| 1 | Local L^(2) theory of the fractional Navier-Stokes equations and the self-similar solution显示文摘This paper is concerned with two aspects of the fractional Navier-Stokes equation. First, we establish the local L^(2)theory of the hypo-dissipative Navier-Stokes system. More precisely, the existence of local-in-time as well as global-in-time local energy weak solutions to the hypo-dissipative Navier-Stokes system is proved.In particular, in order to construct a pressure with an explicit representation, some technical innovations are required due to the lack of known results on the local regularity of the non-local Stokes operator. | 2 | GPR162 activates STING dependent DNA damage pathway as a novel tumor suppressor and radiation sensitizer显示文摘In the treatment of most malignancies,radiotherapy plays a significant role.However,the resistance of cancer cells to ionizing radiation(IR)is the main reason for the failure of radiotherapy,which causes tumor recurrence and metastasis.In this study,we confirmed that GPR162,an orphan receptor in the G-protein-coupled receptor family,acted as a novel radiotherapy sensitizer by interacting with the stimulator of interferon genes(STING),which targeted DNA damage responses,activated IRF3,accelerated the activation of type I interferon system,promoted the expression of chemokines including CXCL10 and CXCL4,and inhibited the occurrence and development of tumors.Interestingly,the activation of STING by overexpression of GPR162 was independent of the classical pathway of cGAS.STING inhibitors could resist the antitumor effect of overexpression of GPR162 in IR-induced mouse models.In addition,most solid tumors showed low expression of GPR162.And the higher expression of GPR162 indicated a better prognosis in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,liver cancer,breast cancer,etc.In summary,these results suggested that GPR162 may serve as a potential sensitizer of radiotherapy by promoting radiotherapy-induced STING-IFN production and increasing the expression of chemokines including CXCL10 and CXCL4 in DNA damage response,providing an alternative strategy for improving cancer radiotherapy. | Yao Long Jiaxing Guo Jielin Chen Jingyue Sun Haiyan Wang Xin Peng Zuli Wang WeiWei Lai Na Liu Long Shu Ling Chen Ying Shi Desheng Xiao Shuang Liu Yongguang Tao | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,3: | 0 |

| 6 | Ultra-stable K metal anode enabled by oxygen-rich carbon cloth显示文摘The K metal batteries are emerged as promising alternatives beyond commercialized Li-ion batteries.However,suppressing uncontrolled dendrite is crucial to the accomplishment of K metal batteries.Herein,an oxygen-rich treated carbon cloth(TCC)has been designed as the K plating host to guide K homogeneous nucleation and suppress the dendrite growth.Both density function theory calculations and experimental results demonstrate that abundant oxygen functional groups as K-philic sites on TCC can guide K nucleation and deposition homogeneously.As a result,the TCC electrode exhibits an ultra-long-life over 800 cycles at high current density of 3.0 mA·cm^(−2)for 3.0 mA·h·cm^(−2).Furthermore,the symmetrical cells can run stably for 2,000 h with low over-potential less than 20 mV at 1.0 mA·cm^(−2)for 1.0 mA·h·cm^(−2).Even at a higher current of 5.0 mA·cm^(−2),the TCC electrode can still stably cycle for 1,400 h. | Yangyang Xie Junxian Hu Zexun Han Hailin Fan Jingyu Xu Yanqing Lai Zhian Zhang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,11: | 0 |
