1低渗油藏CO_2驱中注采方式优化设计显示文摘低渗油藏储层致密,衰竭与注水效果差,由于CO2具有易流动、降黏、体积膨胀的特点,在解决低渗透油藏开发方面表现出独特的优势。讨论了低渗油藏CO2驱中的注采方式,分析了目前常用的连续注气、水气交替和生产井控制等注采方式的优缺点,提出应综合考虑原油采收率、CO2埋存量、经济效益及其在低渗油藏中的适用性。并针对以上方法的不足提出了另外3种改进注采方式,通过油藏工程研究、典型模型和实例油藏的数值模拟进行测试分析,表明改进的依据生产井气油比和平均静压两种指标实施开关井控制的CO2驱注采方法能够满足低渗油藏注气能力需要,且具有开发周期短、油藏采收率高、CO2埋存潜力大等特点,油田实施简易,能够取得较好经济、社会效益。李保振 李相方 Kamy Sepehrnoori 姚约东 2010西南石油大学学报(自然科学版)2010,32,2:42
2超临界CO2压裂技术现状与展望显示文摘以水基压裂液开发非常规油气过程中所面临的问题为背景,总结了超临界CO2压裂技术的独特优势、技术特点、工艺流程及其作业机制。全面分析了超临界CO2压裂技术的起源、超临界CO2压裂岩石起裂机制、缝内携砂规律、井筒流动与控制、压裂设备及现场试验等研究发展现状,得到了当前阻碍该技术工业化应用的关键问题,并给出了相应对策。针对超临界CO2压裂岩石起裂机制的研究多为现象性描述,未来应重视理论分析与模拟实验相结合,给出定量评价方法;超临界CO2缝内携砂能力的研究除了加强增黏剂方向的攻关力度外,研发纳米纤维实现物理增黏、开发新型低密度支撑剂、提高施工设备技术参数等也是有益的工作。未来超临界CO2压裂技术将逐渐由直井单层压裂向水平井多级压裂发展并与连续油管拖动压裂相结合,逐渐满足页岩气、煤层气、致密砂岩气等非常规油气的规模化开发需求。王海柱 李根生 郑永 Kamy Sepehrnoori 沈忠厚 杨兵 石鲁杰 2020石油学报2020,41,1:50
3液氮磨料射流破碎高温花岗岩机理显示文摘液氮磨料射流是一种高效的破碎干热岩方式。为进一步探究其破岩机理,开展液氮磨料射流喷射高温花岗岩室内实验。从宏观角度分析岩石破碎形式、射流孔眼形态及表面特征,从微观角度分析断裂面形貌和微裂缝分布等,探究液氮磨料射流破碎高温岩石特征。同时,开展磨料水射流和氮气磨料射流破岩实验作为对照。实验结果表明,液氮磨料射流形成的孔眼形状不规则,表面凹凸不平,且破碎体积明显大于磨料水射流和氮气磨料射流。扫描电镜实验显示,低温、冲击载荷作用下,在孔眼壁面和孔眼附近区域生成大量微裂缝,其主要断裂方式为拉伸、剪切作用下岩石的脆性断裂,表现为穿晶断裂和沿晶断裂。理论分析和数值模拟研究表明,液氮低温作用对岩石造成损伤,而热应力、磨料冲击载荷和流体水楔作用在损伤岩石基础上主要以剪切和拉伸两种方式破碎岩石。黄中伟 张世昆 李根生 杨睿月 武晓光 张宏源 Kamy Sepehrnoori 2020石油学报2020,41,5:15
4天然裂缝多孔介质中流体运移的流线模拟显示文摘为了研究天然裂缝在多孔介质中的作用,将嵌入型离散裂缝模型(EDFM)与流线模拟方法相结合,对天然裂缝进行模拟,计算流体在基质和裂缝中的流动轨迹及流动时间。通过分析具有不同裂缝网络的油藏见水时间和驱扫体积的差别,研究裂缝导流能力、裂缝数目和裂缝位置对流体流动轨迹和流动时间的影响。研究表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,与无裂缝均质油藏相比,裂缝性油藏中水驱见水时间会快30%,而驱扫体积会少10%。虽然增加单条裂缝可以加速见水时间,减少驱扫体积,但增加更多裂缝却不一定得到相同效果。水驱效果还跟裂缝的走向和位置有关系,不同的走向和位置可以导致见水时间相差20%,而驱扫体积相差9%。裂缝长度越短,对于流体流动轨迹和流动时间的影响越小。裂缝的位置对驱扫效率影响较大,单条裂缝的位置变动可以导致驱扫体积变化1%。左立华 于伟 苗继军 VARAVEI Abdoljalil SEPEHRNOORI Kamy 2019石油勘探与开发2019,46,1:7

6On the feasibility of re-stimulation of shale wells显示文摘As a result of advances in horizontal completions and multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, the U.S. has been able to economically develop several decades of worth of natural gas. However, a considerable concern has risen on the economic viability of shale gas development for reasons associated with the fast production declines as well as recent down-turns of natural gas prices besides rises in the costs of new technologies. Therefore, an economic analysis is required to investigate the profitability of the refracturing treatment of unconventional gas resources. Net present value of cash flows and internal rate of return are calculated for a range of gas prices considering 20 years of natural gas production from a typical unconventional shale gas reservoir. A systematic comparison is then accomplished for three scenarios:(1) re-fracturing versus no refracturing,(2) combination of re-fracturing and drilling new wells, and(3) time-dependent re-fracturing treatment.Further, this paper incorporates the cost of re-fracturing treatment, the cost of drilling a new horizontal well, the water treatment cost, as well as the current and future price of natural gas in the model. 