1Copper as a single metal atom based photo-,electro-,and photoelectrochemical catalyst decorated on carbon nitride surface for efficient CO_(2) reduction:A review显示文摘The processes of photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction(pCO_(2)R)and electrochemical CO_(2) reduction(ECO_(2)R)have attracted considerable interest owing to their high potential to address many environmental and energy-related issues.In this aspect,a single Cu atom decorated on a carbon nitride(CN)surface(Cu-CN)has gained increasing popularity because of its unique advantages,such as excellent atom utilization and ultrahigh catalytic activity.CN-particularly graphitic CN(g-C_(3)N_(4))-is a photo-and electrocatalyst and used as an important support material for single Cu atom-based catalysts.These key functions of Cu-CN-based catalysts can improve the catalytic performance and stability in the pCO_(2)R and ECO_(2)R during the application process.In this review,we focus on Cu as a single metal atom decorated on CN for efficient photoelectrochemical CO_(2) reduction(pECO_(2)R),where ECO_(2)R increases the electrocatalytic active area and promotes electron transfer,while pCO_(2)R enhances the surface redox reaction by efficiently using photogenerated charges and offering integral activity as well as an active interface between Cu and CN.Interactions of single Cu atom-based photo-,electro-,and photoelectrochemical catalysts with g-C_(3)N_(4) are discussed.Moreover,for a deeper understanding of the history of the development of pCO_(2)R and ECO_(2)R,the basics of CO_(2) reduction,including pCO_(2)R and ECO_(2)R over g-C_(3)N_(4),as well as the structural composition,characterization,unique design,and mechanism of a single atom site are reviewed in detail.Finally,some future prospects and key challenges are discussed.Lulu Li Israr Masood ul Hasan Farwa Ruinan He Luwei Peng Nengneng Xu Nabeel Khan Niazi Jia-Nan Zhang Jinli Qiao 2022Nano Research Energy2022,1,2:7
2Detection of parathion methyl using a surface plasmon resonance sensor combined with molecularly imprinted films显示文摘An ultra-sensitive and highly selective parathion methyl(PM) detection method by surface plasmon resonance(SPR) combined with molecularly imprinted films(MIF) was developed. The PM-imprinted film was prepared by thermo initiated polymerization on the bare Au surface of an SPR sensor chip.Template PM molecules were quickly removed by an organic solution of acetonitrile/acetic acid(9:1,v/v), causing a shift of 0.58 in SPR angle. In the concentrations range of 10à13–10à10mol/L, the refractive index showed a gradual increase with higher concentrations of template PM and the changes of SPR angles were linear with the negative logarithm of PM concentrations. In the experiment, the minimum detectable concentration was 10à13mol/L. The selectivity of the thin PM-imprinted film against diuron,tetrachlorvinphose and fenitrothion was examined, but no observable binding was detected. 3一种改进的反滤料包线设计方法显示文摘作为抗渗透破坏的关键工程措施,反滤层被广泛应用于各种水工建筑物和岩土工程构筑物。基于各种反滤准则的反滤料包线设计方法,为反滤层的设计提供了直观依据。本文总结分析了国内外相关规范中反滤料包线设计方法的应用和存在的问题,提出了改进的反滤料包线设计方法。该方法通过引入自愈指标,对反滤料包线的上半部分进行约束,使得设计反滤料有效避免了潜在的渗透破坏风险,并且反滤料包线更加完整和直观。通过对已有文献中反滤试验结果进行验证和工程实例的应用分析表明,改进的反滤料包线设计方法对于各种不同的被保护土料均能显著区分出有效和无效的反滤料,其可靠性更高。这种改进的反滤料包线设计方法进一步完善了反滤料的设计思路,也为相关规范的修订提供了参考。张刚 王红雨 Israr Jahanzaib 2021水力发电学报2021,40,4:4
4Reverse vaccinology assisted designing of multiepitope-based subunit vaccine against SARS-CoV-2显示文摘Background:Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)linked with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)cause severe illness and life-threatening pneumonia in humans.The current COVID-19 pandemic demands an effective vaccine to acquire protection against the infection.Therefore,the present study was aimed to design a multiepitope-based subunit vaccine(MESV)against COVID-19.Methods:Structural proteins(Surface glycoprotein,Envelope protein,and Membrane glycoprotein)of SARS-CoV-2 are responsible for its prime functions.Sequences of proteins were downloaded from GenBank and several immunoinformatics coupled with computational approaches were employed to forecast B-and T-cell epitopes from the SARS-CoV-2 highly antigenic structural proteins to design an effective MESV.Results:Predicted epitopes suggested high antigenicity,conserveness,substantial interactions with the human leukocyte antigen(HLA)binding alleles,and collective global population coverage of 88.40%.Taken together,276 amino acids long MESV was designed by connecting 3 cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTL),6 helper T lymphocyte(HTL)and 4 B-cell epitopes with suitable adjuvant and linkers.The MESV construct was non-allergenic,stable,and highly antigenic.Molecular docking showed