| 1 | 热带地区相对湿度的季节性变化影响果蝇Drosophila jambulina体色多型性和水分平衡(英文)显示文摘在印度次大陆的亚热带地区,秋天冷而干燥,春天湿润。变温性果蝇所具有的抗干燥性有助于其度过较为干旱的气候条件。Drosophila jambulina具有体色二型性。已有研究表明,随湿度变化,D.jambulina热带种群始终保持体色多型性,这与热条件下体色黑化相反,且该热带物种中体色分化频率随季节性变化,这符合黑化-干燥假说。但是两种色型的D.jambulina产生这类气候适应的机理尚不明了。为了检验干燥相关性状生理基础的分化与对气候条件的色型特异性适应相关这一假说,我们利用分别在17℃和25℃、低湿(40%RH)和高湿(80%RH)条件下饲养获得的两种色型的D.jambulina,检测了其水分平衡对相对湿度、温度、及温湿度相互作用的反应。我们发现,在低相对湿度下,两种温度下饲养的深色型果蝇的生理和脱水性状数值显著高于浅色型。对两种色型果蝇的水分收支情况进行的比较分析表明,在低相对湿度下,深色型果蝇的含水量较高、水分损失率较低、抗脱水能力较强,使其具有更强的抗干燥性。在干燥胁迫过程中,两种色型的果蝇均以碳水化合物作为代谢燃料,但是在低湿条件下,深色果蝇中贮存碳水化合物的含量明显要高。而且,在两种湿度条件下,这两种色型果蝇之间的总能量收支显著不同。据此认为,D.jambulina的水分平衡相关性状表现出的色型特异性分化与其对湿热生境的适应相关。 | Ekta KHASA Parul BADHWAR Veer BHAN | 2013 | 昆虫学报2013,56,12: | 3 |

| 11 | A cross-city molecular biogeographic investigation of arbuscular mycorrhizas in Conyza canadensis rhizosphere across native and non-native regions显示文摘Introduction:The ecological processes underlying the suppressive impacts of invasive species on native species diversity,both above-and below-ground,in non-native regions are not well understood.We therefore aimed to investigate the cross-city biogeographic patterns of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)diversity in Conyza canadensis rhizosphere in native(North American)and non-native(Kashmir Himalayan)regions.Methods:We recovered AMF spores from rhizospheric soils of Conyza in native and non-native ranges,besides doing so from the uninvaded sites in the introduced region.DNA extracted from AMF spores was processed for cloning and PCR-RFLP of SSU rRNA gene to yield the restriction groups(RGs)followed by their sequence analysis to determine the sequence groups(SGs).Results:The results indicated greater diversity of RGs and SGs in Conyza rhizosphere in native than in non-native sites.In the introduced region,however,the AMF diversity was more in uninvaded than in invaded sites.The species composition of AMF varied significantly between native and non-native regions and so also between invaded and uninvaded habitats.Conclusions:Though difference in AMF diversity between Conyza invaded and uninvaded sites may be attributed to invasion,the role of other evolutionary factors seems likely for differences between the native and non-native regions.We suggest that the ecological processes underlying these evolutionary differences in two biogeographic regions,besides the intensity of urbanization,might play some role in these differences. | Manzoor A Shah Marie-Eve Beaulieu Zafar A Reshi Salman Qureshi Damase P Khasa | 2015 | Ecological Processes2015,4,1: | 1 |

| 14 | Genetic Variation in Growth and Cone Traits of Pinus Koraiensis Half-Sib Families in Northeast China显示文摘Genetic parameters were evaluated for growth and cone characteristics(tree height,diameter at breast height,volume,cone number,thousand seeds weight and single cone seeds weight)on 86 half-sib families of Pinus koraiensis aged 31 years.Analyses of variance revealed significant differences(p<0.001)in all growth and cone traits among families while no significant differences were detected among blocks and the interaction between blocks and families.The average family values for growth traits were 17.22 m,8.67 cm and 0.43 m^(3) for tree height,diameter at breast height and volume,respectively.The average cone number,thousand seeds weight and single cone seeds weight were 17.57,748.91 g and 77.25 g,respectively.Genotypic additive variance and phenotypic variances ranged from 0.00009 to 3.820 and from 0.0005 to 23.066,while genotypic and phenotypic coefficients of variation ranged from 2.693%to 37.196%and 4.963%to 60.595%,respectively.Heritability at the individual and family level ranged from 0.152 to 0.215 and 0.611 to 0.862,respectively.Growth traits were significantly positively correlated with each other,but cone traits showed a weak correlation with growth traits.Based on 10% selection rate,nine families each were selected as elite materials in terms of high performance in volume and cone numbers,with 22.16%and 43.82%genetic gain in volume and cone number,respectively.These results provide beneficial information to select excellent families and establish orchards of P.koraiensis from improved seeds. | David Kombi Kaviriri Xiaoting Liu Zuoyi Fan Jingyuan Wang Qi Wang Lianfu Wang Lixing Wang Damase Khasa Xiyang Zhao | 2020 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,1: | 1 |
