| 1 | Perspectives of pluripotent stem cells in livestock显示文摘The recent progress in derivation of pluripotent stem cells(PSCs)from farm animals opens new approaches not only for reproduction,genetic engineering,treatment and conservation of these species,but also for screening novel drugs for their efficacy and toxicity,and modelling of human diseases.Initial attempts to derive PSCs from the inner cell mass of blastocyst stages in farm animals were largely unsuccessful as either the cells survived for only a few passages,or lost their cellular potency;indicating that the protocols which allowed the derivation of murine or human embryonic stem(ES)cells were not sufficient to support the maintenance of ES cells from farm animals.This scenario changed by the innovation of induced pluripotency and by the development of the 3 inhibitor culture conditions to support naïve pluripotency in ES cells from livestock species.However,the long-term culture of livestock PSCs while maintaining the full pluripotency is still challenging,and requires further refinements.Here,we review the current achievements in the derivation of PSCs from farm animals,and discuss the potential application areas. | Dharmendra Kumar Thirumala R Talluri Naresh L Selokar Iqbal Hyder Wilfried A Ku | 2021 | World Journal of Stem Cells2021，13，1： | 4 |
| 2 | 自然腔道内镜外科经胃路径两种造瘘术的对比实验研究显示文摘目的 对比研究自然腔道内镜外科(NOTES)中PEG胃造瘘术及针刀胃造瘘术在操作过程、并发症及瘘口愈合方面的差异.方法 实验犬随机分为4组,每组4只,每只犬胃前壁分别行内镜下PEG胃造瘘及针刀胃造瘘(两瘘口相距2 cm),瘘口长1.5 cm,内镜进入腹腔进行探查,后均以3个内镜夹闭合瘘口;记录操作耗时、术中并发症;第一组实验犬在操作完成后即刻进行剖腹探查并取胃在体外进行胃抗压测试(0 d组);其他3组实验犬分别在术后第3天(3 d组)、7天(7 d组)及14天(14 d组)处死,进行腹腔探查,观察瘘口愈合、腹腔内粘连情况,并进行瘘口抗压测试.结果 实验动物均完成了两种胃造瘘术,虽然PEG胃造瘘术在操作耗时方面长于针刀胃造瘘术[(8.4±2.2)min比(5.3±1.5)min,P<0.05],但其术中出血的并发症明显减少(6.2%比37.5%,P<0.01);在瘘口抗压测试方面,0 d组、3 d组及7 d组PEG胃造瘘口和针刀胃造瘘口的平均突破阈值分别为(12.3±2.3)mm Hg比(11.4±2.6)mm Hg(P>0.05)、(32.4±6.7)mm Hg比(23.7±7.7)mm Hg(P<0.05)和(76.8±9.6)mm Hg比(52.4±8.8)mm Hg(P<0.05);14 d组实验动物两种方法胃造瘘口受压均超过160 mm Hg而末发生瘘口破裂.大体病理观察显示,相同时间点PEG方法所形成的瘘口具有更好的愈合表现;所有存活动物无腹腔内出血、周围脏器损伤或感染表现.结论 与针刀胃造瘘术相比,PEG胃造瘘术虽操作耗时略有延长,但其具有更好的安全性和术后瘘口愈合更快的明显优势. | 张修礼 唐平 孙刚 李闻 杨竟 张汝钢 廉万元 Hyder Q 杨云生 | 2010 | 中华消化内镜杂志2010，，9： | 4 |
| 3 | Toward simple,generalizable neural networks with universal training for low-SWaP hybrid vision显示文摘Speed,generalizability,and robustness are fundamental issues for building lightweight computational cameras.Here we demonstrate generalizable image reconstruction with the simplest of hybrid machine vision systems:linear optical preprocessors combined with no-hidden-layer,'small-brain' neural networks. Surprisingly,such simple neural networks are capable of learning the image reconstruction from a range of coded diffraction patterns using two masks. We investigate the possibility of generalized or 'universal training' with these small brains. Neural networks trained with sinusoidal or random patterns uniformly distribute errors around a reconstructed image,whereas models trained with a combination of sharp and curved shapes (the phase pattern of optical vortices) reconstruct edges more boldly. We illustrate variable convergence of these simple neural networks and relate learnability of an image to its singular value decomposition entropy of the image. We also provide heuristic experimental results. With thresholding,we achieve robust reconstruction of various disjoint datasets. | 4 | 经皮内镜胃造瘘法胃壁穿透术在自然腔道内镜手术实验中的应用显示文摘目的评估经皮内镜下胃造瘘(PEG)法胃壁穿透术在经自然腔道内镜手术(NOTES)中应用的可行性及安全性。方法总结和对比38只实验犬经胃壁入路NOTES(20只行PEG法胃壁穿透术,18只行针刀法胃壁穿透术),在胃壁穿透成功率、术中并发症、操作耗时方面的差异。结果38例次NOTES胃壁入路穿透手术均获成功。PEG法胃壁穿透组实验犬术中无明显出血及周围脏器损伤等并发症,而针刀法胃壁穿透组并发1例胃壁切口大出血、3例损伤临近脏器(0%与22%,P〈0.05),但PEG法胃壁穿透组操作耗时(15.0±3.7)min,比针刀法胃壁穿透组耗时(6.0±1.1)min长。结论PEG法胃壁穿透术在NOTES操作中是安全、有效的,值得推广应用。 | 唐平 张修礼 孔金艳 孙刚 Hyder Qurratulain 杨云生 李闻 | 2011 | 中华消化内镜杂志2011，28，5： | 2 |
| 5 | Exact solutions of stochastic fractional Korteweg de–Vries equation with conformable derivatives显示文摘We deal with the Wick-type stochastic fractional Korteweg de–Vries(KdV) equation with conformable derivatives.With the aid of the Exp-function method, white noise theory, and Hermite transform, we produce a novel set of exact soliton and periodic wave solutions to the fractional KdV equation with conformable derivatives. With the help of inverse Hermite transform, we get stochastic soliton and periodic wave solutions of the Wick-type stochastic fractional KdV equation with conformable derivatives. | 7 | Maximum sustainable yield of Greater lizardfish Saurida tumbil fishery in Pakistan using the CEDA and ASPIC packages显示文摘The catch and effort data analysis(CEDA) and ASPIC(a stock assessment production model incorporating covariates) computer software packages were used to estimate the maximum sustainable yield(MSY) from the catch and effort data of Greater lizardfish Saurida tumbil fishery of Pakistan from 1986 to 2009. In CEDA three surplus production models of Fox, Schaefer and Pella-Tomlinson were used. Here initial proportion(IP) of 0.5 was used because the starting catch was roughly 50% of the maximum catch. With IP = 0.5, the estimated MSY from Fox model were 20.59 mt and 38.16 mt for normal and log-normal error assumptions, while the MSY from Schaefer and Pella-Tomlinson were 60.40, 60.40 and 60.40 mt, for normal, log-normal and gamma error assumptions respectively. The MSY values from Schaefer and Pella-Tomlinson models of three error assumptions were the same. The R2 values from those three models were above 0.6. When IP = 0.5, the MSY values estimated from ASPIC from Fox were 132 mt, and from logistic model were 69.4 mt, with R2 value above 0.8.
