1Vertical distribution of aerosol optical properties based on aircraft measurements over the Loess Plateau in China显示文摘Vertical distributions of aerosol optical properties based on aircraft measurements over the Loess Plateau were measured for the first time during a summertime aircraft campaign, 2013 in Shanxi, China. Data from four flights were analyzed. The vertical distributions of aerosol optical properties including aerosol scattering coefficients(σsc), absorption coefficients(σab),Angstr?m exponent(α), single scattering albedo(ω), backscattering ratio(βsc), aerosol mass scattering proficiency(Q sc) and aerosol surface scattering proficiency(Q sc′) were obtained. The mean statistical values of σsc were 77.45 Mm-1(at 450 nm), 50.72 Mm-1(at 550 nm), and32.02 Mm-1(at 700 nm). The mean value of σab was 7.62 Mm-1(at 550 nm). The mean values ofα, βsc and ω were 1.93, 0.15, and 0.91, respectively. Aerosol concentration decreased with altitude. Most effective diameters(ED) of aerosols were less than 0.8 μm. The vertical profiles of σsc,, α, βsc, Q sc and Q sc′ showed that the aerosol scattering properties at lower levels contributed the most to the total aerosol radiative forcing. Both α and βsc had relatively large values, suggesting that most aerosols in the observational region were small particles. The mean values of σsc, α, βsc, Q sc, Q sc′, σab and ω at different height ranges showed that most of the parameters decreased with altitude. 2The terrestrial locomotion of a mole cricket with foreleg amputation显示文摘Mole cricket is a unique insect, it not only can dig and excavate under ground with its specialized forelimb, but also can achieve terrestrial locomotion. This study focused on the difference of kinematics between mole crickets and normal insects in terrestrial walking. In order to study the function of the specialized foreleg, the adjustments made to the foreleg amputation were discussed by analyzing the motion ability, gait, and body posture of the mole cricket with and without forelegs. The results show that mole crickets walk in terrestrial locomotion by using a special tripod gait, with the clumsy foreleg not as functional as normal hexapods. 4Preparation and characterization of some surface negatively charged residue mutants of cytochrome b_5显示文摘Site-directed mutagenesis was used to obtain seven variants of tryptic fragment of bovine liver cytochrome bs (cyt bs), in which the negatively charged residues around the heme exposed edge of cyt bs were replaced by hydropho-bic amino acid alanine. Double-site mutants, triple-site mutants and even quadruple-site mutants were obtained. DNA sequencing and molecular weight measurements of the mutant proteins both confirmed that these site-directed muta-genesises were successfully performed. Spectroelectrochem-istry of these mutant proteins revealed that the apparent redox potentials of these mutant proteins caused a positive shift of 2-10 mV. 7Roles of Phe58 residue in stabilizing structure of cytochrome b_5显示文摘To understand effect of π-stacking interactions between the side chain of aromatic amino acids and the por-phyrin ring on structures and properties in cytochrome b5 (cyt b5), the Phe58 residue was mutated to tyrosine and tryptophan, respectively by site-directed mutagenesis. The denaturation of cyt bs F58W and F58Y toward guanidine hydrochloride was examined by UV-visible and fluorescence spectroscopy. The kinetics of heme transfer reactions between apo-myoglobin and the mutants were studied. 8Health Management of Patients with Type II Diabetes and its Influence on Chronic Complication显示文摘Objectives:To explore the application of health management in patients with type II diabetes and to analyze and compare the incidence of chronic complications.Methods:the relevant research work was carried out in our hospital.During September 2018 to September 2019,100 patients with type II diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:one group was given routine nursing intervention,the other group was given health management,and they were named control group and experimental group respectively.Each group had 50 patients,the influence of different nursing methods on the incidence of chronic complications in patients was explored.Results:In the one-year followup results,the corresponding complications of patients mainly include cardiovascular disease,kidney disease,cerebrovascular disease,fundus disease and peripheral neuropathy.The incidence of complications in the experimental group is 10.00%,while that in the control group is 32.00%.in comparison,the incidence in the experimental group is lower,and the data difference between the two group is small(P<0.05),which exists significance.Conclusion:The application of health management method in type II diabetes has significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of chronic complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and has positive significance for clinical development.Jinmin Ren Shoumei Wang Tongzhen Zhao Junxia Cui Liqiang Wu 2020Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,3:0
