| 1 | Innate and adaptive immune responses toward nanomedicines显示文摘Since the commercialization of the frst liposomes used for drug delivery,Doxil/Caelyx® and Myocet®,tremendous progress has been made in understanding interactions between nanomedicines and biological systems.Fundamental work at the interface of engineering and medicine has allowed nanomedicines to deliver therapeutic small molecules and nucleic acids more effciently.While nanomedicines are used in oncology for immunotherapy or to deliver combinations of cytotoxics,the clinical successes of gene silencing approaches like patisiran lipid complexes(Onpattro®)have paved the way for a variety of therapies beyond cancer.In parallel,the global severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)pandemic has highlighted the potential of mR NA vaccines to develop immunization strategies at unprecedented speed.To rationally design therapeutic and vaccines,chemists,materials scientists,and drug delivery experts need to better understand how nanotechnologies interact with the immune system.This review presents a comprehensive overview of the innate and adaptative immune systems and emphasizes the intricate mechanisms through which nanomedicines interact with these biological functions. | Iara Maíra de Oliveira Viana Sabrina Roussel Joan Defrêne Eliana Martins Lima Frédéric Barabé Nicolas Bertrand | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021，11，4： | 5 |

| 5 | Disseminated cutaneous leishmaniasis due to Leishmania(Leishmania) amazonensis in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-infected patients: A report of two cases显示文摘Rationale: Co-infection of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) and Leishmania spp. has impact on clinical and therapeutic outcomes of leishmaniases. Most studies do not present the identification of Leishmania species causing American tegumentary leishmaniasis in co-infections. In the Americas, Leishmania(L.) Viannia(V.) braziliensis and L.(V.) guyanensis have been identified. Patient concerns: In this study, two cases of American tegumentary leishmaniasis in patients infected with HIV are described. Patients presented several lesions with rapid dissemination and mucosal involvement. Diagnosis: Disseminated cutaneous leishmaniasis caused by L. amazonensis was identified by molecular test. Interventions: The patients were treated with conventional therapies for HIV infection and American tegumentary leishmaniasis. Outcomes: In co-infection, the clinical manifestations are atypical and the treatment response can be impaired. | 19 | ID7 Isolated from Bauhinia variegata Stem Inhibits Tumor Progression and Metastatic Mechanisms of Triple Negative Breast Cancer in Vivo显示文摘Background:The breast cancer has been the most common form of cancer among women.The triple negative subtype represents 20%of all breast cancer cases in the world and is standing out by affecting young women and being aggressive.The main cause of death of patients with cancer is due to metastasis,which can reach the liver and lungs.Objective:The activities of ID7 fraction of the stems of Bauhinia variegata L.on breast cancer,lung metastasis and liver inflammatory process were evaluated.Method:ID7 was characterized by mass-spectrometry.The viability of murine mammary cells(4T1)treated with ID7 was assessed by MTT,trypan blue and fluorescence assay and viability of BT-20,MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 human breast cancer tumor lines by MTS.The cell migration,invasion using matrigel and adhesion were performed.The expression of cell death proteins was quanitified by western blot and the gelatinases by zimogram.The ID7 activity of the tumor(4T1)and metastatic progession in vivo was evaluated.Results:ID7 reduced the 4T1 and MDA-MB-231viability and increased the late apoptosis,inhibited the 4T1 migration and invasion,increased the 4T1 adhesion and decreased the secreted active gelatinases.ID7 also increased the expression of PARP,caspase-7 and caspase-8,RIP and TNF-R1.In vivo,the ID7 decreased the volume and weight of the tumors and decreased lung metastasis and inflammation in the liver.The characterization showed mainly the presence of oleic acid,myricetin,quercetin and kaempferol in ID7.Conclusion:Thus,it was found that ID7 fraction exhibits selective antitumor and on the mechanisms of breast cancer metastasis activity,preventing lung metastasis and inflammation in the liver.It is suggested that fatty acids and flavonoids are correlated with such activities. | Kamilla Monteiro dos Santos Izabela Natalia Faria Gomes Renato JoséSilva Oliveira Fernanda E.Pinto Bruno Oliveira Fabrício P.Batista Rafael Cesar Russo Chagas Hélio B.Santos Ralph G.Thomé Wanderson Romao Rui Manuel Reis Maria Luiza Vilela Oliva Rosy Iara Maciel de Azambuja Ribeiro | 2019 | Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology2019，7，7： | 1 |
