1Detection and characterization of diverse alpha-and betacoronaviruses from bats in China显示文摘Bats have been implicated as important reservoir hosts of alpha- and betacoronaviruses. In this study, diverse coronaviruses(CoVs) were detected in 50 of 951(positive rate 5.3%) intestinal specimens of eight bat species collected in four provinces and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China by pan-coronavirus RT-PCR screening. Based on 400-nt RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(Rd RP) sequence analysis, eight belonged to genus Alphacoronavirus and 42 to Betacoronavirus.Among the 50 positive specimens, thirteen gave rise to CoV full-length Rd RP gene amplification for further sequence comparison, of which three divergent sequences(two from a unreported province) were subjected to full genome sequencing. Two complete genomes of betacoronaviruses(JTMC15 and JPDB144) and one nearly-complete genome of alphacoronavirus(JTAC2) were sequenced and their genomic organization predicted. The present study has identified additional numbers of genetically diverse bat-borne coronaviruses with a wide distribution in China. 2A systematical study on the electrodeposition process of metallic lithium显示文摘In this study,commercial copper(Cu)foil and Cu foam are used as the working electrodes to systematically investigate the electrochemical deposition and dissolution processes of metallic lithium(Li)on these electrodes;Li metal deposited on the Cu foil electrode is porous and loose.The surface solid electrolyte interface(SEI)film after dissolution from Li dendrites maintains a dendritic porous structure,resulting in a large volume effect of the electrode during the cycle.The Cu foam electrode provides preferential nucleation and deposition sites near the side surface of the separator;the difference in Li affinity results in a heterogeneous deposition and dendrite growth of metallic Li.Hailin Fan Chunhui Gao Huai Jiang Qingyuan Dong Bo Hong Yanqing Lai 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10:4
3Path PPI: an integrated dataset of human pathways and protein-protein interactions显示文摘Integration of pathway and protein-protein interaction(PPI) data can provide more information that could lead to new biological insights. PPIs are usually represented by a simple binary model, whereas pathways are represented by more complicated models. We developed a series of rules for transforming protein interactions from pathway to binary model, and the protein interactions from seven pathway databases, including PID, Bio Carta, Reactome, Net Path, INOH, SPIKE and KEGG, were transformed based on these rules. These pathway-derived binary protein interactions were integrated with PPIs from other five PPI databases including HPRD, Int Act, Bio GRID, MINT and DIP, to develop integrated dataset(named Path PPI). More detailed interaction type and modification information on protein interactions can be preserved in Path PPI than other existing datasets. Comparison analysis results indicate that most of the interaction overlaps values(OAB) among these pathway databases were less than 5%, and these databases must be used conjunctively. 4Analysis on Lean Blowout of Swirl Cup Combustor at Atmospheric Pressure Condition显示文摘The experimental data of lean blowout fuel/air ratio of a rectangular swirl cup combustor with different inlet temperatures was obtained at atmospheric pressure condition.Numerical simulations both burning and non-burning were performed corresponding to the experimental data at lean blowout.Results indicated that the size of the recirculation region in the primary zone was obviously smaller when burning than non-burning,but the locations of the cores of their recirculation regions were almost the same.The increase of inlet air temperature didn't mean the rise of the temperature of recirculation region core.The location of the maximum temperature in the primary zone was not the same as that one of the core temperature of the recirculation region.Further more,the reasons were analyzed how the lean blowout fuel/air ratio changed with the inlet temperature increasing under the actions of factors both positive and negative to combustion,and this would be helpful to deepen the understanding of the lean blowout process of swirl cup combustor.Yixiang Yuan Hailin Fan Xiyang Liu Qi Dong Chunqing Tan Baoting Guo 2011Journal of Thermal Science2011,20,4:2
5Poly-Si films with low aluminum dopant containing by aluminum-induced crystallization显示文摘Typically, highly p-doped (2×10 18 cm -3 ) poly-Si films fabricated by the aluminum induced layer exchange (ALILE) process are not suitable for solar cell absorber layers. In this paper, the fabrication of high-quality, continuous polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) films with lower doping concentrations (2×10 16 cm -3 ) using aluminum-induced crystallization (AIC) is reported. Secondary-ion-mass spectroscopy (SIMS) results showed that annealing at different temperature profiles leads to a variety of Al concentrations. Hall Effect measurements revealed that Al dopant concentration depends on the annealing temperature and temperature profile. 6Near-Infrared Light-Responsive Nitric Oxide Delivery Platform for Enhanced Radioimmunotherapy显示文摘Radiotherapy(RT)is a widely used way for cancer treatment.However,the efficiency of RT may come with various challenges such as low specificity,limitation by resistance,high dose and so on.Nitric oxide(NO)is known a very effective radiosensitizer of hypoxic tumor.However,NO cannot circulate in body with high concentration.Herein,an NIR light-responsive NO delivery system is developed for controlled and precisely release of NO to hypoxic tumors during radiotherapy.Tert-Butyl nitrite,which is an efficient NO source,is coupled to Ag2S quantum dots(QDs).NO could be generated and released from the Ag2S QDs effectively under the NIR irradiation due to the thermal effect.In addition,Ag is also a type of heavy metal that can benefit the RT therapy.We demonstrate that Ag2S NO delivery platforms remarkably maximize radiotherapy effects to inhibit tumor growth in CT26 tumor model.Furthermore,immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment is improved by our NO delivery system,significantly enhancing the anti-PD-L1 immune checkpoint blockade therapy.100% survival rate is achieved by the radio-immune combined therapy strategy based on the Ag2S NO delivery platforms.Our results suggest the promise of Ag2S NO delivery platforms for multifunctional cancer radioimmunotherapy.Xuanfang Zhou Zhouqi Meng Jialin She Yaojia Zhang Xuan Yi Hailin Zhou Jing Zhong Ziliang Dong Xiao Han Muchao Chen Qin Fan Kai Yang Chao Wang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,8:0

