research. In our study, a new platform was constructed to study the single molecular behavior of receptor on cell surface using optical tweezers. Based on the platform, the interaction between an NK cell and a polystyrene microsphere coated with anti-LFA-1 antibody was observed. The result confirmed that the adhesion forces between an NK cell and a polystyrene bead were time-dependent. | 5 | Safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer:An open-label,dose-escalation,phase I study显示文摘Background:The introductions of anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)agents have significantly improved the treatment outcome of patients with HER2-positive breast cancer.BAT8001 is a novel antibodydrug conjugate targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)-expressing cells composed of a trastuzumab biosimilar linked to the drug-linker Batansine.This dose-escalation,phase I study was designed to assess the safety,tolerability,pharmacokinetics,and preliminary anti-tumor activity of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.Methods:This trial was conducted in subjects with histologically confirmed HER2-positive breast cancer(having evaluable lesions and an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1)using a 3+3 design of escalating BAT8001 doses.Patients received BAT8001 intravenously in a 21-day cycle,with dose escalation in 5 cohorts:1.2,2.4,3.6,4.8,and 6.0 mg/kg.The primary objective was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BAT8001.Preliminary activity of BAT8001 was also assessed as a secondary objective.Results:Between March 2017 to May 2018,29 HER2-positive breast cancer patients were enrolled.The observed dose-limiting toxicities were grade 4 thrombocytopenia and grade 3 elevated transaminase.The maximum tolerated dose was determined to be 3.6 mg/kg.Grade 3 or greater adverse events(AEs)occurred in 14(48.3%)of 29 patients,including thrombocytopenia in 12(41.4%)patients,aspartate aminotransferase increased in 4(13.8%)patients,γ-glutamyl transferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,alanine aminotransferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,diarrhea in 2(6.9%)patients.Objective response was observed in 12(41.4%,95%confidence interval[CI]=23.5%-61.1%)and disease control(including patients achieving objective response and stable disease)was observed in 24(82.8%,95%CI=64.2%-94.2%)patients.Conclusions:BAT8001 demonstrated favorable safety profiles,with promising anti-tumor activity in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.BAT8001 has the potential to provide a new therapeutic option in patients with metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer. | Ruoxi Hong Wen Xia Liye Wang Kaping Lee Qianyi Lu Kuikui Jiang Shengfeng Li Jinquan Yu Jin Wei Weijia Tang Danyang Zhou Xin An Jiajia Huang Cong Xue Xiwen Bi Yanxia Shi Zhongyu Yuan Fei Xu Shusen Wang | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,2: | 2 |
| 6 | Ultra-low thermal conductivity of two-dimensional phononic crystals in the incoherent regime显示文摘Two-dimensional silicon phononic crystals have attracted extensive research interest for thermoelectric applications due to their reproducible low thermal conductivity and sufficiently good electrical properties.For thermoelectric devices in high-temperature environment,the coherent phonon interference is strongly suppressed;therefore phonon transport in the incoherent regime is critically important for manipulating their thermal conductivity.On the basis of perturbation theory,we present herein a novel phonon scattering process from the perspective of bond order imperfections in the surface skin of nanostructures.We incorporate this strongly frequency-dependent scattering rate into the phonon Boltzmann transport equation and reproduce the ultra low thermal conductivity of holey silicon nanostructures.We reveal that the remarkable reduction of thermal conductivity originates not only from the impediment of low-frequency phonons by normal boundary scattering,but also from the severe suppression of high-frequency phonons by surface bond order imperfections scattering.Our theory not only reveals the role of the holey surface on the phonon transport,but also provide a computation tool for thermal conductivity modification in nanostructures through surface engineering. | Guofeng Xie Zhifang Ju Kuikui Zhou Xiaolin Wei Zhixin Guo Yongqing Cai Gang Zhang | 2018 | npj Computational Materials2018,,1: | 2 |
| 7 | Micromagnetic simulations on demagnetization processes in anisotropic Nd_2Fe_(14)B magnets显示文摘Individual grains with diverse dimensional parameters were introduced to investigate the magnetization reversals in anisotropic Nd2 Fe_(14)B magnets. The micromagnetic simulations were carried out via Object Oriented MicroMagnetic Framework(OOMMF). With the same bottom area and height, analysis results show that the coercive fields for different bottom shapes are of similar values. Designed as a cubic grain,the coercive field presents descending tendency as grain volume ascends. Under constant grain volume,with aspect ratio increasing, the coercive field decreases in the beginning and increases soon. Based on the demagnetization field vector, the effects of bottom shape, grain volume and aspect ratio on the