1Adaptive compensating method for Doppler frequency shift using LMS and phase estimation显示文摘The novel compensating method directly demodulates the signals without the carrier recovery processes, in which the carrier with original modulation frequency is used as the local coherent carrier.In this way, the phase offsets due to frequency shift are linear.Based on this premise,the compensation processes are:firstly, the phase offsets between the baseband neighbor-symbols after clock recovery is unbiasedly estimated among the reference symbols;then,the receiving signals symbols are adjusted by the phase estimation value;finally,the phase offsets after adjusting are compensated by the least mean squares(LMS) algorithm.In order to express the compensation processes and ability clearly,the quadrature phase shift keying(QPSK) modulation signals are regarded as examples for Matlab simulation.BER simulations are carried out using the Monte-Carlo method.The learning curves are obtained to study the algorithm's convergence ability.The constellation figures are also simulated to observe the compensation results directly.Jing Qingfeng Guo Qing 2009Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2009,20,5:7
2The chimeric genes in the hybrid lineage of Carassius auratus cuvieri(♀)×Carassius auratus red var.(♂)显示文摘Hybridization can combine the genomes of different strains or species, which leads to changes of genotype and phenotype in the hybrids. In this study, we aimed to investigate the genetic variations of hybrids(WR-F1 and WR-F2) derived from the intraspecific hybridization of white crucian carp(Carassius auratus cuvieri, WCC, ♀) and red crucian carp(Carassius auratus red var., RCC, ♂). Here, we compared the orthologous genes in the liver transcriptomes of hybrids with those of WCC and RCC, and classified the orthologous genes into eight gene patterns within three categories(chimera, mutant, and biparental origin genes).The results revealed 19.04%, 4.17% chimeric genes and 6.90%, 5.05% mutations of orthologous genes in WR-F1 and WR-F2 respectively. Seventeen of twenty-three characterized genes(77%) were confirmed to be the chimeras at the genomic DNA level.The GO classification discovered that some chimeric and mutant genes were related to metabolic process, immune system and developmental process in WR-F1. Our results provide the new evidence that hybridization can combine the parental genomes,leading to changes in the genotype of the resultant hybrids. 3Sonication-assisted dispersion of carbon nanotubes in aqueous solutions of the anionic surfactant SDBS:The role of sonication energy显示文摘Sonication is a powerful technique to promote the dispersion of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) and enhance their solubility;this is necessary for CNT applications,especially in the biochemical and biomedical fields.In this study,batch experiments were conducted to evaluate the role of sonication energy on the dispersion of CNTs in the presence of a widely used anionic surfactant,sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS).It was observed that the concentration of dispersed CNTs in the SDBS solution depended on the sonication energy,but not the sonication time or output power of the sonicator alone.The amount of dispersed CNTs was positively correlated with the concentrations of SDBS and CNTs,and the length of the CNTs.The promotion of oxygen-containing functional groups on the dispersed CNTs was observed at relatively low sonication energies.The optimal energy,i.e.the minimum energy supplied by sonication to achieve a saturated suspension of dispersed CNTs in the SDBS solution,was CNT diameter-dependent,because of the larger vdW forces between tubes of smaller diameter.An exponential decay curve was constructed for the optimal energy values as a function of the outer CNT diameter,to assist in determining the energy needed to disperse CNTs.YANG Kun YI ZiLi JING QingFeng YUE RenLiang JIANG Wei LIN DaoHui 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,18:5
