Paleostructural geomorphology of the Paleozoic central uplift belt and its constraint on the development of depositional facies in the Tarim Basin显示文摘Inclined eastward and consisting of the Hetianhe, Hetianhedong, Tazhong paleouplifts and Bachu paleoslope, the central paleouplift belt in the Tarim Basin was a large composite paleouplift and paleoslope belt with complicated palaeogeomorphic features during the Middle to early Late Ordovician. A number of paleostructural geomorphic elements have been identified in the paleouplift belt and surrounding areas, such as the high uplift belts, the faulted uplift platforms, the marginal slopes and slope break zones flanking the paleouplift belt, the surrounding shelf slopes or low relief ramps, the shelf slope break zones and deep basin plains. They exerted great influence on the development of paleogeography of the basin. The marginal slopes and slope break zones flanking the uplift belt constrained the formation and deposition of the high-energy facies including reefal and shoal deposits during the Late Ordovician, which comprise the major reservoirs of the Lower Paleozoic in the basin. Toward the end of the Ordovician, the Tazhong paleouplift hinged westward and became a westward-dipped nose as the southeastern margin of the basin was strongly compressed and uplifted. The tectono-paleogeomorphic framework of the central northern basin during the Early Silurian and the Late Devonian to Early Carboniferous changed remarkably in topography from the initial low in east and high in west to high in northeast and low in southwest. The major paleogeomorphic elements developed in these periods included the strong eroded uplift high, the uplift marginal slope, the gentle ramp of the depression margin and the depression belt. The sandstones of the lowstand and the early transgressive systems tracts were deposited along the uplift marginal slopes and the gentle ramps of the depressions comprise the prolific reservoirs in the basin. The study indicates that the distribution patterns of the unconformities within the basin are closely related to the paleogeomorphic features and evolution of the paleouplift belt. From the high uplift belt to the depression, we found the composed unconformity belts at the high uplift, the truncated and onlap triangular unconformity belts along the uplift marginal slopes, the minor angular unconformity or discontinuity belts along the transitional zones from the uplift marginal slopes to depression and the conformity belt in the central depression. The truncated and the onlap triangular unconformity belts are the favorable zones for the formation of stratigraphic trap reservoirs.LIN ChangSong YANG HaiJun LIU JingYan PENG Li CAI ZhenZhong YANG XiaoFa YANG YongHeng 2009Science China Earth Sciences2009,52,6:52
Insights into the regulation of C-repeat binding factors in plant cold signaling显示文摘Cold temperatures, a major abiotic stress, threaten the growth and development of plants, worldwide. To cope with this adverse environmental cue, plants from temperate climates have evolved an array of sophisticated mechanisms to acclimate to cold periods, increasing their ability to tolerate freezing stress. Over the last decade, significant progress has been made in determining the molecular mechanisms underpinning cold acclimation, including following the identification of several pivotal components, including candidates for cold sensors, protein kinases, and transcription factors. With these developments, we have a better understanding of the CBF-dependent cold-signaling pathway. In this review,we summarize recent progress made in elucidating the cold-signaling pathways, especially the C-repeat binding factor-dependent pathway, and describe the regulatory function of the crucial components of plant cold signaling. We also discuss the unsolved questions that should be the focus of future work.Jingyan Liu Yiting Shi Shuhua Yang 2018Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2018,60,9:36
Depositional architecture and developing settings of large-scale incised valley and sub-marine gravity flow systems in the Yinggehai and Qiong-dongnan basins,South China Sea显示文摘In the Ying-Qiong basins in the South China Sea developed a set of giant inner shelf slope and submarine gravity flow deposits in the Ying-Huang formations since the Late Miocene. These deposits can be classified into 9 sequences in which slope slump-debris flow, slope fan and particularly, the large-scale axial basin-floor incised valley fills have been recognized. They were distributed in a distinctive pattern attributed to tectonic control. The development ofshelf slopes and abyssal plains in the basins was related to the last episode of rapid subsidence and a large amount of sediment inputs. Large-scale basin-floor incised valleys, formed during the late Miocene and Pliocene, indicate several major sea level falls that occurred in the South China Sea.LIN Changsong LIU Jingyan CAI Shixiang ZHANG Yanmei LU Ming LI Jie 2001Chinese Science Bulletin2001,46,8:18
