1Chlorobenzenes Contamination in Soils/Sediments at a Site of Decommissioned Plant in Central China显示文摘China is one of the most important producers and suppliers of the chlorobenzenes(CBs), accounting for more than 50% of the world production. Although CBs contamination at the sites of chemical production factories is well-known, the knowledge on spatial distribution and contaminated degree of CBs are still limited. To better understand the occurrence of CBs, a total of 161 soil/sediment samples were collected from 36 sampling points within a 20 m deep from a site of decommissioned chlorobenzenes-producing factory in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, central China. The results showed that monochlorobenzene(MCB) is the predominant contaminants with the ΣCBs levels ranging from 0.05 to 8 600 mg/kg dry weight(dw) with a mean value of 384 mg/kg dw. The vertical distribution of CBs indicated that CBs may have clearly transported to deeper sections in the subsurface. 2Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables by Enzyme Inhibition Colorimetric Kit显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to understand the detection effect of commercial enzyme inhibition colorimetric kit.[Methods]Six brands of kits were used to detect pesticide residues in vegetables.The detection results were compared with those of 50 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and 10 kinds of carbamate pesticides detected by chromatography and mass spectrometry.According to different thresholds,the test results of different kits were evaluated,and the false positive rate,false negative rate and coincidence rate of each kit were obtained.The test results of commercial enzyme inhibition colorimetric kits were compared and analyzed.[Results]The detection effect of kit D was the best among the 6 brands of kits,and the coincidence rate was the highest under the 7 thresholds.There was a certain relationship between the detection effect of commercial enzyme inhibition colorimetric kit and the determination threshold of positive samples.The false positive rate decreased with the increase of determination threshold,and the false negative rate increased with the increase of determination threshold,but the coincidence rate with chromatography and mass spectrometry can not reach 100%.When the threshold was set to 20%,the effect was the best.The coincidence rate of 3 brands of kits with the results of chromatography and mass spectrometry was the highest,and none of the 6 kits involved in the comparison had the lowest coincidence rate under this threshold.[Conclusions]It is suggested to modify the threshold values in national standard and trade standard.Jie ZHANG Gang ZHANG Zhanbin SHEN Lumei DUAN Wei ZHANG Junxia LUO Jianbo ZHAO 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,8:1
3Matrix Effects of Fourteen Organophosphorus Pesticides Residues in Nine Kinds of Vegetable Matrices显示文摘The matrix effects of 14 organophosphorus pesticides in 9 kinds of vegetables matrices were preliminarily studied by gas chromatography /flame photometric detection( FPD) in the paper. The matrix effects of 14 organophosphorus pesticides in 9 kinds of vegetable matrices at 0. 05,0. 1 and 0. 2 mg / L were compared,respectively. 4Leucine-rich glioma-inactivated protein 1 antibody-mediated autoimmune encephalitis in a 4-year-old girl:a case report显示文摘Background:Leucine-rich glioma-inactivated protein 1(LGI1)antibody-mediated encephalitis is a rare subtype of autoimmune encephalopathy,which is associated with autoimmunity against the neuronal plasma membrane proteins.The characteristic symptoms of this disease are memory dysfunction,seizures,faciobrachial dystonic seizures,cognitive deficits,neuropsychiatric disturbances,and intractable hyponatremia.The diagnosis of this disease mainly depends on the presence of anti-LGI1 antibody in serum or cerebrospinal fluid of patients.LGI1 antibody encephalitis has been reported mostly in adults,with rare occurrences in children.Case presentation:In this report,we described a 4-year-old girl with typical seizures.Seizure types included focal seizures and generalized tonic-clonic seizures.The electroencephalogram findings showed focal discharges.Brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed normal.The cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)levels of cells,glucose,and chloride were within the normal range,and the culture did not reveal growth of any pathogen.Test of serum LGI1-Ab was positive,while the tests for autoimmune encephalitis antibody series in CSF were negative.The seizures of the patient were completely controlled after the therapy of immunoglobulin,methylprednisolone and antiepileptic drugs(AEDs),and the mental state almost returned to normal.Conclusion:To our knowledge,the patient described here may be the youngest case of LGI1 antibody encephalitis reported to date.Children with the LGI1 antibody-associated encephalitis may present only with single symptoms such as epileptic seizures and have good response to the therapy of immunoglobulin,methylprednisolone and antiepileptic drugs.Our case report will provide hints for pediatricians in the diagnosis and treatment of LGI1-antibody encephalitis.Junxia Luo Jianguo Shi Yehong Chen Wandong Hu Yujie Guo Guangshun Hou Zaifen Gao 2021Acta Epileptologica2021,3,1:1