4Targeted disruption of tyrosinase causes melanin reduction in Carassius auratus cuvieri and its hybrid progeny显示文摘The white crucian carp(Carassius auratus cuvieri,WCC) not only is one of the most economically important fish in Asia,characterized by strong reproductive ability and rapid growth rates,but also represents a good germplasm to produce hybrid progenies with heterosis.Gene knockout technique provides a safe and acceptant way for fish breeding.Achieving gene knockout in WCC and its hybrid progeny will be of great importance for both genetic studies and hybridization breeding.Tyrosinase(TYR) is a key enzyme in melanin synthesis.Depletion of tyr in zebrafish and mice results in mosaic pigmentation or total albinism.Here,we successfully used CRISPR-Cas9 to target tyr in WCC and its hybrid progeny(WR) derived from the cross of WCC(♀) and red crucian carp(Carassius auratus red var.,RCC,♂).The level of TYR protein was significantly reduced in mutant WCC.Both the mutant WCC and the mutant WR showed different degrees of melanin reduction compared with the wild-type sibling control fish,resulting from different mutation efficiency ranging from 60% to 90%.In addition,the transcriptional expression profiles of a series of pivotal pigment synthesis genes,i.e.tyrp1,mitfa,mitfb,dct and sox10,were down-regulated in tyr-CRISPR WCC,which ultimately caused a reduction in melanin synthesis.These results demonstrated that tyr plays a key role in melanin synthesis in WCC and WR,and CRISPR-Cas9 is an effective tool for modifying the genome of economical fish.Furthermore,the tyr-CRISPR models could be valuable in understanding fundamental mechanisms of pigment formation in non-model fish.Qingfeng Liu Yanhua Qi Qiuli Liang Jia Song Junmei Liu Wuhui Li Yuqin Shu Min Tao Chun Zhang Qinbo Qin Jing Wang Shaojun Liu 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,9:4
5Pseudo-noise preamble based joint frame and frequency synchronization algorithm in OFDM communication systems显示文摘Frame and frequency synchronization are essential for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) systems. The frame offset owing to incorrect start point position of the fast Fourier transform(FFT) window, and the carrier frequency offset(CFO) due to Doppler frequency shift or the frequency mismatch between the transmitter and receiver oscillators, can bring severe intersymbol interference(ISI) and intercarrier interference(ICI) for the OFDM system. Relying on the relatively good correlation characteristic of the pseudonoise(PN) sequence, a joint frame offset and normalized CFO estimation algorithm based on PN preamble in time domain is developed to realize the frame and frequency synchronization in the OFDM system. By comparison, the performances of the traditional algorithm and the improved algorithm are simulated under different conditions. 6Spectral-Energy Efficiency Tradeoff in Mixed-ADC Massive MIMO Uplink with Imperfect CSI显示文摘An uplink multi-user massive Multiinput multi-output(MIMO) system is considered with a mixed Analog-to-digital converter(ADC) architecture under imperfect Channel state information(CSI). A closed-form approximation for the Spectral efficiency(SE)is derived for a general mixed ADC structure with any resolution profile. To achieve a balance between the SE and receive Energy efficiency(EE) of the system, the ADC resolution profile optimization problem that maximizes a linear combination of the SE and the Base station(BS)receive power consumption is formulated. An algorithm based on gradient search is proposed whose complexity is linear in the number of BS antennas. 7Contents Variation Analysis ofγ-Amino Butyric Acid in Semen sojae praeparatum Fermentation Using Online Pre-Column Derivatization-HPLC显示文摘This paper reported the contents variation analysis ofγ-amino butyric acid(GABA)in Semen sojae praeparatum(SSP)which is a famous traditional Chinese medicine.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used and GABA was derivatized by online pre-column derivatization with o-phthalaldehyde(OPA).To validate this method,the precision,stability,repeatability and recovery were discussed.In the concentration range from 0.0125 to 0.400 mg/m L,the calibration curve for GABA was linear and the regression equation was obtained with correlation coefficient(R2)of 0.9999.Relatively high levels of GABA exist in SSP and the content changes of GABA at different time points during the fermenting process were detected.At the'yellow cladding'stage,GABA level was very low or even undetectable;the'secondary fermentation'stage witnessed a rapid increase of GABA content to 1.39-5.52 mg/g,which remained stable after 18 days of'secondary fermentation'.This study demonstrated that GABA was generated at the'secondary fermentation'stage,revealing the significance and rationality of the'secondary fermentation'stage in the fermenting process of SSP.On the other hand,it suggested the downside of taking soy isoflavones as the only measurement in existing quality assessment and optimization approach for the fermenting process of SSP.WENG Meizhi HE Jing REN Jiaxiu LIANG Yonghong CHEN Qingfeng SU Mingsheng WANG Liyuan XIE Xiaomei 2021Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2021,26,1:2