Palaeogeomorphology and its control on the development of sequence stratigraphy and depositional systems of the Early Silurian in the Tarim Basin显示文摘The Silurian in the Tarim Basin was deposited on the basement deformed by the Caledonian tectonic movements at the end of the Late Ordovician. The development and distribution of sedimentary sequences of the Early Silurian have been clearly controlled by the palaeogeomorphology of the Late Ordovician. Based on unconformity characteristics and distribution of erosion, several zones can be differentiated including a high uplifted erosion zone, a transitional slope zone and a depression zone. The central and west Tabei Uplift zones show high angular unconformity and intense erosion. The Tarim Basin in the late Ordovician shows characteristics of higher in the west, lower in the east while higher in the south, lower in the north. The Early Silurian mainly developed transgressive and highstand systems tracts on the whole, while the lowstand systems tract only developed partly below the slope break. The palaeogeomorphology controlled the clastic source supply and deposit distribution. Braided delta system and tidal flat–estuary system were deposited. The duration of uplifting of the Tazhong paleouplift was longer than that of the Tabei paleo-uplift, and deposition was later. This led to the lower and middle members of the Kepingtage Formation missing in that area. As a large-scale transgression occurred during the deposition period of the upper member of the Kepingtage Formation, sediment from the west of the basin was transported and deposited by tides and waves, forming tidal–marine debris systems above the uplift. Proximal alluvial fan and fan delta coarse clastic deposits developed in proximal uplift zone in the east and southeast of the basin, and braided delta put forward to the transitional zone between the edge of uplift and the sea. Large-scale tidal channel, sub-distributary channel and mouth bar of the delta front can form favorable reservoirs, and they are primary targets for oil and gas exploration. This research on sequence–depositional systems development and distribution controlled by palaeogeomorphology is significant in guiding the prediction of reservoir sandstones.Liu Jingyan Lin Changsong Cai Zhenzhong Zhu Yongfeng Yang Yongheng Peng Li Si Baoling Huang Zhen Li Huanpu Xu Yingcai Su Zhenzhen 2010Petroleum Science2010,7,3:13
A study on performance influences of airfoil aerodynamic parameters and evaluation indicators for the roughness sensitivity on wind turbine blade显示文摘The roughness increase on horizontal axis wind turbine(HAWT) blade surface, especially on the leading edge, can lead to an aerodynamic performance degradation of blade and power output loss of HAWT,so roughness sensitivity is an important factor for the HAWT blade design. However, there is no criterion for evaluating roughness sensitivity of blade currently. In this paper, the performance influences of airfoil aerodynamic parameters were analyzed by the blade element momentum(BEM) method and 1.5 MW wind turbine blade. It showed that airfoil lift coefficient was the key parameter to the power output and axial thrust of HAWT.Moreover, the evaluation indicators of roughness sensitivity for the different spanwise airfoils of the pitch-regulated HAWT blade were proposed. Those respectively were the lift-to-drag ratio and lift coefficient without feedback system, the maximum lift-to-drag ratio and design lift coefficient with feedback system for the airfoils at outboard section of blade, and lift coefficient without feedback, maximum lift coefficient with feedback for the airfoils at other sections under the pitch-fixed and variable-speed operation. It is not necessary to consider the roughness when HWAT can be regulated to the rated power output by the pitch-regulated and invariable-speed operation.HUANG ChenWu YANG Ke LIU Qiang ZHANG Lei BAI JingYan XU JianZhong 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,11:13

Depositional architecture of the late Ordovician drowned carbonate platform margin and its responses to sea-level fluctuation in the northern slope of the Tazhong region, Tarim Basin显示文摘The Tazhong Uplift of the late Ordovician is a drowned rimmed carbonate platform. The carbonate rock of the late Ordovician Lianglitage Formation in the northern slope of the Tazhong region is one of the significant petroliferous intervals. Based on petrofacies, depositional cycles, natural gammaray spectrometry and carbon/oxygen isotope data from the Lianglitage Formation, one 2nd-order, three 3rd-order and several 4th-order sequences have been recognized, and the late Ordovician relative sealevel fluctuation curve has been established. The sequences O 3 l-1 and O 3 l-2 on the platform are composed of highstand and transgressive systems