5Haemorrhage risk of brain arteriovenous malformation during pregnancy and puerperium显示文摘Background This study aimed to assess whether pregnancy and puerperium were associated with the risk of brain arteriovenous malformation(bAVM)haemorrhage.Methods A retrospective review was conducted in Xiangya Hospital,Central South University from January 2012 to December 2021.A case-crossover design was adopted to calculate the incidence density of bAVM-related haemorrhage among female patients in risk(pregnancy and puerperium)and control(non-pregnancy and non-puerperium)periods,according to four scenarios observed in different populations scenario I:patients with haemorrhagic bAVM of all ages;scenario II:patients with haemorrhagic bAVM of all ages,with at least one previous pregnancy;scenario III:patients with haemorrhagic bAVM who are of reproductive age(15-45 years);scenario IV:patients with haemorrhagic bAVM of reproductive age(15-45 years),with at least one previous pregnancy.Next,a comprehensive literature aggregation(up to April 2022)was performed for evidence synthesis.Results Among the 311 female patients with haemorrhagic bAVM,a significant haemorrhage risk during pregnancy and puerperium was found in Scenarios I(relative risk[RR],2.08;95%CI,1.28 to 3.39),II(RR,3.21;95%CI,1.95 to 5.31)and IV(RR,2.92;95%CI,1.73 to 4.93);however,a suggestive risk was found in scenario III(RR,1.62;95%CI,0.99 to 2.67).Evidence synthesis revealed a consistent haemorrhage risk among patients of all ages(RR,3.15;95%CI,1.93 to 5.15)and those of reproductive age(RR,1.29;95%CI,0.89 to 1.86).Conclusion Compared with most previous studies,a higher but relatively moderate risk for bAVM-related haemorrhage was identified during pregnancy and puerperium.Individualised prevention and treatment strategies should be preferred when neurosurgeons make clinical decisions.Junyu Liu Honghao Zhang Chun Luo Yuxin Guo Yifeng Li Dun Yuan Weixi Jiang Junxia Yan 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,4:1

7Cache Pollution Prevention Mechanism Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning in NDN显示文摘As a representative architecture of contentcentric paradigms for the future Internet,named data networking(NDN)enables consumers to retrieve content duplicates from either the original server or intermediate routers.Each node of NDN is equipped with cache that buffers but not validates the data,making it vulnerable to various attacks.Cache pollution,one of the specific attacks in NDN,fraudulently alters the cached contents by excessively requesting worthless information,squeezing the space of real popular contents and thus degrading the experience of normal users.In order to address the issue,this paper proposes a defense scheme based on deep reinforcement learning(DRL)against cache pollution attack,in which whether a data packet is to be cached is decided by a trained intelligent agent,that is adaptive to dynamic network states and following long term rewards,the accumulative data-requesting delays.Finally,the DRL-based scheme is evaluated and compared to two other existing schemes.Experimental results show that the proposed defense mechanism outperforms the others significantly,and is proved to be effective against cache pollution attacks.Jie Zhou Jiangtao Luo Junxia Wang Lianglang Deng 2021Journal of Communications and Information Networks2021,6,1:0
8Natural variations of OsAUX5,a target gene of OsWRKY78,control the neutral essential amino acid content in rice grains显示文摘Grain essential amino acid(EAA)levels contribute to rice nutritional quality.However,the molecular mechanisms underlying EAA accumulation and natural variation in rice grains remain unclear.Here we report the identification of a previously unrecognized auxin influx carrier subfamily gene,OsAUX5,which encodes an amino acid transporter that functions in uptake of multiple amino acids.We identified an elite haplotype of Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) that enhances grain EAA accumulation without an apparent negative effect on agronomic traits.Natural variations of OsAUX5 occur in the cis elements of its promoter,which are differentially activated because of the different binding affinity between OsWRKY78 and the W-box,contributing to grain EAA variation among rice varieties.The two distinct haplotypes were shown to have originated from different Oryza rufipogon progenitors,which contributed to the divergence between japonica and indica.Introduction of the indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) genotype into japonica could significantly increase EAA levels,indicating that indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) can be utilized to increase grain EAAs of japonica varieties.Collectively,our study uncovers an WRKY78–OsAUX5-based regulatory mechanism controlling grain EAA accumulation and provides a potential target for breeding EAA-rich rice.Yuheng Shi Yuanyuan Zhang Yangyang Sun Ziyang Xie Yu Luo Qiyuan Long Jiahui Feng Xueqing Liu Bi Wang Dujun He Junxia Ren Peizhen Guo Junwei Xing Liqiang He Alisdair RFernie Wei Chen Xianqing Liu Yuehua Luo Cheng Jin Jie Luo 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,2:0