13Methods for simultaneously evaluating reserve and permeability of undersaturated coalbed methane reservoirs using production data during the dewatering stage显示文摘In this work,a flowing material balance equation(FMBE) is established for under saturated coalbed methane(CBM) reservoirs,which considers immobile free gas expansion effect at the dewatering stage.Based on the established FMBE,five straight-line methods are proposed to determine the control area,initial water reserve,initial free gas reserve,initial adsorbed gas reserve,original gas in place,as well as permeability at the same time.Subsequently,the proposed FMBE methods for undersaturated CBM reservoirs are validated against a reservoir simulation software with and without considering free gas expansion.Finally,the proposed methods are applied in a field case when considering free gas expansion effect.Validation cases show that the straight-line relationships for the proposed five FMBE methods are excellent,and good agreements are obtained among the actual reserves and permeabilities and those evaluated by the proposed five FMBE methods,indicating the proposed five FMBE methods are effective and rational for CBM reservoirs.Results show that a small amount of free gas will result in a great deviation in reserve evaluation;hence,the immobile free gas expansion effect should be considered when establishing the material balance equation of undersaturated CBM reservoirs at the dewatering stage.Jun-Tai Shi Jia-Yi Wu Zheng Sun Zhi-Hua Xiao Cheng Liu Kamy Sepehrnoori 2020Petroleum Science2020,17,4:2
14Key problems and solutions in supercritical CO2 fracturing technology显示文摘Supercritical CO2 fracturing is considered to be a new method for efficient exploitation of unconventional reservoirs,such as shale gas,coal bed methane,and tight sand stone gas.Supercritical CO2 has many special properties including low viscosity,high diffusion coefficient,and lack of surface tension,which brings about great advantages for fracturing.However,these properties also cause several problems,such as difficulty in proppant transportation,high friction loss,and high pump displacement.In this paper,the above problems were analyzed by combining field test with laboratory study and specific solutions to these problems are given.The high frictionloss in the pipeline could be reduced by developing a new drag reducing agent and selecting large-size casing.Besides,for the problem of poor capacity in proppant carrying and sand plug,the methods of adding tackifier into supercritical CO2,increasing pump displacement and selecting ultralow density proppants are proposed.Moreover,for the problem of fast leak-off and high requirement for pump displacement,the displacement can be increased or the pad fluid can be injected into the reservoir.After solving the above three problems,the field test of supercritical CO2 fracturing can be conducted.The research results can promote the industrialization process of supercritical CO2 fracturing.Haizhu WANG Gensheng LI Bin ZHU Kamy SEPEHRNOORI Lujie SHI Yong ZHENG Xiaomei SHI 2019Frontiers in Energy2019,13,4:2