tracts, but lack the lowstand systems tract. The sequence O 3 l-3 is a drowning sequence. The sequence O 3 l-1 overlapped the eroded slope and pinched out to the northwest and landward. The highstand systems tract in the sequence O 3 l-2 consists of low-angle sigmoid and high-angle shingled progradation configuration. Major sedimentary facies of the Lianglitage Formation include reef and shoal in the platform margin and lagoon, which can be subdivided into coral-sponge-stromatoporoid reef complex, sand shoal, lime mud mound, and intershoal sea. Reefs, sand shoals and their complex are potential reservoir facies. The reefs and sand shoals in the sequence O 3 l-1 developed in the upper of its highstand systems tract. In the sequence O 3 l-2, the highstand systems tract with an internal prograding configuration is a response to the lateral shifting of the complex of reef and sand shoal. The transgressive systems tract, in particular the sand shoals, developed widely on the slope of the platform margin and interior. The reefs in the sequence O 3 l-3 migrated towards high positions and formed retrograding reefs in the western platform and low relief in the platform interior. Basinward lateral migration of the reefs and pure carbonate rock both characterize highstand systems tract and show that the rise of the relative sea-level was very slow. Shingled prograding stacking pattern of the 4th-order sequences and reefs grow horizontally, which represents the late stage of highstand systems tract and implies relative sealevel stillstand. Reefs migrating towards high land and impure carbonate rock both indicate transgressive systems tract and suggest that the relative sea-level rose fast. Erosional truncation and epidiagenetic karstification represent a falling relative sea-level. The relative sea-level fluctuation and antecedent palaeotopography control the development and distribution of reef complexes and unconformity karst zones. Currently, the composite zone of epidiagenetic karstic intervals and high-energy complexes of reefs and sand shoals with prograding configuration is an important oil and gas reservoir in the northern slope of the Tazhong carbonate platform.Yang Xiaofa Lin Changsong Yang Haijun Han Jianfa Liu Jingyan Zhang Yanmei Peng Li Jing Bing Tong Jianyu Wang Haiping Li Huanpu 2010Petroleum Science2010,7,3:8
Chrysophanol protects against doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity by suppressing cellular PARylation显示文摘The clinical application of doxorubicin(DOX) in cancer chemotherapy is limited by its lifethreatening cardiotoxic effects. Chrysophanol(CHR), an anthraquinone compound isolated from the rhizome of Rheum palmatum L., is considered to play a broad role in a variety of biological processes. However, the effects of CHR’s cardioprotection in DOX-induced cardiomyopathy is poorly understood. In this study, we found that the cardiac apoptosis, mitochondrial injury and cellular PARylation levels were significantly increased in H9 C2 cells treated by Dox, while these effects were suppressed by CHR. Similar results were observed when PARP1 activity was suppressed by its inhibitors 3-aminobenzamide(3 AB)and ABT888. Ectopic expression of PARP1 effectively blocked this CHR’s cardioprotection against DOX-induced cardiomyocyte injury in H9 C2 cells. Furthermore, pre-administration with both CHR and 3 AB relieved DOX-induced cardiac apoptosis, mitochondrial impairment and heart dysfunction in Sprague–Dawley rat model. These results revealed that CHR protects against DOX-induced cardiotoxicity by suppressing cellular PARylation and provided critical evidence that PARylation may be a novel target for DOX-induced cardiomyopathy.Jing Lu Jingyan Li Yuehuai Hu Zhen Guo Duanping Sun Panxia Wang Kaiteng Guo Dayue Darrel Duan Si Gao Jianmin Jiang Junjian Wang Peiqing Liu 2019Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2019,9,4:8
The U-Pb chronologic evidence and sedimentary responses of Silurian tectonic activities at northeastern margin of Tarim Basin显示文摘U-Pb ages of Devonian detrital zircons from Tabei Uplift have been determined through LA-ICP-MS test technology. The results revealed that most zircon ages concentrate on 460-414 Ma,especially around 436-423 Ma,indicating possible occurrences of strong tectonic events at the northern margin of Tarim Basin during that period.Combined with previous researches on the basin marginal orogenic belts, intense tectonic activities developed at the northeast margin of Tarim Basin and its obvious sedimentary responses in basin during the end of Ordovician to Early-Middle Silurian are discussed. These include(1) several unconformities within the Late Ordovician-Silurian,showing truncation, erosion, and onlap characteristics, which reflected the local uplift formed during the surrounding extrusion process;(2) the Silurian fluvial delta system from northeast to southwest in Keping,Yingmaili,Hade, and Caohu areas, which reflected the partial uplift at the northeast margin and provided clastic supply to basin;and(3) as indicated by heavy mineral analysis, the Silurian sediments came mainly from the recycles of orogenic belts provenance, which indicated the compress tectonic setting. In addition,a wide range of red mudstone layer distribution in the upper part of the Silurian may be closely related to the surrounding tectonic uplift and the rapid decline of sea levels.LIU JingYan YANG HaiJun YANG YongHeng CAI ZhenZhong LIU YongQuan RUI ZhiFeng SU ZhenZhen 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,9:7
