| 1 | Characteristic model based control of the X-34 reusable launch vehicle in its climbing phase显示文摘In this paper, a characteristic model based longitudinal control design for the trans-aerosphere vehicle X-34 in its transonic and hypersonic climbing phase is proposed. The design is based on the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle and the curves it is to track in this climbing phase. Through a detailed analysis of the aerodynamics and vehicle dynamics during this climbing phase, an explicit description of the tracking curve for the flight path angle is derived. On the basis of this tracking curve, the tracking curves for the two short-period variables, the angle of attack and the pitch rate, are designed. An all-coefficient adaptive controller is then designed, based on the characteristic modeling, to cause these two short-period variables to follow their respective tracking curves. The proposed design does not require multiple working points, making the design procedure simple. Numerical simulation is performed to validate the performance of the controller. | 2 | Signaling pathways and targeted therapy for myocardial infarction显示文摘Although the treatment of myocardial infarction(MI)has improved considerably,it is still a worldwide disease with high morbidity and high mortality.Whilst there is still a long way to go for discovering ideal treatments,therapeutic strategies committed to cardioprotection and cardiac repair following cardiac ischemia are emerging.Evidence of pathological characteristics in MI illustrates cell signaling pathways that participate in the survival,proliferation,apoptosis,autophagy of cardiomyocytes,endothelial cells,fibroblasts,monocytes,and stem cells.These signaling pathways include the key players in inflammation response,e.g.,NLRP3/caspase-1 and TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB;the crucial mediators in oxidative stress and apoptosis,for instance,Notch,Hippo/YAP,RhoA/ROCK,Nrf2/HO-1,and Sonic hedgehog;the controller of myocardial fibrosis such as TGF-β/SMADs and Wnt/β-catenin;and the main regulator of angiogenesis,PI3K/Akt,MAPK,JAK/STAT,Sonic hedgehog,etc.Since signaling pathways play an important role in administering the process of MI,aiming at targeting these aberrant signaling pathways and improving the pathological manifestations in MI is indispensable and promising.Hence,drug therapy,gene therapy,protein therapy,cell therapy,and exosome therapy have been emerging and are known as novel therapies.In this review,we summarize the therapeutic strategies for MI by regulating these associated pathways,which contribute to inhibiting cardiomyocytes death,attenuating inflammation,enhancing angiogenesis,etc.so as to repair and re-functionalize damaged hearts. | Qing Zhang Lu Wang Shiqi Wang Hongxin Cheng Lin Xu Gaiqin Pei Yang Wang Chenying Fu Yangfu Jiang Chengqi He Quan Wei | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4: | 11 |

| 5 | Prognostic value of BCL2 and TP53 genetic alterations for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients treated with R-CHOP显示文摘Objective:Limited data about the prognostic significance of BCL2 mutations and BCL2 copy number variations in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)are available.This study aimed to comprehensively describe BCL2 genetic alterations in DLBCL patients,and examine correlation of BCL2,TP53 and other genetic alterations with outcomes in patients treated with R-CHOP.Methods:Probe capture-based high-resolution sequencing was performed on 191 patients diagnosed with de novo DLBCL.MYC,BCL2,and BCL6 protein expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The presence of BCL2 alterations significantly correlated with poor progression-free survival(PFS)(5-year PFS:13.7%vs.40.8%;P=0.003)and overall survival(OS)(5-year OS:34.0%vs.70.9%;P=0.036).Importantly,patients who harbored BCL2 gain/amplifications(BCL2GA/AMP)also had a remarkably inferior 5-year PFS(11.1%vs.38.3%;P<0.001)and OS(22.1%vs.69.6%;P=0.009).In contrast,neither BCL2 mutations nor BCL2 translocations were significantly prognostic for survival.Multivariable analyses showed that the presence of BCL2 alterations,especially BCL2GA/AMP,TP53 mutations,and International Prognostic Index(IPI)were significantly associated with inferior PFS and OS.Novel prognostic models for OS were constructed based on 3 risk factors,including BCL2 alterations(Model 1)or BCL2GA/AMP(Model 2),TP53 mutations,and IPI,to stratify patients into 4 risk groups with different survival outcomes.Conclusions:This study showed that DLBCL patients treated with R-CHOP,BCL2 alterations,especially BCL2GA/AMP and TP53 mutations were significantly associated with inferior outcomes,which were independent of the IPI.The novel prognostic models we proposed predicted outcomes for DLBCL patients treated with R-CHOP,but further validation of the prognostic models is still warranted. | Yan Qin Haizhu Chen Peng Liu Changgong Zhang Jianliang Yang Lin Gui Xiaohui He Liqiang Zhou Shengyu Zhou Shiyu Jiang Hongxin Jiang Yuankai Shi | 2022 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,6: | 2 |

