1基于三维机器视觉的植物叶片萎蔫预测模型显示文摘采用基于激光斜射测距原理的三维扫描装置实时获取植株三维图像,从中提取叶面卷曲统计指数、分形维数和二维傅里叶变换直流分量作为萎蔫指数来定量研究植物的萎蔫程度,采用西葫芦、葫芦、南瓜及秋葵4种植物的嫩叶期体态变化检验了3种萎蔫指数与萎蔫程度的相关性,结果表明:3种萎蔫指数与萎蔫程度均具有较好的相关性,相关系数都达到了0.82以上。在此基础上,运用SPSS软件建立了3种萎蔫指数与环境饱和水气压差VPD及光合有效辐射的多元线性回归统计模型。张新 赵燕东 郑力嘉 Martin Kraft 2014农业机械学报2014,45,9:9
2Particle-size-dependent upconversion luminescence of NaYF4:Yb,Er nanoparticles in organic solvents and water at different excitation power densities显示文摘A systematic study of the luminescence properties of monodisperse β-NaYF4: 20%Yb^3+,2%Er^3+ upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs)with sizes ranging from 12--43nm is presented utilizing steady-state and time-resolved fluorometry. Special emphasis was dedicated to the absolute quantification of size-and environment-induced quenching of upconversion luminescence (UCL)by highenergy O-H and C-H vibrations from solvent and ligand molecules at different excitation power densities (P).In this context,the still-debated population pathways of the 4F9/2 energy level of Er^3+ were examined.Our results highlight the potential of particle size and P value for color tuning based on the pronounced near-infrared emission of 12nm UCNPs,which outweighs the red Er^3+emission under 'strongly quenched'conditions and accounts for over 50% of total UCL in water.Because current rate equation models do not include such emissions,the suitability of these models for accurately simulating all (de)population pathways of small UCNPs must be critically assessed.Furthermore,we postulate population pathways for the 4F9/2energy level of Er3.,Which correlate with the size-,environment-,and P-dependent quenching states of the higher Er^3+ energy levels.Marco Kraft Christian Würth Verena Muhr Thomas Hirsch Ute Resch-Genger 2018Nano Research2018,11,12:8
3Design of freeform geometries in a MEMS accelerometer with a mechanical motion preamplifier based on a genetic algorithm显示文摘This paper describes a novel,semiautomated design methodology based on a genetic algorithm(GA)using freeform geometries for microelectromechanical systems(MEMS)devices.The proposed method can design MEMS devices comprising freeform geometries and optimize such MEMS devices to provide high sensitivity,large bandwidth,and large fabrication tolerances.The proposed method does not require much computation time or memory.The use of freeform geometries allows more degrees of freedom in the design process,improving the diversity and performance of MEMS devices.A MEMS accelerometer comprising a mechanical motion amplifier is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the design approach.Experimental results show an improvement in the product of sensitivity and bandwidth by 100%and a sensitivity improvement by 141%compared to the case of a device designed with conventional orthogonal shapes.Furthermore,excellent immunities to fabrication tolerance and parameter mismatch are achieved.Chen Wang Xiaoxiao Song Weidong Fang Fang Chen Ioannis Zeimpekis Yuan Wang Aojie Quan Jian Bai Huafeng Liu Gerold Schropfer Chris Welham Michael Kraft 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:6
4基于TOF摄像机的植物叶态萎蔫辨识研究显示文摘为定量辨识植物叶态的萎蔫程度,定义了基于离散时域傅里叶变换的萎蔫指数,搭建了一套植物叶态采集系统,以黄瓜和绿皮西葫芦幼苗为试验样品,采用植株根部快速失水与汲水的方法,控制植株叶片处于不同程度的萎蔫状况,使用TOF摄像机获取叶态3D图像信息,对图像进行去噪、阈值分割、点积运算等处理,得到目标叶片的三维点云数据,运用离散时域傅里叶变换计算其萎蔫指数。通过对黄瓜单片叶和绿皮西葫芦多片叶在植物失水、叶片萎蔫阶段和植物吸水、叶片恢复阶段的萎蔫指数定量对比分析,以及对叶片萎蔫指数在整个植物水分胁迫过程的单因素方差分析,显著性分别为0.890 4、0.292 2、0.903 6,均大于0.05,验证了基于TOF摄像机的叶态萎蔫定量辨识方法的可行性与准确性。张新 高超 Martin Kraft 赵燕东 2016农业机械学报2016,47,5:6
5MEMS gyroscope control system using a band-pass continuous-time sigma-delta modulator显示文摘This paper presents a MEMS gyroscope control system of using a high-order band-pass continuoustime sigma-delta modulator.Compared with a low-pass discrete-time sigma-delta modulator based solution,the band-pass modulator can considerably decrease the sampling frequency;moreover,the continuous-time architecture has an obvious advantage on PCB prototyping and shorter lead time of the implementation in hardware.System level simulations using MATLAB/Simulink show the proposed sixth order sigma-delta modulator can achieve a high SNR of 100 dB for an angular rate input with an amplitude of 200/s and a frequency of32 Hz.A PCB circuit implementation is simulated using Orcad/PSpice to analyze the stability,and implemented in hardware.Measurement of the power spectral density of the output bitstream reveals a noise floor of90 dBV/Hz1/2.The prototype is tested on a rate table with an angular rate input,verifying that the principle of the approach of using an electro-mechanical band-pass sigma-delta modulator control system for a MEMS gyroscope.DING HaiTao YANG ZhenChuan WANG ZhanFei KRAFT Michael YAN GuiZhen 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,10:5