coercive field can be explained. The nucleation point is chosen to discuss. Its synthetic field and reversal field are calculated by parallelogram law and inverse external field equation, respectively. The synthetic field equal to the reversal field is defined as critical field, which always shows the same tendency as the coercive field for all cases of this study. | 10 | The Role of Japanese Candlestick in DVAR Model显示文摘The decomposition-based vector autoregressive model(DVAR) provides a new framework for scrutinizing the efficiency of technical analysis in forecasting stock returns. However, its relationships with other technical indicators still remain unknown. This paper investigates the relationships of DVAR model with the Japanese Candlestick indicators using simulations, theoretical explanations and empirical studies. The main finding of this paper is that both lower and upper shadows in Japanese Candlestick Granger contribute to the DVAR model explanation power, and thus, providing useful information for improving the DVAR forecasts. This finding makes sense as it means that the information contained in the lower and upper shadows should be used when modeling the stock returns with DVAR. Our results showed that PM2. 5showed significant spatial and temporal distribution; high surface concentrations of PM2. 5concentrated mainly in the North China Plain,the Sichuan Basin,Yangtze River Delta and other regions; the average annual concentration of PM2. 5was about 80μg / m3 in North China Plain; Seasonal changes in the concentration of PM2. 5was winter > spring > autumn > summer; fired sources,industrial sources,vehicle exhaust were the major sources of PM2. 5; motor vehicle exhaust mostly contributed 10%- 30% to PM2. 5. | 15 | Code Design and Latency Analysis of Distributed Matrix Multiplication with Straggling Servers in Fading Channels显示文摘This paper exploits coding to speed up computation offloading in a multi-server mobile edge computing(MEC)network with straggling servers and channel fading.The specific task we consider is to compute the product between a user-generated input data matrix and a large-scale model matrix that is stored distributively across the multiple edge nodes.The key idea of coding is to introduce computation redundancy to improve robustness against straggling servers and to create communication redundancy to improve reliability against channel fading.We utilize the hybrid design of maximum distance separable(MDS)coding and repetition coding.Based on the hybrid coding scheme,we conduct theoretical analysis on the average task uploading time,average edge computing time,and average output downloading time,respectively and then obtain the end-to-end task execution time.Numerical results demonstrate that when the task uploading phase or the edge computing phase is the performance bottleneck,the hybrid coding reduces to MDS coding;when the downlink transmission is the bottleneck,the hybrid coding reduces to repetition coding.The hybrid coding also outperforms the entangled polynomial coding that causes higher uplink and downlink communication loads. | Ning Liu Kuikui Li Meixia Tao | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,10: | 0 |

| 20 | Nail pigmentation induced by chemotherapy:an observational study of patients with early-stage breast cancer显示文摘Purpose:Chemotherapy-induced nail pigmentation is a common adverse efect,but prospective studies focussing on its onset,recovery,and severity are few.We aim to evaluate the pattern of chemotherapy-induced nail pigmentation in early-stage breast cancer patients by calculating the comprehensive score based on hyperpigmentation area and color depth of the nail plate.Methods:This prospective,observational study was conducted between February 2019 and December 2019.Early-stage breast cancer patients scheduled to receive anthracyclines combined with cyclophosphamide or taxanecontaining regimens were enrolled.The clinicopathologic characteristics and treatment protocols were collected.The onset,patterns,and duration of nail changes were photographed and recorded regularly.Results:A total of 90 patients were enrolled.The most common nail change was nail pigmentation(n=81,90.0%),followed by onycholysis(n=39,43.3%),Beau’s lines(n=19,21.1%),Mees’lines(n=16,17.8%),Muehrcke’s lines(n=7,7.8%),and hemorrhage(n=1,1.1%).Forty-four(48.9%)patients developed severe nail pigmentation.The median onset time of nail pigmentation was 37 days after the initiation of chemotherapy.At the latest follow-up,55(67.9%)patients achieved remission of melanonychia with the median recovery time of 118 days.The median duration of nail pigmentation was 214 days.Conclusion:Our study revealed the specifc pattern of chemotherapy-induced nail pigmentation,which onsets early and recovers slowly with a high incidence of severe nail pigmentation,in early-stage breast cancer patients.The results provide reference for further intervention studies.Trial Registration:ClinicalTrials.gov Identifer:NCT04215744.Registered 30 December 2019—Retrospectively registered. | Kuikui Jiang Simei Shi Qiulian Lin Peng Sun Luan Zhang Zhongyu Yuan Ruoxi Hong Yanxia Shi Xia Liu Jingmin Zhang Jiajia Huang Xiwen Bi Wen Xia Qianyi Lu Qiufan Zheng Shusen Wang Fei Xu | 2022 | Holistic Integrative Oncology2022,1,1: | 0 |