Novel circular RNA expression profile of uveal melanoma revealed by microarray显示文摘Objective: The present study aimed to investigate circular RNA(circRNA) expression in uveal melanoma(UM).Methods: First,we used microarray to compare the expression profiles of circRNA in five UM samples and five normal uvea tissues.Next, bioinformatics analyses, including gene ontology(GO) analysis and pathway analysis, were applied to study these differentially expressed circRNAs to predict pathogenic pathways that may be involved.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) in 20 UM samples and 20 normal uvea samples was used to confirm the circRNA expression profiles obtained from the microarray data. Finally,we analyzed the interaction between validated circRNAs and their potential cancer-associated miRNA targets. Results: In total,50,579 circRNAs [fold change(FC) ≥2.0; P<0.05],including 20,654 up-regulated and 29,925 down-regulated circRNAs,were identified as differentially expressed between UM tissues and normal uvea tissues. We used qRT-PCR to verify seven dysregulated circRNAs indicated by the microarray data, including hsa_circ_0119873,hsa_circ_0128533,hsa_circ_0047924,hsa_circ_0103232,hsa-circRNA10628-6,hsa_circ_0032148 and hsa_circ_0133460,which may be promising candidates to study future molecular mechanisms. Conclusions: This study explored, for the first time, the abnormal expression of circRNAs in UM and described the expression profile of circRNAs,providing a new potential target for the mechanism of UM and future treatment of UM.Xuan Yang Yang Li Yueming Liu Xiaolin Xu Yingzhi Wang Yanni Yan Wenjia Zhou Jingyan Yang Wenbin Wei 2018Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,6:6
Distribution and treatment of harmful gas from heavy oil production in the Liaohe Oilfield, Northeast China显示文摘The distribution and treatment of harmful gas (H 2 S) in the Liaohe Oilfield, Northeast China, were investigated in this study. It was found that abundant toxic gas (H 2 S) is generated in thermal recovery of heavy oil. The H 2 S gas is mainly formed during thermochemical sulfate reduction (TSR) occurring in oil reservoirs or the thermal decomposition of sulfocompounds (TDS) in crude oil. H 2 S generation is controlled by thermal recovery time, temperature and the injected chemical compounds. The quantity of SO 4 2-in the injected compounds is the most influencing factor for the rate of TSR reaction. Therefore, for prevention of H 2 S formation, periodic and effective monitoring should be undertaken and adequate H 2 S absorbent should also be provided during thermal recovery of heavy oil. The result suggests that great efforts should be made to reduce the SO 4 2-source in heavy oil recovery, so as to restrain H 2 S generation in reservoirs. In situ burning or desulfurizer adsorption are suggested to reduce H 2 S levels. Prediction and prevention of H 2 S are important in heavy oil production. This will minimize environmental and human health risks, as well as equipment corrosion.Zhu Guangyou Zhang Shuichang Liu Qicheng Zhang Jingyan YangJunyin Wu Tuo Huang Yi Meng Shucui 2010Petroleum Science2010,7,3:6
Activin A maintains cerebral cortex neuronal survival and increases voltage-gated Na^+ neuronal current显示文摘Activin A,which was first described in 1986,has been shown to maintain hippocampal neuronal survival.Activin A increases intracellular free Ca2+ via L-type Ca2+ channels. Our previous study showed that activin A promotes neurite growth of dorsal root ganglia in embryonic chickens and inhibits nitric oxide secretion. The present study demonstrated for the first time that activin A could maintain cerebral cortex neuronal survival in vitro for a long period, and that activin A was shown to increase voltage-gated Na+ current(INa) in Neuro-2a cells, which was recorded by patch clamp technique. The present study revealed a novel mechanism for activin A,as well as the influence of activin A on neurons by regulating expressions of vasoactive intestine peptide and inducible nitric oxide synthase.Jingyan Ge Yinan Wang Haiyan Liu Fangfang Chen Xueling Cui Zhonghui Liu 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,19:4
