1Isolation of marine benzo[a]pyrene-degrading Ochrobactrum sp. BAP5 and proteins characterization显示文摘A bacterial strain BAP5 with a relatively high degradation ability of benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) was isolated from marine sediments of Xiamen Western Sea, China and identified as Ochrobactrum sp. according to 16S rRNA gene sequence as well as Biolog microbial identification system. Strain BAP5 could grow in mineral salt medium with 50 mg/L of BaP and degrade about 20% BaP after 30 d of incubation. Ochrobactrum sp. BAP5 was able to utilize other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (such as phenanthrene, pyrene and fluoranthene) as the sole carbon source and energy source, suggesting its potential application in PAHs bioremediation. The profile of total soluble protein from Ochrobactrum sp. BAP5 was also investigated. Some over- and special-expressed proteins of strain BAP5 when incubated with the presence of BaP were detected by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and found to be related with PAHs metabolism, DNA translation, and energy production based on peptide fingerprint analysis through matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry.WU Yirui HE Tengteng ZHONG Mingqi ZHANG Yueling LI Enmin HUANG Tongwang HU Zhong 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,10:10
2环境污染对几类水生无脊椎动物内分泌功能扰乱的研究现状(英文)显示文摘近年来 ,在环境毒理学这门边缘学科中又诞生了一个新的领域 ,即环境污染对内分泌功能的扰乱。研究发现 ,许多人工合成的杀虫剂和工业化合物能够扰乱脊椎动物的内分泌功能 ,这些化合物也存在于水环境中。近年来 ,这些环境有机污染物是否对水生无脊椎动物的内分泌功能同样具有扰乱作用成了环境内分泌学这个新领域的热点之一。由于近年来的研究侧重于腔肠动物、轮虫、软体动物、甲壳动物及棘皮动物 ,因此 ,本文主要介绍有关环境污染物对这几类水生无脊椎动物内分泌功能扰乱的研究进展。另外 ,对环境污染对水生无脊椎动物内分泌扰乱这个研究热点的现状以及今后的发展方向进行了评述。在从事环境污染对无脊椎动物内分泌功能影响的研究时 ,研究者必须意识到无脊椎动物和脊椎动物在内分泌机制上的差异 。Enmin ZOU 2003动物学报2003,49,5:8

4Water, heat fluxes and water use efficiency measurement and modeling above a farmland in the North China Plain显示文摘Net radiation (Rn), water vapor flux (LE), sensible heat flux (Hs) and soil heat flux (G)were measured above a summer maize field with the eddy-covariance technique, simulation and analysis of water, heat fluxes and crop water use efficiency were made with the RZ-SHAW model at the same time in this study. The results revealed significant diurnal and seasonal variability of water vapor flux for summer maize. Most part of Rn was consumed by the evapotranspiration of the summer maize. The proportion of water vapor flux to net radiation ((LE/Rn) increased with the crop development and peaked around milk-filling stage with a value of 60%, a slightly lower than that obtained by the RZ-SHAW model. Daily evapotranspiration estimated by the model agreed with the results measured with the eddy-covariance technique, indices of agreement (IA) for hourly water vapor fluxes simulated and measured were above 0.75, root mean square errors (RMSE) were no more than 1.0. Diurnal patterns of Hs showed the shape of inverted 'U' shifted to the forenoon with a maximum value around 11:30 (Beijing time), while LE exhibited an inverted 'V' with a maximum value at around 13:00, about an hour later than Hs. Diurnal change of CO2showed an asymmetrical 'V' curve and its maximal rates occurred at about 11:30. Variations of water use efficiency during the phonological stages of the summer maize showed a rapid increase with the photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) after sunrise, a state of equilibrium around 10:00 followed a decrease. 6Epidemiological Characteristics of Human Anthrax-China,2018-2021显示文摘Introduction:The epidemic of human anthrax is at a low level in China in recent years,but the reported incidence increased in 2021.In order to understand the current landscape of research and knowledge about anthrax in China,the epidemiological characteristics of anthrax in humans from 2018 to 2021 were analyzed and the prevention and control suggestions were proposed.Methods:Surveillance data of anthrax in humans and livestock,together with human outbreaks data during 2018-2021,were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics methods.The number and proportion of outbreaks,cases and deaths by provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs),clinical types,and contributing factors were calculated.Results:A total of 1,244 cases of human anthrax and 53 outbreaks were reported from 2018 to 2021 in China.While the incidence of anthrax declined from 2018 to 2020,it increased in 2021.The regions of anthrax were mainly located in the west and the northeast PLADs of China,though cases were reported in some central and eastern PLADs in 2021.Young and middle-aged men involved in animal husbandry were found to be at a higher risk of anthrax.All the reported outbreaks were associated with the exposure of infected livestock.A total of 296 livestock anthrax cases were reported.Conclusions:The increased incidence and wider geographical distribution of human anthrax in 2021 were found to be the result of inadequate supervision of diseased animals as well as updated diagnostic criteria.As such,the monitoring of risk factors and emergency preparation procedures should be strengthened at the national level.In addition,it is also critical to strengthen health education for high-risk occupational groups and strengthen professional training for local clinicians.Finally,more measures should be carried out to strengthen anthrax surveillance in livestock husbandry.Huijuan Zhang Enmin Zhang Mu Guo Jinrong He Wei Li Jianchun Wei 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,35:4
