3Analysis and improvement of missile three-loop autopilots显示文摘The non-minimum phase feature of tail-controlled missile airframes is analyzed.Three selection strategies for desired performance indexes are presented.An acceleration autopilot design methodology based on output feedback and optimization is proposed.Performance and robustness comparisons between the two-loop and classical three-loop topologies are made.Attempts to improve the classical three-loop topology are discussed.Despite the same open-loop structure,the classical three-loop autopilot shows distinct characteristics from a two-loop autopilot with PI compensator.Both the two-loop and three-loop topologies can stabilize a static unstable missile.However, the finite actuator resource is the crucial factor dominating autopilot function.Lin Defu Fan Junfang Qi Zaikang Mou Yu 2009Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2009,20,4:10
4Research and Practice of Dynamic Network Security Architecture for IaaS Platforms显示文摘Network security requirements based on virtual network technologies in IaaS platforms and corresponding solutions were reviewed.A dynamic network security architecture was proposed,which was built on the technologies of software defined networking,Virtual Machine(VM)traffic redirection,network policy unified management,software defined isolation networks,vulnerability scanning,and software updates.The proposed architecture was able to obtain the capacity for detection and access control for VM traffic by redirecting it to configurable security appliances,and ensured the effectiveness of network policies in the total life cycle of the VM by configuring the policies to the right place at the appropriate time,according to the impacts of VM state transitions.The virtual isolation domains for tenants’VMs could be built flexibly based on VLAN policies or Netfilter/Iptables firewall appliances,and vulnerability scanning as a service and software update as a service were both provided as security supports.Through cooperation with IDS appliances and automatic alarm mechanisms,the proposed architecture could dynamically mitigate a wide range of network-based attacks.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed architecture.Lin Chen Xingshu Chen Junfang Jiang Xueyuan Yin Guolin Shao 2014Tsinghua Science and Technology2014,19,5:6
5Efficient transformation and expression of gfp gene in the edible mushroom Pleurotus nebrodensis显示文摘An efficient transformation method mediated by PEG-protoplasts was developed for the newly commercial edible mushroom Pleu- rotus nebrodensis. Two plasmids were used to co-transform protoplasts of P. nebrodensis. One plasmid is pAN7-1 containing a positive selectable marker gene hph conferring hygromycin B resistance. Another plasmid is pBlue-GFP containing a reporter gene gfp conferring green fluorescent protein. PCR and Southern blot analysis showed that hph gene or/and gfp gene were integrated into the genome of P. nebrodensis transformants. The transformation efficiency of the positive selectable marker gene hph was 3 transformants per microgram of plasmid pAN7-1 DNA, which was about 30 times higher than that previously reported in thoroughly studied Pleurotus species such as Pleurotus ostreatus. The transformation efficiency of the reporter gene gfp was 9 transformants per microgram of plasmid pBlu-GFP DNA. The co-transformation efficiency was 23.68%. 6Farmland mercury contamination in the vicinity of an organic chemical factory in Guizhou,China显示文摘This study assesses the level of contamination of Hg in farmland soils along the irrigating channel down-stream from Guizhou Organic Chemical Factory (GOCF),where metallic mercury is used as a catalyst to produce acetic acid. The total input of mercury into the environment,as announced by GOCF,is 140 t in the past 30 years (1971-2000). Sampling sites were chosen based on the distance from the source of pollution—the chemical factory. A total of 39 samples were collected from the study area and analyzed for total mercury concentrations and methyl mercury concentrations. The characteristics of vertical and horizontal distributions of total mercury and methyl mer-cury in the study area (farmland) are described in this paper. Much attention was paid to the transformation of inor-ganic Hg into organic mercury species in soils as well. The results showed that the farmland has been heavily con-taminated by Hg. Land cultivation activity,land utilization style and distance from the pollution source could be the dominant factors controlling the distribution of THg and MeHg. 7Control of static unstable airframes显示文摘The challenge and control problems of static unstable missiles are presented. The steady-state benefits of static instability are illustrated, while the corresponding control challenge is described both by the characteristic lag of airframe and the increment of necessary control usage. Control limitation led by unstable zero-pole pair is analyzed for preliminary design and evaluation. Linear control strategy is examined wherein two and three loop acceleration autopilots with different control usages are developed using an optimal control approach combined with frequency domain constraint. The weights selection and relation with system performance are detailed. Then the nonlinear backstepping recursive method is detailed to determine how well it is able to follow command and its engineering feasibility. The results show that a static unstable missile is controllable, while the actuator bandwidth is the crucial limited factor. 8A Noncovalently Fused-Ring Asymmetric Electron Acceptor Enables Efficient Organic Solar Cells显示文摘Main observation and conclusion Recently,the asymmetric nonfullerene acceptors(NFAs)with acceptor-donor-acceptor(A-D-A)structure have been developed rapidly,especially for the modification of asymmetric core,asymmetric side chains and asymmetric end groups.In this work,a novel asymmetric A-D-π-A type NFA with a noncovalently fused-ring core named PIST-4F is synthesized,containing an indacenodithieno[3,2-b]dithiophene(IDT),two strong electron-withdrawing end groups and an alkylthio-substituted thiopheneπ-bridge.Benefiting from the S···S noncovalent interaction between the sulfur atom onπ-bridge and the adjacent thiophene in IDT,the PIST-4F presents nearly planar geometry and extended conjugated area,resulting in the optimized electronic properties,charge transport,and film morphology compared to the symmetric NFA PI-4F.As a result,PM6:PIST-4F-based devices achieve a higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 13.8%,while the PM6:PI-4F-based devices only show a PCE of 7.1%.Notably,the PM6:PIST-4F-based devices processed with nonhalogen solvent toluene exhibit an excellent PCE as high as 13.1%.These results indicate that PIST-4F is an effective acceptor for high-efficiency organic solar cells.Ji Lin Qing Guo Qi Liu Junfang Lv Haiyan Liang Yang Wang Lei Zhu Feng Liu Xia Guo Maojie Zhang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,10:1