a stable and high binding affinity of MESV with human pathogenic toll-like receptors-3(TLR3).Furthermore,in silico immune simulation revealed significant immunogenic response of MESV.Finally,MEV codons were optimized for its in silico cloning into the Escherichia coli K-12 system,to ensure its increased expression.Conclusion:The MESV developed in this study is capable of generating immune response against COVID-19.Therefore,if designed MESV further investigated experimentally,it would be an effective vaccine candidate against SARS-CoV-2 to control and prevent COVID-19.Muhammad Tahir ul Qamar Farah Shahid Sadia Aslam Usman Ali Ashfaq Sidra Aslam Israr Fatima Muhammad Mazhar Fareed Ali Zohaib Ling-Ling Chen 2020Infectious Diseases of Poverty2020,9,5:2
5Carbon‐based metal‐free catalysts for electrochemical CO2 reduction: Activity, selectivity, and stability显示文摘Zero or negative emissions of carbon dioxide(CO2)is the need of the times,as inexorable rising and alarming levels of CO2 in the atmosphere lead to global warming and severe climate change.The electrochemical CO2 reduction(eCO2R)to value‐added fuels and chemicals by using renewable electricity provides a cleaner and more sustainable route with economic benefits,in which the key is to develop clean and economical electrocatalysts.Carbon‐based catalyst materials possess desirable properties such as high offset potential for H2 evolution and chemical stability at the negative applied potential.Although it is still challenging to achieve highly efficient carbon‐based catalysts,considerable efforts have been devoted to overcoming the low selectivity,activity,and stability.Here,we summarize and discuss the recent progress in carbon‐based metal‐free catalysts including carbon nanotubes,carbon nanofibers,carbon nanoribbons,graphene,carbon nitride,and diamonds with an emphasis on their activity,product selectivity,and stability.In addition,the key challenges and future potential approaches for efficient eCO2R to low carbon‐based fuels are highlighted.For a good understanding of the whole history of the development of eCO2R,the CO2 reduction reactions,principles,and techniques including the role of electrolytes,electrochemical cell design and evaluation,product selectivity,and structural composition are also discussed.The metal/metal oxides decorated with carbon‐based electrocatalysts are also summarized.We aim to provide insights for further development of carbon‐based metal‐free electrocatalysts for CO2 reduction from the perspective of both fundamental understanding and technological applications in the future.Israr Masood ul Hasan Luwei Peng Jianfeng Mao Ruiman He Yongxia Wang Jing Fu Nengneng Xu Jinli Qiao 2021Carbon Energy2021,3,1:2

18COVID-19 pandemic effects on the distribution of healthcare services in India: A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUND The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has brought fundamental changes to our problems and priorities,especially those related to the healthcare sector.India was one of the countries severely affected by the harsh consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.AIM To understand the challenges faced by the healthcare system during a pandemic.METHODS The literature search for this review was conducted using PubMed,EMBASE,Scopus,Web of Science,and Google Scholar.We also used Reference Citation Analysis(RCA)to search and improve the results.We focused on the published scientific articles concerned with two major vital areas:(1)The Indian healthcare system;and(2)COVID-19 pandemic effects on the Indian healthcare system.RESULTS The Indian healthcare system was suffering even before the pandemic.The pandemic has further stretched the healthcare services in India.The main obstacle in the healthcare system was to combat the rising number of communicable as well as noncommunicable diseases.Besides the pandemic measures,there was a diversion of focus of the already established healthcare services away from the chronic conditions and vaccinations.The disruption of the vaccination services may have more severe short and long-term consequences than the pandemic’s adverse effects.CONCLUSION Severely restricted resources limited the interaction of the Indian healthcare system with the COVID-19 pandemic.Re-establishment of primary healthcare services,maternal and child health services,noncommunicable diseases programs,National Tuberculosis Elimination Program,etc.are important to prevent serious long-term consequences of this pandemic.Nirav Nimavat Mohammad Mehedi Hasan Sundip Charmode Gowthamm Mandala Ghanshyam R Parmar Ranvir Bhangu Israr Khan Shruti Singh Amit Agrawal Ashish Shah Vishi Sachdeva 2022World Journal of Virology2022,11,4:1
