1Drug-containing serum of Xinfeng capsules protect against H9C2 from death by enhancing miRNA-21 and inhibiting toll-like receptor 4/phosphorylated p-38(p-p38)/p-p65 signaling pathway and proinflammatory cytokines expression显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate effect of drug-containing serum of Xinfeng capsules on myocardial cell growth.METHODS: Drug-containing serum of Xinfeng capsules rat models were established by intragastricly administrated Xinfeng capsules. MTT assay wasused to evaluated H9C2 cells viability. H9C2 cells were divided into normal control group, triptolide group, lipopolysaccharide(LPS) group, drug-containing serum group and mi RNA-21 inhibitor group. micro RNA-21(mi RNA-21) inhibitor was structured and transfected into H9C2 cells. Western blot and immunofluorescence assay were applied to examine toll-like receptor 4(TLR4), phosphorylated p-38(p-p38) and p-p65 expression. Quantitative real-time PCR(q RT-PCR) was used to evaluated m RNA levels of mi RNA-21. Enzyme linked immunosorbent(ELISA) was used to measure tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), IL-6 and IL-17 levels.RESULTS: Drug-containing serum treatment significantly increased cell viability compared to LPS treated group. q RT-PCR results indicated that mi RNA-21 levels were significantly decreased in drugcontaining serum group compared to LPS group.Early and late apoptosis in drug-containing serum group were significantly decreased compared to LPS group. Western blot and immunofluorescence assay results showed that TLR4, p-p38 and p-p65 levels in drug-containing serum group were significantly decreased compared to LPS group. 2Ultralight Magnetic and Dielectric Aerogels Achieved by Metal-Organic Framework Initiated Gelation of Graphene Oxide for Enhanced Microwave Absorption显示文摘The development of a convenient methodology for synthesizing the hierarchically porous aerogels comprising metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)and graphene oxide(GO)building blocks that exhibit an ultralow density and uniformly distributed MOFs on GO sheets is important for various applications.Herein,we report a facile route for synthesizing MOF/reduced GO(rGO)aerogels based on the gelation of GO,which is directly initiated using MOF crystals.Free metal ions exposed on the surface of MIL-88A nanorods act as linkers that bind GO nanosheets to a three-dimensional porous network via metal–oxygen covalent or electrostatic interactions.The MOF/rGOderived magnetic and dielectric aerogels Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/rGO and Ni-doped Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/rGO show notable microwave absorption(MA)performance,simultaneously achieving strong absorption and broad bandwidth at low thickness of 2.5(-58.1 dB and 6.48 GHz)and 2.8 mm(-46.2 dB and 7.92 GHz)with ultralow filling contents of 0.7 and 0.6 wt%,respectively.The microwave attenuation ability of the prepared aerogels is further confirmed via a radar cross-sectional simulation,which is attributed to the synergistic effects of their hierarchically porous structures and heterointerface engineering.This work provides an effective pathway for fabricating hierarchically porous MOF/rGO hybrid aerogels and offers magnetic and dielectric aerogels for ultralight MA.Xiaogu Huang Jiawen Wei Yunke Zhang BinBin Qian Qi Jia Jun Liu Xiaojia Zhao Gaofeng Shao 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,7:4
3Optimization of the thermoelectric properties of poly(nickel-ethylenetetrathiolate) synthesized via potentiostatic deposition显示文摘The coordination polymer poly(nickel-ethylenetetrathiolate)(poly(Ni-ett)), formed by nickel(II) and 1,1,2,2-ethenetetrathiolate(ett), is the most promising N-type organic thermoelectric material ever reported; it is synthesized via potentiostatic deposition,and the effect of different applied potentials on the optimal performance of the polymers is investigated. The optimal thermoelectric property of poly(Ni-ett) synthesized at 0.6 V is remarkably greater than that of the polymers synthesized at 1 and 1.6 V, exhibiting a maximum power factor of up to 131.6 μW/mK^2 at 360 K. Furthermore, the structure-property correlation of poly(Ni-ett) is also extensively investigated. 4Li intercalation in an MoSe_(2) electrocatalyst:In situ observation and modulation of its precisely controllable phase engineering for a high-performance flexible Li-S battery显示文摘Sophisticated efficient electrocatalysts are essential to rectifying the shuttle effect and realizing the high performance of flexible lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).Phase transformation of MoSe_(2) from the 2H phase to the 1T phase has been proven to be a significant method to improve the catalytic activity.However,precisely controllable phase engineering of MoSe_(2) has rarely been reported.Herein,by in situ Li ions intercalation in MoSe_(2),a precisely controllable phase evolution from 2H-MoSe_(2) to 1T-MoSe_(2) was realized.More importantly,the definite functional relationship between cut-off voltage and phase structure was first identified for phase engineering through in situ observation and modulation methods.The sulfur host(CNFs/1T-MoSe_(2))presents high charge density,strong polysulfides adsorption,and catalytic kinetics.Moreover,Li-S cells based on it display capacity retention of 875.3mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles at 1 C and an areal capacity of 8.71mAh cm^(-2) even at a high sulfur loading of 8.47mg cm^(-2).Furthermore,the flexible pouch cell exhibiting decent performance will endow a promising potential in the wearable energy storage field.This study proposes an effective strategy to precisely control the phase structure of MoSe_(2),which may provide the reference to fabricate the highly efficient electrocatalysts for LSBs and other energy systems.Yunke Wang Yige Zhao Kangli Liu Shaobin Wang Neng Li Guosheng Shao Feng Wang Peng Zhang 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,2:2