10Size-dependent catalytic activity of cobalt phosphides for hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Transition metal phosphides are a class of promising electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) to replace noble metals.In this work,we for the first time synthesize carbon supported CoP nanoparticles with the average particle sizes from 3.3 to 9.2 nm,via a solvothermal process followed by low-temperature topological phosphorization,and the size-dependent HER activity of the CoP is investigated by virtue of TEM,XRD,XPS and the electrochemical techniques.It is discovered that the 9.2nm-CoP particles possess high intrinsic HER catalytic activity as compared to the 3.3nm-CoP,although the smaller one displays a high mass activity due to the large surface area.Detailed studies manifest that the small CoP particles suffer from serious oxidation once exposing to air.In contrast,most cobalt remains in the quasi-metallic state in the relatively large CoP particles,which is beneficial for the desorption of Hads,the rate determining step of the HER process over CoP surface.In addition,the low charge transfer resistance across the liquid/solid interfaces also contributes to the excellent HER activity of the relatively large CoP particles.Xiaoke Li Luhua Jiang Jing Liu Qingfeng Hua Erdong Wang Guangwen Xie 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4:1
11A joint call for actions to advance taxonomy in China显示文摘Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. 14Comparison of outcomes between immediate implantbased and autologous reconstruction: 15-year, single-center experience in a propensity score-matched Chinese cohort显示文摘Objective:The number of immediate breast reconstruction(IBR)procedures has been increasing in China.This study aimed to investigate the oncological safety of IBR,and to compare the survival and surgical outcomes between implant-based and autologous reconstruction.Methods:Data from patients diagnosed with invasive breast cancer who underwent immediate total breast reconstruction between 2001 and 2016 were retrospectively reviewed.Long-term breast cancer-specific survival(BCSS),disease-free survival(DFS),and locoregional recurrence-free survival(LRFS)were evaluated.Patient satisfaction with the breast was compared between the implantbased and autologous groups.BCSS,DFS,and LRFS were compared between groups after propensity score matching(PSM).Results:A total of 784 IBR procedures were identified,of which 584 were performed on patients with invasive breast cancer(implantbased,n=288;autologous,n=296).With a median follow-up of 71.3 months,the 10-year estimates of BCSS,DFS,and LRFS were 88.9%[95%confidence interval(CI)(85.1%–93.0%)],79.6%[95%CI(74.7%–84.8%)],and 94.0%[95%CI(90.3%–97.8%)],respectively.A total of 124 patients completed the Breast-Q questionnaire,and no statistically significant differences were noted between groups(P=0.823).After PSM with 27 variables,no statistically significant differences in BCSS,DFS,and LRFS were found between the implant-based(n=177)and autologous(n=177)groups.Further stratification according to staging,histological grade,lymph node status,and lymph-venous invasion status revealed no significant survival differences between groups.Conclusions:Both immediate implant-based and autologous reconstruction were reasonable choices with similar long-term oncological outcomes and patient-reported satisfaction among patients with invasive breast cancer in China.Shanshan He Bowen Ding Gang Li Yubei Huang Chunyong Han Jingyan Sun Qingfeng Huang Jing Liu Zhuming Yin Shu Wang Jian Yin 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,9:1
15A novel blue-purple Ce^(3+) doped whitlockite phosphor:Synthesis,crystal structure,and photoluminescence properties显示文摘At present,the rare earth(RE) ions doped phosphors have attracted more and more attention because of their excellent properties.In this paper,a series of novel blue-purple β-Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2):Ce^(3+) phosphors were synthesized by a high temperature solid phase method.The X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectrum,energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra were used to investigate the crystal structure,composition and the luminescent properties of the resulting samples.The phosphor shows a strong absorption in the ultraviolet band.Under the excitation of 269 nm,the phosphor emits a strong purple fluorescence ranging from 360 to 520 nm.When Ce^(3+) doping content is 0.07 mol,the strongest luminescence intensity is reached,and the concentration quenching mechanism is dipole-dipole(d-d)interaction for Ce^(3+) based on Dexter theory.Yuli Yuan Haoran Lin Jing'ao Cao Qingfeng Guo Fei Xu Libing Liao Lefu Mei 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,6:1