| 7 | Two Ultraviolet Radiation Datasets that Cover China显示文摘Ultraviolet(UV) radiation has significant effects on ecosystems, environments, and human health, as well as atmospheric processes and climate change. Two ultraviolet radiation datasets are described in this paper. One contains hourly observations of UV radiation measured at 40 Chinese Ecosystem Research Network stations from 2005 to 2015. CUV3 broadband radiometers were used to observe the UV radiation, with an accuracy of 5%, which meets the World Meteorology Organization's measurement standards. The extremum method was used to control the quality of the measured datasets. The other dataset contains daily cumulative UV radiation estimates that were calculated using an all-sky estimation model combined with a hybrid model. The reconstructed daily UV radiation data span from 1961 to 2014. The mean absolute bias error and root-mean-square error are smaller than 30% at most stations, and most of the mean bias error values are negative, which indicates underestimation of the UV radiation intensity. These datasets can improve our basic knowledge of the spatial and temporal variations in UV radiation. | 9 | Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C. The antenna consists of rectangular patch elements ladder arrayed at the both sides of the microstrip-fed line on a printed circuit board(PCB) and a rectangular ground plane. The antenna parameters of ladder number N, the rectangular patches geometry of ladder elements, the ladder step length and the length of ground plane are studied to obtain optimized antenna performances. The successfully designed, implemented and measured antenna has a compact size of 12 mm×12 mm and operation frequency band from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz with voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR) less than 2. | 12 | Reduced smooth muscle-fibroblasts transformation potentially decreases intestinal wound healing and colitis-associated cancer in ageing mice显示文摘Cancer and impaired tissue wound healing with ageing are closely related to the quality of life of the elderly population.Given the increased incidence of cancer and the population ageing trend globally,it is very important to explore how ageing impairs tissue wound healing and spontaneous cancer.In a murine model of DSS-induced acute colitis and AOM/DSS-induced colitis-associated cancer(CAC),we found ageing significantly decreases intestinal wound healing and simultaneous CAC initiation,although ageing does not affect the incidence of AOM-induced,sporadic non-inflammatory CRC.Mechanistically,reduced fibroblasts were observed in the colitis microenvironment of ageing mice.Through conditional lineage tracing,an important source of fibroblasts potentially derived from intestinal smooth muscle cells(ISMCs)was identified orchestrating intestinal wound healing and CAC initiation in young mice.However,the number of transformed fibroblasts from ISMCs significantly decreased in ageing mice,accompanied by decreased intestinal wound healing and decreased CAC initiation.ISMCs-fibroblasts transformation in young mice and reduction of this transformation in ageing mice were also confirmed by ex-vivo intestinal muscular layer culture experiments.We further found that activation of YAP/TAZ in ISMCs is required for the transformation of ISMCs into fibroblasts.Meanwhile,the reduction of YAP/TAZ activation in ISMCs during intestinal wound healing was observed in ageing mice.Conditional knockdown of YAP/TAZ in ISMCs of young mice results in reduced fibroblasts in the colitis microenvironment,decreased intestinal wound healing and decreased CAC initiation,similar to the phenotype of ageing mice.In addition,the data from intestine samples derived from inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients show that activation of YAP/TAZ also occurs in ISMCs from these patients.Collectively,our work reveals an important role of the ageing stromal microenvironment in intestinal wound healing and CAC initiation.Furthermore,our work also identified a potential source of fibroblasts involved in colitis and CAC. | Yi Liu Yanhong Ji Ruiyi Jiang Chao Fang Gang Shi Lin Cheng Yinan Zuo Yixin Ye Xiaolan Su Junshu Li Huiling Wang Yuan Wang Yi Lin Lei Dai Shuang Zhang Hongxin Deng | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,9: | 0 |
| 13 | Deep Segmentation Feature-Based Radiomics Improves Recurrence Prediction of Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘Objective and Impact Statement.This study developed and validated a deep semantic segmentation feature-based radiomics(DSFR)model based on preoperative contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CECT)combined with clinical information to predict early recurrence(ER)of single hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after curative resection.ER prediction is of great significance to the therapeutic decision-making and surveillance strategy of HCC.Introduction.ER prediction is important for HCC.However,it cannot currently be adequately determined.Methods.Totally,208 patients with single HCC after curative resection were retrospectively recruited into a model-development cohort(n=180)and an independent validation cohort(n=28).DSFR models based on different CT phases were developed.The optimal DSFR model was incorporated with clinical information to establish a DSFR-C model.An integrated nomogram based on the Cox regression was established.The DSFR signature was used to stratify high-and low-risk ER groups.Results.A portal phase-based DSFR model was selected as the optimal model(area under receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC):development cohort,0.740;validation cohort,0.717).The