| 1 | Effect of Li+ ion concentration on upconversion emission and temperature sensing behavior of La2O3:Er3+ phosphors显示文摘The effects of Li^+ co-doping concentration on the structure, upconversion luminescence and temperature sensing behavior of Er^(3+):La_2O_3 phosphors were investigated. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy observations reveal that Li^+ ion co-doping can change the lattice parameter of La_2O_3 host and increase the particle size of the samples. The optical investigation shows that co-doping of Li^+ ions can enhance the upconversion emission of Er^(3+) ions in La_2O_3 matrix effectively. Most importantly, the temperature sensing sensitivity of the samples is found to be dependent on Li^+ co-doping concentration,when the emission intensity ratio of the(~2H_(11/2)→~4 I_(15/2)) and(~4 S_(3/2)→~4 I_(15/2)) transitions of Er^(3+) is chosen as the thermometric index. Both of the optimum upconversion luminescence and temperature sensing sensitivity are obtained for 7 mol% Li^+ co-doped sample. | 2 | Electrodeposition of Zn(O,S)(zinc oxysulfide)thin films:Exploiting its thermodynamic and kinetic processes with incorporation of tartaric acid显示文摘Zn(O,S)(zinc oxysulfide) is an important chalcogenide material recently reported to be potentially applied as electrode buffers in thin film solar cells. Both vacuum and solution approaches have enabled the fabrication of Zn(O,S) films. However they either require extreme conditions and high energy consumption for synthesis, or suffer from lack of controllability mainly due to the thermodynamic and kinetic distinction between Zn O and Zn S during film growth. Here we demonstrated an effective electrodeposition route to obtain high-quality Zn(O,S) thin films in a controllable manner. Importantly, tartaric acid was employed as a secondary complexing agent in the electrolyte to improve the film morphology, as well as to adjust other key properties such as composition and absorption. To elucidate the vital role that tartaric acid played, thermodynamic and kinetic processes of electrodeposition was investigated and discussed in detail. | 3 | Sintering Behavior and Microwave Dielectric Properties of MgTiO_3 Ceramics Doped with B_2O_3 by Sol-Gel Method显示文摘The B2O3-doped MgTiO3 powders and ceramics have been prepared by sol-gel method using Mg(NO3)2·6H2O, Ti(C4H9O)4 and H3BO3 as the starting materials. The sintering behavior and microwave dielectric properties of ceramics prepared from powders with different particle sizes were investigated. The gels were calcined at 650, 700, 750, 800, 850 and 900 C and the derived particle sizes of powders were 20-30 nm, 30-40 nm, 40-60 nm, 60-90 nm, 90-120 nm and 120-150 nm, respectively. The nanoparticles with the size of 30-60 nm benefited the sintering process with high surface energy whereas nanoparticles with the size of 20-30 nm damaged the microwave dielectric properties due to the pores in the ceramics. The addition of B2O3 used as a liquid sintering aid reduced the sintering temperature of MgTiO3 ceramic, which was supposed to enter the MgTiO3 lattice and resulted in the formation of (MgTi)2(BO3)O phase. | 4 | Clinical characteristics and prognostic values of 1p32.3 deletion detected through fluorescence in situ hybridization in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma: a single-center study in China显示文摘This study aimed to investigate the prevalence,clinical characteristics,and prognostic impact of 1p32.3 deletion in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM).A retrospective analysis was conducted on 411 patients with newly diagnosed MM;among which,270 received bortezomib-based therapies,and 141 received thalidomide-based therapies.Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was performed to detect six cytogenetic abnormalities,namely,del(1p32.3),gain(1q21),del(17p13),del(13q14),t(4;14),and t(11;14).Results showed that 8.3% of patients with MM were detected with del(1p32.3) and had significantly more bone marrow plasma cells (P =0.025),higher β2-microglobulin levels (P =0.036),and higher lactate dehydrogenase levels (P =0.042) than those without del(1p32.3).Univariate analysis showed that patients with del(1p32.3) under thalidomide-based therapies were strongly associated with short progression-free survival (PFS) (median PFS 11.6 vs.31.2 months,P =0.002) and overall survival (OS) (median OS 16.8 vs.45.9 months,P < 0.001).Multivariate analysis revealed that del(1p32.3) remained a powerful independent factor with worse PFS (P =0.006) and OS (P =0.016) for patients under thalidomide-based treatments.Patients with del(1 p32.3) under bortezomib-based treatments tended to have short PFS and OS.In conclusion,del(1p32.3) is associated with short PFS and OS in patients with MM who received thalidomide-or bortezomib-based treatments. | Huanping Wang Haitao Meng Jinghan Wang Yinjun Lou Yile Zhou Peipei Lin Fenglin Li Lin Liu Huan Xu Min Yang Jie Jin | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,3: | 2 |