Direct Effects of Activin A on the Activation of Mouse Macrophage RAW264.7 Cells显示文摘Macrophages play critical roles in innate immune and acquired immune via secreting pro-inflammatory mediators, phagocytosing microorganisms and presenting antigens. Activin A, a member of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) superfamily, is produced by macrophages and microglia cells. In this study, we reported a direct effect of activin A as a pro-inflammatory factor on mouse macrophage cell line RAW264.7 cells. Our data revealed that activin A could not only increase IL-1β and IL-6 production from RAW264.7 cells, but also promote pinocytic and phagocytic activities of RAW264.7 cells. In addition, activin A obviously up-regulated MHC II expression on the surface of RAW264.7 cells, whereas did not influence MHC I expression. Activin A also enhanced CD80 expression, which is a marker of activated macrophages, but did not influence RAW264.7 cell proliferation. These data suggest that activin A may regulate primary macrophage-mediated innate and acquired immune response via promoting the activation of rest macrophages.Jingyan Ge Yinan Wang Ye Feng Haiyan Liu Xueling Cui Guixiang Tai Zhonghui Liu 2009Cellular & Molecular Immunology2009,6,2:4
Platelet membrane-based and tumor-associated platelet- targeted drug delivery systems for cancer therapy显示文摘Platelets have long been known to play critical roles in hemostasis by clumping and clotting blood vessel injuries.Recent experimental evidence strongly indicates that platelets can also interact with tumor cells by direct binding or secreting cytokines. For example, platelets have been shown to protect circulating cancer cells in blood circulation and to promote tumor metastasis.In-depth understanding of the role of platelets in cancer progression and metastasis provides promising approaches for platelet biomimetic drug delivery systems and functional platelet-targeting strategies for effective cancer treatment. This review highlights recent progresses in platelet membrane-based drug delivery and unique strategies that target tumor-associated platelets for cancer therapy. The paper also discusses future development opportunities and challenges encountered for clinical translation.Yinlong Zhang Guangna Liu Jingyan Wei Guangjun Nie 2018Frontiers of Medicine2018,12,6:4
Reversing cold tumors to hot: An immunoadjuvant-functionalized metalorganic framework for multimodal imaging-guided synergistic photoimmunotherapy显示文摘Immunotherapy assays using immunoadjuvants and tumor antigens could greatly increase the survival rates of patients with malignant tumors. As effective carriers,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been widely utilized in cancer therapy due to their remarkable histocompatibility and low toxicity.Herein,we constructed a multimodal imaging-guided synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy by employing a specific MOF(MIL101-NH2)as the core carrier;the MOF was dual-dressed with photoacoustic and fluorescent signal donors(indocyanine green,ICG)and immune adjuvants(cytosine-phosphate-guanine sequence,CpG)and named ICGCpG@MOF.This nanocarrier could passively target the tumor site through the EPR effect and achieve multimodal imaging(fluorescence, photoacoustic, photothermal and magnetic resonance imaging)of the tumor.Synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy was achieved via simultaneous photodynamic and photothermal methods with 808 nm laser irradiation.ICG-CpG@MOF achieved the GSH-controlled release of immunoadjuvant into the tumor microenvironment.Furthermore, the released tumor-associated antigen along with CpG could induce the transformation of tumor cells from cold to hot by activating the immune system, which significantly enhanced tumor cytotoxicity and achieved high cure rates with minimal side-effects.This strategy utilizing multimodal imaging and synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy provides a promising approach for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.Zhijin Fan Hongxing Liu Yaohua Xue Jingyan Lin Yu Fu Zhaohua Xia Dongming Pan Jian Zhang Kun Qiao Zhenzhen Zhang Yuhui Liao 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,2:4
A cell-centered lagrangian scheme in two-dimensional cylindrical geometry显示文摘A new Lagrangian cell-centered scheme for two-dimensional compressible flows in planar geometry is proposed by Maire et al.The main new feature of the algorithm is that the vertex velocities and the numerical fluxes through the cell interfaces are all evaluated in a coherent manner contrary to standard approaches. In this paper the method introduced by Maire et al.is extended for the equations of Lagrangian gas dynamics in cylindrical symmetry. Two different schemes are proposed, whose difference is that one uses volume weighting and the other area weighting in the discretization of the momentum equation. In the both schemes the conservation of total energy is ensured, and the nodal solver is adopted which has the same formulation as that in Cartesian coordinates. The volume weighting scheme preserves the momentum conservation and the area-weighting scheme preserves spherical symmetry. The numerical examples demonstrate our theoretical considerations and the robustness of the new method.SHEN ZhiJun YUAN GuangWei YUE JingYan LIU XueZhe 2008Science China Mathematics2008,51,8:4