8A 3D conducting scaffold with in-situ grown lithiophilic Ni_(2)P nanoarrays for high stability lithium metal anodes显示文摘Lithium(Li)metal is the most potential anode material for the next-generation high-energy rechargeable batteries.However,intrinsic surface unevenness and‘hostless’nature of Li metal induces infinite volume effect and uncontrollable dendrite growth.Herein,we design the in-situ grown lithiophilic Ni_(2)P nanoarrays inside nickel foam(PNF).Uniform Ni_(2)P nanoarrays coating presents a very low nucleation overpotential,which induces the homogeneous Li deposition in the entire spaces of three-dimensional(3D)metal framework.Specifically,the lithiophilic Ni_(2)P nanoarrays possess characteristics of electrical conductivity and structural stability,which have almost no expansion and damage during repeating Li plating/stripping.Therefore,they chronically inhibit the growth of Li dendrites.This results in an outstanding Coulombic efficiency(CE)of 98% at 3 mA cm^(-2) and an ultra long cycling life over 2000 cycles with a low overpotential.Consequently,the PNF-Li||LiFePO_(4) battery maintains a capacity retention of 95.3% with a stable CE of 99.9% over 500 cycles at 2 C.Huai Jiang Hailin Fan Zexun Han Bo Hong Feixiang Wu Kai Zhang Zhian Zhang Jing Fang Yanqing Lai 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:0

10Cipherchain:A Secure and Efficient Ciphertext Blockchain via mPECK显示文摘Most existing blockchain schemes are based on the design concept“openness and transparency”to realize data security,which usually require transaction data to be presented in the form of plaintext.However,it inevitably brings the issues with respect to data privacy and operating performance.In this paper,we proposed a novel blockchain scheme called Cipherchain,which can process and maintain transaction data in the form of ciphertext while the characteristics of immutability and auditability are guaranteed.Specifically in our scheme,transactions can be encrypted locally based on a searchable encryption scheme called multi-user public key encryption with conjunctive keyword search(mPECK),and can be accessed by multiple specific participants after appended to the globally consistent distributed ledger.By introducing execution-consensus-update paradigm of transaction flow,Cipherchain cannot only make it possible for transaction data to exist in the form of ciphertext,but also guarantee the overall system performance not greatly affected by cryptographic operations and other local execution work.In addition,Cipherchain is a promising scheme to realize the technology combination of“blockchain+cloud computing”and“permissioned blockchain+public blockchain”.Hailin Chen Gang Xu Yuling Chen Xiubo Chen Yixian Yang Ruibin Fan Kaixiang Zhang Huizhong Li 2020Journal of Quantum Computing2020,2,1:0
11Allelopathic Potential and Mechanism of Rosebay Willowherb[Chamaenerion angustifolium(L.)Scop.]Demonstrated on Model Plant Lettuce显示文摘Allelopathic plants are important resources for the discovery of bioherbicides.Rosebay willowherb[Chamaenerion angustifolium(L.)Scop.syn.Epilobium angustifolium L.]widely distributes in Western Asia,Europe,and North America,and behaves as a dominant species within the community due to the production of substances that restrict growth of other plants.This study aims at investigating the allelopathic potential of rosebay willowherb by evaluation of the effects of aqueous extracts from different parts on seed germination and seedling growth in lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.),as well as measuring the accumulation of reactive oxygen species and structural analysis of root tips via scanning electron and transmission electron microscopy.It was observed that the aqueous extracts from the leaves of rosebay willowherb had the strongest inhibitory effect on the germination index,germination energy and total germination of lettuce seeds,followed by capsular fruits and flowers,and the inhibition effect of stems was the weakest.All aqueous extracts(100 mg/mL)showed a significant inhibitory effect on radicle elongation of lettuce seedlings.Additionally,after treatment with the aqueous extract of rosebay willowherb leaves,accumulation of reactive oxygen species increased in columella cells,which correlated with disruption of root tip structure.Hailin Shi Shiwei Sun Xiaohong Liu Jiahe Fan Jin Wang Ke Zhao Wei Wang 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,1:0
12Ultra-stable K metal anode enabled by oxygen-rich carbon cloth显示文摘The K metal batteries are emerged as promising alternatives beyond commercialized Li-ion batteries.However,suppressing uncontrolled dendrite is crucial to the accomplishment of K metal batteries.Herein,an oxygen-rich treated carbon cloth(TCC)has been designed as the K plating host to guide K homogeneous nucleation and suppress the dendrite growth.Both density function theory calculations and experimental results demonstrate that abundant oxygen functional groups as K-philic sites on TCC can guide K nucleation and deposition homogeneously.As a result,the TCC electrode exhibits an ultra-long-life over 800 cycles at high current density of 3.0 mA·cm^(−2)for 3.0 mA·h·cm^(−2).Furthermore,the symmetrical cells can run stably for 2,000 h with low over-potential less than 20 mV at 1.0 mA·cm^(−2)for 1.0 mA·h·cm^(−2).Even at a higher current of 5.0 mA·cm^(−2),the TCC electrode can still stably cycle for 1,400 h.Yangyang Xie Junxian Hu Zexun Han Hailin Fan Jingyu Xu Yanqing Lai Zhian Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,11:0
