| 1 | Dynamics of total culturable bacteria and its relationship with methylmercury in the soils of the water level fluctuation zone of the Three Gorges Reservoir显示文摘Field investigations were conducted to study the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of total culturable bacteria(TCB)and its relationship with methylmercury(MeHg)in the soils of the water level fluctuation zone of the Three Gorges Reservoir.Different altitudes(170–180,170–175,165–170 and 160–165 m)in Zhenxi(Site 1),Shibaozhai(Site 2)and Tujing(Site 3),Chongqing,China were chosen as sampling sites.Results indicated that TCB did not have significant difference in the top(0–10 cm)and sub(10–20 cm)soil of the non-inundated area(175–180 m),but showing a significant difference in the water level fluctuation zone(\175 m,suggesting that water level fluctuation had an important effect on TCB.Moreover,TCB in soils of various altitudes of Site 1 and 2had significant difference,while for Site 3,this difference was not significant.And the difference of TCB in Site 2was much greater than that in Site 1.These results suggested that there were significant differences for TCB in soils of mainstream and tributaries.In addition,TCB in soils of 10–20 cm had significant or highly significant positive correlations with MeHg level(r C 0.762,P B 0.048),thus we assumed that there may be some aerobic microorganisms playing dominant roles in mercury methylation. | Yuping Xiang Hongxia Du Hong Shen Cheng Zhang Dingyong Wang | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,24: | 10 |

| 3 | Vesicular Li3V2(PO4)3/C hollow mesoporous microspheres as an efficient cathode material for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Vesicular lithium vanadium phosphate/carbon hollow mesoporous microspheres were fabricated using a facile polyvinylpyrrolidone-assisted aerosol-spray-assisted method and subsequent heat-treatment. While changing the content of polyvinylpyrrolidone, we found that carbon content was adjustable on the surface of lithium vanadium phosphate. By optimizing the carbon content among the composites, the electrochemical performance can be enhanced significantly. The results of electrochemical performance tests suggested that the samples exhibited good cycle performance and high discharge capability in the voltages between 3.0-4.8 V. | 5 | Novel hierarchical structure of MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites for dramatically enhanced electromagnetic absorbing properties显示文摘In order to prevent the microwave leakage and mutual interference,more and more microwave absorbing devices are added into the design of electronic products to ensure its routine operation.In this work,we have successfully prepared MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) hierarchical composites by one-pot hydrothermal method and focused on the relationship between structures and electromagnetic absorbing properties.Supported by comprehensive characterizations,M0S_(2) nanosheets were proved to be anchored on the surface and interlayer of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) through a hydrothermal process.Additionally,TiO_(2) nanoparticles were obtained in situ.Due to these hierarchical structures,the MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites showed greatly enhanced microwave absorbing performance.The MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites exhibit a maximum reflection loss value of -33.5 dB at 10.24 GHz and the effective absorption bandwidth covers 3.1GHz(13.9-17 GHz)at the thickness of 1.0 mm,implying the features of wide frequency and light weight.This work in the hierarchical structure of MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites opens a promising door to the exploration of constructing extraordinary electromagnetic wave absorbents. | Heng DU Qipeng ZHANG Biao ZHAO Frank MARKEN Qiancheng GAO Hongxia LU Li GUAN Hailong WANG Gang SHAO Hongliang XU Rui ZHANG Bingbing FAN | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,5: | 4 |
| 6 | Integration of rolling circle amplification and cationic conjugated polymer for the homogeneous detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms显示文摘A novel, homogeneous and sensitive assay for the detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) by integration of rolling circle amplification (RCA) and cationic conjugated polymer (CCP) has been developed and tested. Mutant DNA serves as the template for specifically circularizing a padlock probe (PLP) with a sequence that is complementary to the mutant DNA. Afterwards, the mutant DNA directly acts as the primer to initiate the RCA reaction in the presence of phi29 DNA polymerase that generates a long, tandem single-strand DNA product. During the RCA reaction, fluorescein-labeled dUTPs are incorporated into the RCA products. When the CCP is introduced, efficient FRET from CCP to fluorescein occurs as a result of the strong electrostatic interactions between the CCP and the DNA produced by RCA. The wild-type DNA contains a single base mismatch with PLP with the result that the PLP is not circularized, RCA is not triggered and inefficient FRET results. By measuring the change of the emission intensities of CCP and fluorescein, it was possible to detect the SNP in a homogeneous manner. | 7 | Association of microRNA polymorphisms with the risk of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma in a Chinese population:a case-control study显示文摘Background:MicroRNA(miRNA) polymorphisms may alter miRNA-related processes,and they likely contribute to cancer susceptibility.Various studies have investigated the associations between genetic variants in several key miRNAs and the risk of human cancers;however,few studies have focused on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC) risk.This study aimed to evaluate the associations between several key miRNA polymorphisms and HNSCC risk in a Chinese population.Methods:In this study,we genotyped five common single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in several key miRNAs(miR-149 rs2292832,miR-146 a rs2910164,miR-605 rs2043556,miR-608 rs4919510,and miR-196a2 rs11614913) and evaluated the associations between these SNPs and HNSCC risk according to cancer site with a case-control study including 576 cases and 1552 controls,which were matched by age and sex in a Chinese population.Results:The results revealed that miR-605 rs2043556[dominant model:adjusted odds ratio(OR) 0.71,95%confidence interval(CI) 0.58-0.88;additive model:adjusted OR 0.74,95%CI 0.62-0.89]and miR-196a2 rs11614913(dominant model:adjusted OR 1.36,95%C11.08-1.72;additive model:adjusted OR 1.28,95%C11.10-1.48) were significantly associated with the risk of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Furthermore,when these two loci were evaluated together based on the number of putative risk alleles(rs2043556 A and rs11614913 G),a significant locus-dosage effect was noted on the risk of OSCC(P_(trend) < 0.001).However,no significant association was detected between the other three SNPs(miR-149 rs2292832,miR- 146 a rs2910164,and miR-608 rs4919510) and HNSCC risk.Conclusion:Our study provided the evidence that miR-605 rs2043556 and miR-196a2 rs11614913 may have an impact on genetic susceptibility to OSCC in Chinese population. | Limin Miao Lihua Wang Longbiao Zhu Jiangbo Du Xun Zhu Yuming Niu Ruixia Wang Zhibin Hu Ning Chen Hongbing Shen Hongxia Ma | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Cancer2016,35,11: | 2 |

[Methods]FCPwas obtained from C. platycladi by a new set extraction process of microwave-assisted extraction,freeze thawing,superfine crushingand freeze drying technology and purification. On the basis of single-factor tests,the quadratic regression parasitism model was established by the extraction amount of total flavonoids with microwave power,alcohol concentration,and liquid-to-solid ratio through the response surface methodology. [Results] The optimal extraction conditions were microwave power of 757 W,alcohol concentration of 69%,liquid-to-solid ratio of21∶ 1,with the optimal extraction yield of 15. 302 9 mg/g. Under the real conditions( microwave power of 800 W,alcohol concentration of69%,liquid-to-solid ratio of 21∶ 1) in our laboratory,the maximum yield of total flavonoids was 15. 9 mg/g,the results fitwell with the prediction of quadratic regression parasitism model. The good antioxidant activity has been determined byscavenging effect of FCP on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl( DPPH) radical and superoxide anion free radical with the scavenging yield of 70. 2% and 68. 8% respectively.