Online single particle measurement of fireworks pollution during Chinese New Year in Nanning显示文摘Time-resolved single-particle measurements were conducted during Chinese New Year in Nanning, China. Firework displays resulted in a burst of SO_2, coarse mode, and accumulation mode(100–500 nm) particles. Through single particle mass spectrometry analysis, five different types of particles(fireworks-metal, ash, dust, organic carbon-sulfate(OC-sulfate), biomass burning) with different size distributions were identified as primary emissions from firework displays. The fireworks-related particles accounted for more than70% of the total analyzed particles during severe firework detonations. The formation of secondary particulate sulfate and nitrate during firework events was investigated on single particle level. An increase of sulfite peak(80SO_3^-) followed by an increase of sulfate peaks(97HSO_4^-+ 96SO_4^-) in the mass spectra during firework displays indicated the aqueous uptake and oxidation of SO_2 on particles. High concentration of gaseous SO_2, high relative humidity and high particle loading likely promoted SO_2 oxidation. Secondary nitrate formed through gas-phase oxidation of NO_2 to nitric acid, followed by the condensation into particles as ammonium nitrate. This study shows that under worm, humid conditions, both primary and secondary aerosols contribute to the particulate air pollution during firework displays.Jingyan Li Tingting Xu Xiaohui Lu Hong Chen Sergey A.Nizkorodov Jianmin Chen Xin Yang Zhaoyu Mo Zhiming Chen Huilin Liu Jingying Mao Guiyun Liang 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,3:3

Deletion of a Non-Catalytic Region Increases the Enzymatic Activity of a β-Agarase from Flammeovirga sp. MY04显示文摘A Glycoside hydrolase(GH) typically contains one catalytic module and varied non-catalytic regions(NCRs). However, effects of the NCRs to the catalytic modules remain mostly unclear except the carbohydrate-binding modules(CBMs). Aga G4 is a GH16 endo-β-agarase of the agarolytic marine bacterium Flammeovirga sp. MY04. The enzyme consists of an extra sugar-binding peptide within the catalytic module, with no predictable CBMs but function-unknown sequences in the NCR, which is a new characteristic of agarase sequences. In this study, we deleted the NCR sequence, a 140-amino acid peptide at the C-terminus and expressed the truncated gene, aga G4-T140, in Escherichia coli. After purification and refolding, the truncated agarase r Aga G4-T140 retained the same catalytic temperature and p H value as r Aga G4. Using combined fluorescent labeling, HPLC and MS/MS techniques, we identified the end-products of agarose degradation by r Aga G4-T140 as neoagarotetraose and neoagarohexaose, with a final molar ratio of 1.53:1 and a conversion ratio of approximately 70%, which were similar to those of r Aga G4. However, the truncated agarase r Aga G4-T140 markedly decreased in protein solubility by 15 times and increased in enzymatic activities by 35 times. The oligosaccharide production of r Aga G4-T140 was approximately 25 times the weight of that produced by equimolar r Aga G4. This study provides some insights into the influences of NCR on the biochemical characteristics of agarase Aga G4 and implies some new strategies to improve the properties of a GH enzyme.HAN Wenjun GU Jingyan LIU Huihui LI Fuchuan WU Zhihong LI Yuezhong 2015Journal of Ocean University of China2015,14,5:2
Bile acid signaling and bariatric surgery显示文摘The rapid worldwide rise in obesity rates over the past few decades imposes an urgent need to develop effective strategies for treating obesity and associated metabolic complications.Bariatric surgical procedures, such as Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(RYGB)and vertical sleeve gastrectomy(VSG),currently provide the most effective treatment for obesity and type 2 diabetes(T2D),as well as for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).However, the underlying mechanisms of the beneficial effects of bariatric surgery remain elusive.Recent studies have identified bile acids as potential signaling molecules involved in the beneficial effects of bariatric surgery. This review focuses on the most recent studies on the roles of bile acids and bile acid receptors Farnesoid X receptor(FXR)and G protein-coupled bile acid receptor 5(TGR5)in bariatric surgery. We also discuss the possibility of modulating bile acid signaling as a pharmacological therapeutic approach to treating obesity and its associated metabolic complications.Jingyan Tian Silvia Huang Siming Sun Lili Ding Eryun Zhang Yanjun Liu Wendong Huang 2017Liver Research2017,1,4:2
