| 1 | 应用PCR检测人工感染鸡体内鸡传染性贫血病毒的动态分布显示文摘应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测人工感染12周龄SPF鸡体内鸡传染性贫血病毒(CAV)的动态分布结果,感染后第2周可从外周血液白细胞中检出CAVDNA,在第3周时达到最高峰,然后逐渐下降,第6周时检出率仅为6.3%(3/48),第7周以后均未能从血液白细胞中检测到CAVDNA;人工感染后第2~12周均能从骨髓、胸腺、脾、肾、肝和腔上囊等组织检出CAVDNA,其中以骨髓和胸腺的检出率最高(85.0%),其次是脾(80.0%)、肾和肝(60.0%),腔上囊最低(25.0%),从12周以后上述几种组织中再未检测到CAVDNA。并从PCR检测结果为阳性的组织中也分离到CAV。 | 谢芝勋 Mazhar I.Khan Theodore Girshick | 1999 | 中国兽医科技1999,29,2: | 15 |
| 2 | Eye movement prediction by oculomotor plant Kalman filter with brainstem control显示文摘Our work addresses one of the core issues related to Human Computer Interaction (HCI) systems that use eye gaze as an input. This issue is the sensor, transmission and other delays that exist in any eye tracker-based system, reducing its performance. A delay effect can be compensated by an accurate prediction of the eye movement trajectories. This paper introduces a mathematical model of the human eye that uses anatomical properties of the Human Visual System to predict eye movement trajectories. The eye mathematical model is transformed into a Kalman filter form to provide continuous eye position signal prediction during all eye movement types. The model presented in this paper uses brainstem control properties employed during transitions between fast (saccade) and slow (fixations, pursuit) eye movements. Results presented in this paper indicate that the proposed eye model in a Kalman filter form improves the accuracy of eye movement prediction and is capable of a real-time performance. | 7 | Exact solutions for unsteady flow of second grade fluid generated by oscillating wall with transpiration显示文摘A problem of unsteady flow of a second grade fluid over flat plates with the impulsive and oscillating motion, starting from rest, and with the wall transpiration is considered. The exact solutions are derived by the Laplace transform, the perturbation techniques, and an extension of the variable separation technique together with similarity arguments. These solutions are written as the sum between the permanent solutions and the transient solutions. The variations of fluid behaviors with various physical parameters are shown graphically and analyzed.