16Fabrication of taxifolin loaded zein-caseinate nanoparticles and its bioavailability in rats显示文摘Taxifolin loaded zein-caseinate nanoparticles(TZP)were fabricated by the anti-solvent method and were used as an oral delivery vehicle to improve their bioavailability in the rat.The formulations of TZP were optimized.With mass ratio of 1:1:2 between taxifolin,zein and sodium caseinate,the particle size andζpotential of TZP were(168.74±0.35)nm and−(57.67±0.25)mV,while the encapsulation and loading efficiency of taxifolin were(85.83±0.89)%and(17.11±0.88)%,respectively.After freeze-drying,TZP exhibited excellent redispersibility in water without aggregation.Physicochemical characterization showed that taxifolin existed in amorphous form in TZP and its interaction with the protein was observed.After encapsulating in TZP,the excellent dispersion of taxifolin in water signifi cantly improve its diffusion velocity through a semipermeable membrane.After oral administration,taxifolin and its 5 metabolites were identifi ed in rat plasma by ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS).The dynamic variation of taxifolin and its metabolites in plasma were then quantifi ed by UPLC with a triple-quadrupole typemass spectroscopy(UPLC-QqQ-MS/MS).A pharmacokinetic study showed that the bioavailability of taxifolin increased from 0.35%to 0.52%through TZP fabrication.The plasma concentration of taxifolin glucuronide and methylated taxifolin glucuronide was much higher than taxifolin.Glucuronidation was the dominating metabolism pathway of taxifolin in vivo.Ying Li Hang Su Wenjun Wang Zhongping Yin Jing’en Li En Yuan Qingfeng Zhang 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,6:1

19Arsenic removal from acidic industrial wastewater by ultrasonic activated phosphorus pentasulfide显示文摘Arsenic is one of the main harmful elements in industrial wastewater.How to remove arsenic has always been one of the research hotspots in academic circles.In the process of arsenic removal by traditional sulfuration,the use of traditional sulfurizing agent will introduce new metal cations,which will affect the recycling of acid.In this study,phosphorus pentasulfide (P_(2)S_(5)) was used as sulfurizing agent,which hydrolyzed to produce H_(3)PO_(4) and H_(2)S without introducing new metal cations.The effect of ultrasound on arsenic removal by P_(2)S_(5) was studied.Under the action of ultrasound,the utilization of P_(2)S_(5) was improved and the reaction time was shortened.The effects of S/As molar ratio and reaction time on arsenic removal rate were investigated under ultrasonic conditions.Ultrasonic enhanced heat and mass transfer so that the arsenic removal rate of 94.5%could be achieved under the conditions of S/As molar ratio of 2.1:1 and reaction time of 20 min.In the first 60 min,under the same S/As molar ratio and reaction time,the ultrasonic hydrolysis efficiency of P_(2)S_(5) was higher.This is because P_(2)S_(5) forms ([(P_(2)S_(4))])^(2+)under the ultrasonic action,and the structure is damaged,which is easier to be hydrolyzed.In addition,the precipitation after arsenic removal was characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Our research avoids the introduction of metal cations in the arsenic removal process,and shortens the reaction time.Bo Yu Guang Fu Xinpei Li Libo Zhang Jing Li Hongtao Qu Dongbin Wang Qingfeng Dong Mengmeng Zhang 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,60,8:0
20Channel modeling and influenced factor analysis of the broadband dual-orthogonal polarized MIMO land mobile satellite channel显示文摘An accurate, complete and realistic channel model is required to accurately analyze the system performance of a multiple input multiple output(MIMO) broadband satellite mobile communication system with dual-orthogonal polarized antennas(DPAs).In most current studies, the channel characteristic matrix(CCM) is always formed by an independent identical distribution(i.i.d) model of Rayleigh or Rice distribution and nevertheless incomplete and inaccurate to describe a broadband dual-orthogonal polarized MIMO land mobile satellite(BDM-LMS) channel. This paper focuses on establishing the BDM-LMS channel statistical model,which combines the 4-state broadband LMS channel model, the time selective fading features, the channel covariance information(CCI) channel model and polarization correlations between antennas. The modeling steps of the channel model are introduced.The main emphasis is placed on the effects of the factors, such as antenna numbers, temporal correlations, terminal environments,elevation angles and polarization correlations between the DPAs,on the channel capacity in the BDM-LMS system. Many simulation results are provided to illustrate the effects of these factors through comparisons of the transmit rate, ergodic capacity and outage capacity with different factor values.
