20日粮中黄曲霉毒素对生长阉公猪健康和生产性能的影响显示文摘由于乙醇生产过程中的浓缩作用,可溶性干酒糟(DDGS)中黄曲霉毒素特别是黄曲霉毒素B1的含量可能很高。在猪饲粮中增加DDGS的用量,可导致黄曲霉毒素中毒的发生率提高,降低猪采食量和体增重并损伤肝脏功能。因此,本试验研究黄曲霉毒素B1对生长阉公猪健康状况、生产性能和血液指标的影响。90头35±5日龄、体重为14.2±3.0kg的杜洛克×约克夏二杂阉公猪随机分到9个圈中,每圈10头猪。试验采用3×3试验设计,日粮中黄曲霉毒素的含量为0、250和500μg·kg-1,试验时间为7、28和70d。试验猪每天记录采食量,每周称重并采血,分离血清检测天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素和血清尿素氮浓度。黄曲霉毒素B1极显著降低试验猪日采食量和日增重(P≤0.001),500μg·kg-1组5~10周的日均采食量显著低于0μg·kg-1组(P<0.05),250μg·kg-1组的第5周和第8~10周的日均采食量也显著低于0μg·kg-1组(P<0.05),试验第10周500μg·kg-1组的日均采食量也显著低于250μg·kg-1组(P=0.002);试验第8周500μg·kg-1组的日增重显著低于0μg·kg-1组(P<0.05),250μg·kg-1组和0μg·kg-1组的日增重无显著差异(P≥0.665);黄曲霉毒素对丙氨酸氨基转移酶和总胆红素无显著影响(P≥0.08),但显著影响天冬氨酸氨基转移酶和血清尿素氮浓度(P<0.05),试验第5周,250μg·kg-1组血清中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶高于0μg·kg-1组(P=0.01),在试验第3周,0μg·kg-1组血清尿素氮浓度高于250μg·kg-1组(P=0.004)。试验结果表明,饲喂受到黄曲霉毒素污染的日粮,生长阉公猪的生产性能和健康状况将受到影响,尤其当饲喂时间较长时影响更为严重。Rustemeyer S M Lamberson W R Ledoux D R Rottinghaus G E Shaw D P Cockrum R R Kessler K L Austin K J Cammack K M 司马博锋 2011饲料博览2011,,5:0
