2Public Auditing for Encrypted Data with Client-Side Deduplication in Cloud Storage显示文摘Storage auditing and client-side deduplication techniques have been proposed to assure data integrity and improve storage efficiency, respectively. Recently, a few schemes start to consider these two different aspects together. However, these schemes either only support plaintext data file or have been proved insecure. In this paper, we propose a public auditing scheme for cloud storage systems, in which deduplication of encrypted data and data integrity checking can be achieved within the same framework. The cloud server can correctly check the ownership for new owners and the auditor can correctly check the integrity of deduplicated data. Our scheme supports deduplication of encrypted data by using the method of proxy re-encryption and also achieves deduplication of data tags by aggregating the tags from different owners. 3Influence of phosphorus availability on the community structure and physiology of cultured biofilms显示文摘Biofilms have important effects on nutrient cycling in aquatic ecosystems.However,publications about the community structure and functions under laboratory conditions are rare.This study focused on the developmental and physiological properties of cultured biofilms under various phosphorus concentrations performed in a closely controlled continuous flow incubator.The results showed that the biomass(Chl a)and photosynthesis of algae were inhibited under P-limitation conditions,while the phosphatase activity and P assimilation rate were promoted.The algal community structure of biofilms was more likely related to the colonization stage than with the phosphorus availability.Cyanobacteria were more competitive than other algae in biofilms,particularly when cultured under low P levels.A dominance shift occurred from non-filamentous algae in the early stage to filamentous algae in the mid and late stages under P concentrations of 0.01,0.1 and 0.6 mg/L.However,the total N content,dry weight biomass and bacterial community structure of biofilms were unaffected by phosphorus availability.This may be attributed to the low respiration rate,high accumulation of extracellular polymeric substances and high alkaline phosphatase activity in biofilms when phosphorus availability was low.The bacterial community structure differed over time,while there was little difference between the four treatments,which indicated that it was mainly affected by the colonization stage of the biofilms rather than the phosphorus availability.Altogether,these results suggested that the development of biofilms was influenced by the phosphorus availability and/or the colonization stage and hence determined the role that biofilms play in the overlying water.Shuangshuang Li Chun Wang Hongjie Qin Yinxia Li Jiaoli Zheng Chengrong Peng Dunhai Li 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,4:1
4ACS-HCA:An Access Control Scheme Under Hierarchical Cryptography Architecture显示文摘Binding access policies to data,Ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE)enables data access control to be independent from a certain application and lets users face data directly. It is regarded as one of the most suitable access control methods in cloud storage system and gets the attention of extensive researches. In those researches, Hierarchical cryptography architecture(HCA) is often applied to improve the efficiency of the system. There exist two open issues: illegal leakage of symmetric keys and low efficiency of revocation of an attribute of a user. We propose an Access control scheme under Hierarchical cryptography architecture(ACS-HCA). In this scheme,key derivation mechanism and forward derivation function are used to avoid the leakage of symmetric keys, All-orNothing transform is used to prevent the illegal reuse of symmetric keys, and attribute revocation is realized without re-issuing other users' private keys. 6Context-Aware Adaptive Routing for Opportunistic Network显示文摘Opportunistic networking-forwarding messages in a disconnected mobile ad hoc network via any encountered nodes offers a new mechanism for exploiting the mobile devices that many users already carry. However, forwarding messages in such a network is trapped by many particular challenges, and some protocols have contributed to solve them partly. In this paper, we propose a Context-Aware Adaptive opportunistic Routing algorithm(CAAR). The algorithm firstly predicts the approximate location and orientation of the destination node by using its movement key positions and historical communication records, and then calculates the best neighbor for the next hop by using location and velocity of neighbors. In the unpredictable cases, forwarding messages will be delivered to the more capable forwarding nodes or wait for another transmission while the capable node does not exist in the neighborhood. The proposed algorithm takes the movement pattern into consideration and can adapt different network topologies and movements. 10PD-L1^(+)exosomes from bone marrow-derived cells of tumor-bearing mice inhibit antitumor immunity显示文摘Tumors escape immune attack by upregulating the surface expression of PD-L1,which interacts with PD-1 on T cells to activate immune inhibitory signaling.Anti-PD-1 treatments can effectively block this inhibitory signaling and activate antitumor immune responses.However,anti-PD-1 treatment also has a tumor suppressive effect in patients whose tumor cells do not express PD-L1.The underlying mechanisms are poorly defined.Here,we report that exosomes from bone marrow-derived cells(BMDCs)in tumor-bearing mice,but not in healthy mice,carry PD-L1.PD-L1 on these exosomes is biofunctional and can inhibit CD8^(+)T cell proliferation and activation in vitro and in vivo.The transfer of exogenous exosomes from BMDCs and the inhibition of the production of endogenous exosomes by BMDCs promote and suppress tumor growth,respectively.PD-L1^(+)exosomes from BMDCs can be found in tumor tissues.In addition,exosomes from BMDCs promote tumor metastasis in a PD-L1-dependent manner.Therefore,our results indicate that exosomes from BMDCs play important roles in tumor immunosuppression via PD-L1.Yan Sun Jufeng Guo Lei Yu Tianxin Guo Jiaoli Wang Xian Wang Yinghu Chen 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,10:1

18Quantitative Assessment Model on Path Assignment for SDNs显示文摘Software defined networking(SDN) has emerged as an efficient network technology for lowering operating cost through simplified hardware, software and management. Specific research focus has been placed to achieve a successful carrier grade network with SDN, in terms of scalability, reliability, Qo S and service management. In this paper, graph theory and traffic engineering are used to model the network state transitions and path assignment problem at first. Next, we present a quantitative assessment model on path assignment for a centralized controller to assess different kinds of path assignments, considering optimal path utilization, network load balance, network load volatility, and resource utilization simultaneously.