5Strong partitioning of soil bacterial community composition and co-occurrence networks along a small-scale elevational gradient on Zijin Mountain显示文摘The elevational distributions of bacterial communities in natural mountain forests,especially along large elevational gradients,have been studied for many years.However,the distributional patterns that underlie variations in soil bacterial communities along small-scale elevational gradients in urban ecosystems are not yet well understood.Using Illumina MiSeq DNA sequencing,we surveyed soil bacterial communities at three elevations on Zijin Mountain in Nanjing City:the hilltop(300 m a.s.l.),the hillside(150 m a.s.l.),and the foot of the hill(0 m a.s.l.).The results showed that edaphic properties differed significantly with elevation.Bacterial community composition,rather than alpha diversity,strongly differed among the three elevations(Adonis:R2=0.12,P<0.01).Adonis and DistLM analyses demonstrated that bacterial community composition was highly correlated with soil pH,elevation,total nitrogen(TN),and dissolved organic carbon(DOC).The degree scores,betweenness centralities,and composition of keystone species were distinct among the elevations.These results demonstrate strong elevational partitioning in the distributions of soil bacterial communities along the gradient on Zijin Mountain.Soil pH and elevation together drove the smallscale elevational distribution of soil bacterial communities.This study broadens our understanding of distribution patterns and biotic co-occurrence associations of soil bacterial communities from large elevational gradients to short elevational gradients.Xu Liu Teng Yang Yu Shi Yichen Zhu Mulin He Yunke Zhao Jonathan MAdams Haiyan Chu 2021Soil Ecology Letters2021,3,4:2
6Electrosynthesis of hierarchical NiLa-layered double hydroxide electrode for efficient oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Oxygen evolution reaction(OER) is a key process for electrochemical water splitting due to its intrinsic large overpotential. Recently, layered double hydroxides(LDHs), especially Ni Fe-LDH, have been regarded as highly performed electrocatalysts for OER in alkaline condition. Here we first present a new class of Ni La-LDH electrocatalyst synthesized by an electrochemical process for efficient water splitting. The as-prepared NiL a-LDH nanosheet arrays(NSAs) give remarkable electrochemical activity and durability under alkaline environments, with a low overpotential of 209 mV for OER to deliver a current density of 10 mA cm^-2, surpassing most of previous reported LDHs eletrocatalysts. 9Lateral quantum confinement regulates charge carrier transfer and biexciton interaction in CdSe/CdSeS core/crown nanoplatelets显示文摘Charge carrier dynamics essentially determines the performance of various optoelectronic applications of colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals.Among them,two-dimensional nanoplatelets provide new adjustment freedom for their unique core/crown heterostructures.Herein,we demonstrate that by fine-tuning the core size and the lateral quantum confinement,the charge carrier transfer rate from the crown to the core can be varied by one order of magnitude in CdSe/CdSeS core/alloy-crown nanoplatelets.In addition,the transfer can be affected by a carrier blocking mechanism,i.e.,the filled carriers hinder further possible transfer.Furthermore,we found that the biexciton interaction is oppositely affected by quantum confinement and electron delocalization,resulting in a non-monotonic variation of the biexciton binding energy with the emission wavelength.This work provides new observations and insights into the charge carrier transfer dynamics and exciton interactions in colloidal nanoplatelets and will promote their further applications in lasing,display,sensing,etc.Yige Yao Xiaotian Bao Yunke Zhu Xinyu Sui An Hu Peng Bai Shufeng Wang Hong Yang Xinfeng Liu Yunan Gao 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
10Banana somatic embryogenesis and biotechnological application显示文摘As one of the most important economic crops for both staple food and fruit widely cultivated in the tropics and subtropics,banana(Musa spp.)is susceptible to a plethora of abiotic and biotic stresses.Breeding cultivars resistant to abiotic and biotic stressors without adverse effects on yield and fruit quality are the objectives of banana improvement programs.However,conventional breeding approaches are time-consuming and severely hampered by inherent banana problems(polyploidy and sterility).Therefore,genetic transformation is becoming increasingly popular and can provide rapid solutions.Numerous efforts have been made to develop superior banana cultivars with better resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses and optimum yields using genetic modification strategies.Somatic embryogenesis(SE)through embryogenic cell suspension(ECS)cultures is an ideal recipient system for genetic transformation in banana.The purpose of this paper is to review the current status of banana somatic embryo research,clarify the process of banana somatic embryo induction and culture,and summarize the main influencing factors in the process of somatic embryogenesis.At the same time,their applications in breeding technologies such as cryopreservation,protoplast culture,genetic transformation and gene editing were also summarized,in order to provide reference for the research and practical application of banana somatic embryogenesis in the future.Jingyi Wang Shanshan Gan Yunke Zheng Zhiqiang Jin Yunjiang Cheng Juhua Liu 2022Tropical Plants2022,1,1:0
11MILI:Multi-person inference from a low-resolution image显示文摘Existing multi-person reconstruction methods require the human bodies in the input image to occupy a considerable portion of the picture.However,low-resolution human objects are ubiquitous due to trade-offbetween the field of view and target distance given a limited camera resolution.In this paper,we propose an end-to-end multi-task framework for multi-person inference from a low-resolution image(MILI).To perceive more information from a low-resolution image,we use pair-wise images at high resolution and low resolution for training,and design a restoration network with a simple loss for better feature extraction from the low-resolution image.To address the occlusion problem in multi-person scenes,we propose an occlusion-aware mask prediction network to estimate the mask of each person during 3D mesh regression.Experimental results on both small-scale scenes and large-scale scenes demonstrate that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods both quantitatively and qualitatively.The code is available at http://gffzz47ae20653fd54b35ho60cvqvppcoc65bc.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/faculty/likun/projects/MILI.Kun Li Yunke Liu Yu-Kun Lai Jingyu Yang 2023Fundamental Research2023,3,3:0