6Explaining the influence of dopant concentration and excitation power density on the luminescence and brightness of β-NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+ nanoparticles:Measurements and simulations显示文摘We assessed the influence of Yb^3+ and Er34 dopant concentration on the relative spectral distribution, quantum yield (Фuc), and decay kinetics of the upconversion luminescence (UCL) and particle brightness (BUC) for similarly sized (33 nm) oleate-capped p-NaYF4:Yb3t,Er^3+ upconversion (UC) nanoparticles (UCNPs) in toluene at broadly varied excitation power densities (F). This included an Yb^3+ series where the Yb^3+ concentration was varied between 11%—21% for a constant Er^3+ concentration of 3%, and an Er^3+ series, where the Er^3+ concentration was varied between 1%-4% for a constant Yb^3+ concentration of 14%. The results were fitted with a coupled rate equation model utilizing the UCL data and decay kinetics of the green and red Er34 emission and the Yb34 luminescence at 980 nm. An increasing Yb34 concentration favors a pronounced triphotonic population of 4F9/2 at high P by an enhanced back energy transfer (BET) from the 4G11/2 level. Simultaneously, the Yb^3+-controlled UCNPs absorption cross section overcompensates for the reduction in Фuc with increasing Yb^3+ concentration at high P, resulting in an increase in Sue. Additionally, our results show that an increase in Yb34 and a decrease in Er^3+ concentration enhance the color tuning range by P. 11Pancreatic cancer–Palliative therapy: stenting显示文摘Pancreatic cancer remains a common and very lethal malignancy with a median survival of approximately 6 months. Surgical resection offers the only potentially curative approach but many patients (80% or more) are ineligible for this kind of therapy, because of age, comorbidities, or locally advanced or metastatic disease that does not benefit from resection. Thus, for many patients with pancreatic cancer treatment remains palliative and endoscopic therapy to relieve bile duct or gastric outlet obstruction becomes of special importance. Although both surgical and non surgical palliative procedures can relieve biliary and duodenal obstruction particularly endoscopic treatment with plastic prostheses or self expanding metal stents was shown to be not only highly effective but also to be burdened with only few complications. 13Design of a large-range rotary microgripper with freeform geometries using a genetic algorithm显示文摘This paper describes a novel electrostatically actuated microgripper with freeform geometries designed by a genetic algorithm.This new semiautomated design methodology is capable of designing near-optimal MEMS devices that are robust to fabrication tolerances.The use of freeform geometries designed by a genetic algorithm significantly improves the performance of the microgripper.An experiment shows that the designed microgripper has a large displacement(91.5μm)with a low actuation voltage(47.5 V),which agrees well with the theory.The microgripper has a large actuation displacement and can handle micro-objects with a size from 10 to 100μm.A grasping experiment on human hair with a diameter of 77μm was performed to prove the functionality of the gripper.The result confirmed the superior performance of the new design methodology enabling freeform geometries.This design method can also be extended to the design of many other MEMS devices.Chen Wang Yuan Wang Weidong Fang Xiaoxiao Song Aojie Quan Michiel Gidts Hemin Zhang Huafeng Liu Jian Bai Sina Sadeghpour Michael Kraft 2022Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,1:2
