1Zircon U-Pb and geochemical analyses for leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas in the Danfeng Group,north Qinling Mountains,China显示文摘Field observation showed that there are many irregular leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas in the Danfeng Group in the Xiaowangjian area, north Qinling orogenic belt. Photomicrographs indicated that the protoliths of those altered leucocratic intrusive rocks are dioritic rocks. Geochemical analyses showed that pillow lavas have a range of SiO2 from 47.35% to 51.20%, low abundance of TiO2 from 0.97% to 1.72%, and percentages of MgO (MgO#=41―49). Chondrite-normalized REE patterns of pillow lavas are even, indicative of a weak differentiation between LREE and HREE (La/YbN=1.52―0.99). N-MORB-normalized trace element abundances showed that pillow lavas are enriched in incompatible elements (e.g., K, Rb, and Ba). Leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas have a wide range of SiO2 from 53.85%―67.20%, low abundances of TiO2 from 0.51%―1.10%, and MgO (MgO#=40―51), and higher percentages of Al2O3 (13.32%―16.62%) and concentration of Sr (342-539 μg/g), ratios of Na2O/K2O (2―7) and Sr/Y (17―28). Chondrite-normalized REE patterns of leucocratic intrusive rocks showed highly differentiation between LREE and HREE (La/YbN=12.26―19.41). N-MORB-normalized trace element abundances showed that leucocratic intrusive rocks are enriched in incompatible elements (e.g., K, Rb, and Ba), and significantly depleted in HFSE (e.g., Nb, Ta, Zr and Ti), indicative of a relationship to subduction. Isotopically, leucocratic intrusive rocks have a similar εNd(t) (+7.45―+13.14) to that of MORB (+8.8―+9.7), which indicates that those leucocratic intrusive rocks sourced from depleted mantle most likely. 2Toll-Like Receptor 4 Deficiency Causes Reduced Exploratory Behavior in Mice Under Approach-Avoidance Conflict显示文摘Abnormal approach-avoidance behavior has been linked to deficits in the mesolimbic dopamine(DA)system of the brain. Recently, increasing evidence has indicated that toll-like receptor 4(TLR4), an important pattern-recognition receptor in the innate immune system,can be directly activated by substances of abuse, resulting in an increase of the extracellular DA level in the nucleus accumbens. We thus hypothesized that TLR4-dependent signaling might regulate approach-avoidance behavior. To test this hypothesis, we compared the novelty-seeking and social interaction behaviors of TLR4-deficient(TLR4^(-/-))and wild-type(WT) mice in an approach-avoidance conflict situation in which the positive motivation to explore a novel object or interact with an unfamiliar mouse was counteracted by the negative motivation to hide in exposed,large spaces. We found that TLR4^(-/-)mice exhibitedreduced novelty-seeking and social interaction in the large open spaces. In less stressful test apparatuses similar in size to the mouse cage, however, TLR4^(-/-)mice performed normally in both novelty-seeking and social interaction tests. The reduced exploratory behaviors under approachavoidance conflict were not due to a high anxiety level or an enhanced fear response in the TLR4^(-/-)mice, as these mice showed normal anxiety and fear responses in the open field and passive avoidance tests, respectively. Importantly,the novelty-seeking behavior in the large open field induced a higher level of c-Fos activation in the nucleus accumbens shell(NAc Sh) in TLR4^(-/-)mice than in WT mice. Partially inactivating the NAc Sh via infusion of GABA receptor agonists restored the novelty-seeking behavior of TLR4^(-/-)mice. These data suggested that TLR4 is crucial for positive motivational behavior under approach-avoidance conflict. 8Fracture mechanism and separation conditions of pineapple fruit-stem and calibration of physical characteristic parameters显示文摘At present,the research on the physical composition and properties of pineapple plants is scarce,and the uncertainty of fruit picking method is the key bottleneck factor hindering the research and development of pineapple harvesting machinery.Based on the statistics of survey data from many places,this paper analyzes the fruit-stem fracture mechanism and the theoretical conditions for optimal separation through structural modeling,mechanical behavior analysis and function judgment.On this basis,the“pineapple plant fixation bench”and“fruit-stem bending separation torque test equipment”were developed,and large-size,small-size tests and random optimization tests were carried out successively.The test results showed that the larger of the stem-stalk fixation distance,the more torque and fracture starting angle required for fruit fracture would increase,and the change range was small when the stem-stalk fixation distance was within 50 mm,and the probability of brittle fracture and complete separation was very high.When the space between the fracture section and the fruit-stem connecting point is about 5mm,the range of bending moment value required for the fruit-stem fracture is 1.88 to 2.77 N·m,the range of fracture starting angle is 12.2°to 18.1°,and the angular travel range during the separation process is 82.9°to 87.5°.When the stem-stalk fixation distance is about 15 mm,it is the best fruit-stem separation condition and the breaking torque measured in the verification test is about 2.76 N·m.The fracture starting angle is about 13.8°,the maximum prediction error is 13.1%,and the elastic modulus near the fruit-stem joint ranges from 16.1 to 23.9 MPa.This conclusion can provide an important design basis for the research and development of pineapple field picking robot and harvesting equipment.Mutong Li Lin He Dandan Yue Binbin Wang Junlue Li 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,5:0