DSFR-C model achieved AUCs of 0.782 and 0.744 in the development and validation cohorts,respectively.In the development and validation cohorts,the integrated nomogram achieved C-index of 0.748 and 0.741 and time-dependent AUCs of 0.823 and 0.822,respectively,for recurrence-free survival(RFS)prediction.The RFS difference between the risk groups was statistically significant(P<0.0001 and P=0.045 in the development and validation cohorts,respectively).Conclusion.CECT-based DSFR can predict ER in single HCC after curative resection,and its combination with clinical information further improved the performance for ER prediction. | Jifei Wang Dasheng Wu Meili Sun Zhenpeng Peng Yingyu Lin Hongxin Lin Jiazhao Chen Tingyu Long Zi-Ping Li Chuanmiao Xie Bingsheng Huang Shi-Ting Feng | 2022 | Biomedical Engineering Frontiers2022,3,1: | 0 |

| 18 | Effects of Ratio of Row Spacing to Intrarow Spacing on Yield and Nitrogen Accumulation and Utilization of Early and Late Rice显示文摘[Objective]The aim was to provide a theoretical basis for the rational configuration of ratio of row spacing to intrarow spacing(RS/IS)of double-cropping rice.[Methods]With early rice‘Ganxin 203’and‘Zhongjiazao 17’and late rice‘Ganxin 688’and‘Wufengyou T025’as materials,the effects of RS/IS on yield,nitrogen accumulation and utilization were studied in the same planting density of31.20×104hills/hm2.[Results]The results showed that yield of early rice was higher in RS/IS2.8(30.0 cm×10.7 cm)and RS/IS2.0(25.0 cm×12.8 cm)treatment,and lower in RS/IS5.0(40.0 cm×8.0 cm)and RS/IS1.3(20.0 cm×16.0 cm)treatment,while late rice were higher in RS/IS5.0and RS/IS2.0treatment,and lower in RS/IS2.8and RS/IS1.3treatment.Total nitrogen accumulation and apparent utilization ratio of nitrogen of early rice were higher in RS/IS2.0treatment and lower in RS/IS5.0treatment,while,for late rice were higher in RS/IS2.8treatment and lower in RS/IS5.0treatment.Nitrogen requirement for 100 kg grain production of early rice was higher in RS/IS1.3treatment and lower in RS/IS2.0treatment,while,for late rice were higher in RS/IS2.8treatment,lower in RS/IS5.0treatment.[Conclusion]In sum,4 varieties of early and late rice obtained higher yield in 25.0 cm×12.8 cm and lower yield in 20.0 cm×16.0 cm,and total nitrogen accumulation,nitrogen requirement for 100 kg grain production and apparent utilization ratio of nitrogen were all lower in 40.0 cm×8.0 cm. | Chengchun YANG Hongxin LIN Zhanqi YUAN Yunping XIAO Rengen LIU | 2015 | Agricultural Science & Technology2015,16,3: | 0 |
| 19 | Rubicon deficiency exacerbates fasting-induced hepatic steatosis显示文摘Objective: Rubicon is an inhibitory interacting protein of the autophagy-related protein Uvrag. We previously showed thatRubicon deficiency promotes autophagic fluxin vivo and that autophagy can degrade lipid droplets. This study aimed to investigate the effects of Rubicon deficiency on fasting-induced hepatic steatosis.Methods: Two-month-old wild-type (WT) andRubicon-deficient mice were subjected to feeding or fasting for 24 hours to induce hepatic steatosis. The distribution of liver lipid droplets was revealed by oil red O staining. Hepatic and plasma triglyceride, non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA), and cholesterol levels were detected using commercially available kits. Real-time reverse transcriptasepolymerase chain reaction was performed to analyze the mRNA expression of genes related to lipid metabolism in the liver. Western blot was conducted to assess autophagy-related protein levels in the liver. The animal experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.Results: We showed that under fasting conditions,Rubicon-deficient mice had more lipid droplets in the liver than WT controls. Consistent with these results, the hepatic triglyceride, NEFA, and cholesterol levels in fastedRubicon-deficient mice were significantly higher than those of fasted WT controls. The levels ofSREBP-1, a key regulator of lipid synthesis, were significantly lower in livers from fasted WT mice than those of fed WT mice. However, the decrease inSREBP-1 in fasted mice was attenuated byRubicon deficiency. Western blot analysis demonstrated that the fasting-induced increase in autophagic flux was amplified byRubicon deficiency. | 20 | 三阴性乳腺癌在新辅助化疗中获得病理完全缓解率的Meta分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The pathological complete response(pCR) rates of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC) in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) was reported higher than that in non-TNBC but ranged from 12% to 48%. pCR was reported to be a predictor of long overall survival and exact pCR rate of NAC in TNBC would give us some hints on how to improve outcomes of TNBC patients. The meta-analysis was conducted to estimate the pCR rate of NAC for TNBC through contrasting the pCR rates of TNBC and non-TNBC tumors in NAC. Methods: Studies were selected from the PubMed database and Cochrane Collaboration Library. pCR rates were collected in groups of TNBC and non-TNBC tumors. Review Manager 4.2 was used to perform forest plots and funnel plots. Results: The analysis included 22 studies with 7168 patients, the aggregate pCR rate was 29.5% in TNBC group, which was 17.7% higher than non-TNBC. The summary relative risk(RR) for pCR rate of TNBC group with that of non-TNBC group was 2.55. No obvious statistical heterogeneity and publication bias was detected.