9A Stable Luminescent Covalent Organic Framework Nanosheet for Sensitive Molecular Recognition显示文摘Despite rapid advances in fluorescence detectors over the past decade,the development of a highly stable,sensitive,and selective fluorescence platform for molecular recognition remains a considerable challenge.Here we report a stable carbazole-based sp2 carbon fluorescence covalent organic framework(COF)nanosheet,termed a JUC-557 nanosheet.Owing to the synergistic effect of aggregation-induced emission-and aggregation-caused quenching-based chromophores,the architecture of the JUC-577 shows high absolute quantum yields(up to 23.0%)in the solid state and when dispersed in various solvents as well as excellent sensing performance toward specific analytes,such as iodine(Ka:2.10×10^(5)M−1 and LOD:302 ppb),2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(Ka:4.38×10^(5)M−1 and LOD:129 ppb),and especially nitrobenzene(Ka:6.18×10^(6)M−1 and LOD:5 ppb)that is superior to that of fluorescence detection materials reported so far.Furthermore,the JUC-557 nanosheet preserves strong luminescence and sensitive recognition,even under harsh conditions,and allows trace detection of various analytes via a handheld UV lamp.These findings pave the way for developing stable ultrathin COF nanomaterials for highly sensitive and selective molecular detection.Yaozu Liu Junxia Ren Yujie Wang Xin Zhu Xinyu Guan Zisheng Wang Yida Zhou Liangkui Zhu Shilun Qiu Shengxiong Xiao Qianrong Fang 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,9:0
10Natural variations of OsAUX5,a target gene of OsWRKY78,control the neutral essential amino acid content in rice grains显示文摘Grain essential amino acid(EAA)levels contribute to rice nutritional quality.However,the molecular mechanisms underlying EAA accumulation and natural variation in rice grains remain unclear.Here we report the identification of a previously unrecognized auxin influx carrier subfamily gene,OsAUX5,which encodes an amino acid transporter that functions in uptake of multiple amino acids.We identified an elite haplotype of Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) that enhances grain EAA accumulation without an apparent negative effect on agronomic traits.Natural variations of OsAUX5 occur in the cis elements of its promoter,which are differentially activated because of the different binding affinity between OsWRKY78 and the W-box,contributing to grain EAA variation among rice varieties.The two distinct haplotypes were shown to have originated from different Oryza rufipogon progenitors,which contributed to the divergence between japonica and indica.Introduction of the indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) genotype into japonica could significantly increase EAA levels,indicating that indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) can be utilized to increase grain EAAs of japonica varieties.Collectively,our study uncovers an WRKY78–OsAUX5-based regulatory mechanism controlling grain EAA accumulation and provides a potential target for breeding EAA-rich rice.Yuheng Shi Yuanyuan Zhang Yangyang Sun Ziyang Xie Yu Luo Qiyuan Long Jiahui Feng Xueqing Liu Bi Wang Dujun He Junxia Ren Peizhen Guo Junwei Xing Liqiang He Alisdair RFernie Wei Chen Xianqing Liu Yuehua Luo Cheng Jin Jie Luo 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,2:0
11A double‐mode planar argon plume produced by varying the distance from an atmospheric pressure plasma jet显示文摘Atmospheric pressure planar plumes are desirable for the applications of low temperature plasmas,such as rapid modification of large‐scale surfaces.Up to now,only single‐mode planar plumes with either a streamer mode or a filamentary mode have been reported in the literature.Distinctive from the single‐mode planar plumes,a double‐mode argon planar plume has been generated in this article,which operates in the streamer mode with a larger distance away from a plasma jet and transits to the filamentary mode with decreasing the distance.Discharge characteristics and plasma parameters are compared for the two modes.Results indicate that the streamer mode and the filamentary mode correspond to pulsed and humped discharges respectively.Fast photography reveals that the streamer‐mode plume is composed of stochastically branching streamers,while the filamentary‐mode plume results from a series of moving filaments similar to those in barrier discharge.In contrast to the streamer mode,the filamentary mode has lower excited electron temperature and vibrational temperature,whereas higher electron density and gas temperature.In addition,better hydrophilicity of polyethylene terephthalate surface is achieved in the filamentary mode.Kaiyue Wu Jingnan Liu Jiacun Wu Mo Chen Junxia Ran Xuexia Pang Pengying Jia Xuechen Li Chenhua Ren 2023High Voltage2023,8,6:0