| 6 | Effect of B_2O_3 Additives on the Sintering and Dielectric Behaviors of CaMgSi_2O_6 Ceramics显示文摘The effects of B2O3 addition, as a sintering agent, on the sintering behavior, microstructure and dielectric properties of CaMgSi2O6 ceramic have been investigated. The CaO-MgO-B2O3-SiO2 glassy phase came forth by adding B2O3 into CaO-MgO-SiO2 ceramic powders, and it was advantageous to lower the synthesis temperature of CaMgSi2O6 crystalline phase. Moreover, the emergence of CaO-MgO-B2O3-SiO2 glass phase could effectively lower the sintering temperature of CaMgSi2O6 ceramic and promote the CaMgSi2O6 grains growing. | 8 | The investigation of an amidine-based additive in the perovskite films and solar cells显示文摘Here,we introduced acetamidine(C_2H_3N_2H_3,Aa)-based salt as an additive in the fabrication of perovskite(CH_3NH_3PW_3)layer for perovskite solar cells.It was found that as an amidine-based salt,this additive successfully enhanced the crystallinity of CH_3NH_3PW_3 and helped to form smooth and uniform films with comparable grain size and full coverage.Besides,perovskite film with additive showed a much longer carrier lifetime and an obviously enhanced open-circuit voltage in the corresponding devices,indicating that the acetamidine-based salt can reduce the carrier recombination in both the film and device.We further demonstrate a promising perovskite device based on acetamidine salt by using a configuration of ITOATiO_2/Perovskite/Spiro-OMeTAD/Au under < 150 ℃ fabrication condition.A power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 16.54%was achieved,which is much higher than the control device without acetamidine salt.These results present a simple method for film quality optimization of perovskite to further improve photovoltaic performances of perovskite solar cells,which may also benefit the exploration of A cation in perovskite materials. | Guanhaojie Zheng Liang Li Ligang Wang Xingyu Gao Huanping Zhou | 2017 | Journal of Semiconductors2017,38,1: | 1 |

| 13 | Structural and physical properties of permalloy thin films prepared by DC magnetron sputtering at different substrate temperature显示文摘Permalloy Ni8oFe20 films have been grown on thermal oxidized Si (111) wafers by magnetron sputtering at well-controlled substrate temperatures of 300, 500, 640 and 780 K in 0.65 Pa argon pressure. The base pressure was about 1×10^-4 Pa. The deposition rate was about 5 nm/min for all the films. The structure of the films was studied using X-ray dif-fraction, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The composition of the films was analyzed using scanning Auger microprobe. The resistance and magnetoresistance of the films were measured using four-point probe tech-nique. The results show that the content of oxygen in the films decreases gradually with raising substrate temperature. In addition, the surface morphology of the films presents notable change with the increasing of the substrate temperature; the residual gases and defects decrease and the grains have coalesced evidently, and then the grains have grown up obviously and the texture of (111) orientation develops gradually in the growing film. | 19 | Energy transfer and 2 μm emission in Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) co-doped(Y_(0.87)La_(0.1)Zr_(0.03))_2O_3 nanopowders显示文摘(Y_(0.87)La_(0.1)Zr_(0.03))_2O_3 nanopowders doped with various concentrations of Tm^(3+) and Ho^(3+) were prepared by the citrate method. The standard cubic Y_2O_3 phase can be matched in the Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) co-doped(Y_(0.87)La_(0.1)Zr_(0.03))_2 O_3 nanopowders. The nanopowders exhibit average particle sizes of 40,60, 80 and 100 nm after calcinated at 900,1000,1100 and 1200℃,respectively. The energy transfer from Tm^(3+) to Ho^(3+) and the optimum fluorescence emission around 2 μm were investigated. | 20 | Assessment of carbon sink potential and methane reduction scenarios of marine macroalgae(Gracilaria)cultivation显示文摘Marine macroalgae cultivation is an important part of the effort to address climate change through carbon sinks.Gracilaria,especially Gracilaria lemaneiformis and Gracilaria lichenoides are the major macroalgae cultivated in China.This study proposes a method to assess the net carbon sink of marine macroalgae(Gracilaria)cultivation.First,the net carbon sink of Gracilaria cultivation in China is calculated based on the yield of annual cultivated Gracilaria recorded in China Fishery Statistical Yearbook from 2011 to 2020.Next,we predict the net carbon sink trend of Gracilaria cultivation from 2021 to 2030 using the autoregressive integrated moving average model(ARIMA).Finally,the potential carbon sink increase and methane reduction related to Gracilaria cultivation in China is explored through a scenario analysis.We find that the net carbon sink of Gracilaria cultivation in China was about 32.1-92.4 kilotons per year from 2011 to 2020,and shows a great annual growth trend.Moreover,the predicted net carbon sink of Gracilaria cultivation would increase to 77.8-191.4 kilotons per year from 2021 to2030,thereby could contribute considerably in the achievement of China's carbon peak goal.Under a scenario of producing ruminant green feed with additional Gracilaria cultivation,each ton of macroalgae is predicted to reduce carbon emission(i.e.,methane)by 0.33-0.68 tons.Thus,marine macroalgae cultivation might form a synergistic chain of'carbon sink increase-water purification-economy-methane reduction'.This study proposes a synergistic new model that operates through marine macroalgae cultivation,economic aquaculture,and green feed production. | Yifan XU Huanping LIU Yufeng YANG Hongtao SHEN Ruimin ZHANG Cheng WANG Zhijian HUANG Jianguo HE Zhili HE Qingyun YAN | 2023 | Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,5: | 0 |
