| 2 | TD-AltBOC:A new COMPASS B2 modulation显示文摘AltBOC(15,10) is the baseline of COMPASS B2 signal modulation.It is a BOC-like signal having different PN codes in the lower and the upper main split lobes,which allow one signal service per lobe.The two lobes can be received and processed separately like two BPSK(10) signals,or coherently processed to achieve better performance.Interoperability among COMPASS B2,Galileo E5 and GPS L5 is also achievable using AltBOC modulation.However,Galileo's 4-code AltBOC has drawbacks such as low efficiency and great receiver complexity.This paper presents a new modulation type named TD-AltBOC (Time Division AltBOC).The signal generation scheme and receiving method are presented,and are compared with AltBOC in the areas of power spectrum,ranging accuracy,anti-multipath performance,anti-interference performance,processing flexibility and complexity.Analysis results show TD-AltBOC has similar spectrum characteristics,interoperability,flexibility and anti-interference performance with AltBOC.When the frontend bandwidth is more than 50 MHz,TD-AltBOC can achieve better ranging accuracy and anti-multipath performance.It also has such advantages as high efficiency and low receiver complexity.TD-AltBOC could be a good solution to COMPASS B2 navigation signal. | TANG ZuPing ZHOU HongWei WEI JiaoLong YAN Tao LIU YuQi RAN YiHang ZHOU YanLing | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,6: | 20 |

Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. | 6 | The impact of the new cooperative medical scheme on financial burden of tuberculosis patients: evidence from six counties in China显示文摘Background:Tuberculosis(TB)patients in China encounter heavy financial burdens throughout the course of their treatment and it is unclear how China’s health insurance systems affect the alleviation of this burden under the integrated approach.This study aimed to measure reimbursement for TB services under the New Cooperative Medical Scheme(NCMS)in rural China and to evaluate changes in catastrophic health expenditure(CHE)caused by the reimbursement policies.Methods:Reimbursement data were obtained from routine data systems for the NCMS in Yichang(YC)and Hanzhong(HZ).1884 TB inpatients reimbursed by NCMS from 2010 to 2012 were included.Household surveys were conducted.A total of 494 TB patients under the NCMS were selected in this paper.12 Focus Group Discussions(FGDs)were held.We measured the impact of the NCMS by counterfactual analysis,which analyzed the financial burden alleviation.Equity was assessed by Concentration Index(CI),and disaggregated by project sites.Results:TB inpatients were reimbursed with an effective reimbursement rate of 57.3%.Average out-of-pocket(OOP)payments for outpatient and inpatient services after diagnosis were 1413 yuan and 430 yuan,and 3572 yuan and 3013 yuan in YC and HZ,respectively.The reimbursement level for TB outpatient care after diagnosis was very low due to a limited outpatient quota.TB patients in HZ incurred higher effective reimbursement rates,but the incidence of CHE remained higher.The reduction of CHE incidence after the NCMS showed no difference statistically(P>0.05).The severity of CHE was alleviated slightly.CIs after reimbursement were all below zero and their absolute values were higher than those before reimbursement.Conclusions:Low reimbursement for TB patients could lead to heavy financial burden.Poor TB patients incurred high rates of CHE.The NCMS was found to be a protective factor for CHE,but the impact was modest and the equity of CHE did not improve.The NCMS reimbursement policies should be improved in the future to include a more comprehensive coverage of care.Supplemental programs may be necessary to expand coverage for TB care. | Li Xiang Yao Pan Shuangyi Hou Hongwei Zhang Kaori DSato Qiang Li Jing Wang Shenglan Tang | 2016 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2016,5,1: | 9 |

Thus, tremendous effort has been directed over the past few years toward improving the stability of these cells. Various methods were used to improve the stability of bulk perovskites,including compositional engineering, interface adjustment, dimensional manipulation, crystal engineering, and grain boundary decoration. Diverse device configurations, carrier transporting layers, and counter electrodes are investigated. To compare the stability of PSCs and clarify the degradation mechanism, diverse characterization methods were developed. Overall stability of PSCs has become one central topic for the development of PSCs. | 9 | Optimization of observing sequence based on nominal trajectories of symmetric observing con guration显示文摘This paper presents the crucial method for obtaining our team's results in the 8th Global Trajectory Optimization Competition(GTOC8).Because the positions and velocities of spacecraft cannot be completely determined by one observation on one radio source,the branch and bound method for sequence optimization of multi-asteroid exploration cannot be directly applied here.To overcome this diculty,an optimization method for searching the observing sequence based on nominal low-thrust trajectories of the symmetric observing con guration is proposed.With the symmetric observing con guration,the normal vector of the triangle plane formed by the three spacecraft rotates in the ecliptic plane periodically and approximately points to the radio sources which are close to the ecliptic plane.All possible observing opportunities are selected and ranked according to the nominal trajectories designed by the symmetric observing con guration.First,the branch and bound method is employed to nd the optimal sequence of the radio source with thrice observations.Second,this method is also used to nd the optimal sequence of the left radio sources.The nominal trajectories are then corrected for accurate observations.The performance index of our result is 128,286,317.0 km which ranks the second place in GTOC8. | Hongwei Yang Gao Tang Fanghua Jiang | 2018 | Astrodynamics2018,2,1: | 6 |
| 10 | esveratrol inhibits necroptosis by mediating the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL pathway in myocardial hypoxia/reoxygenation injury显示文摘Resveratrol(RES)protects myocardial cells from hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)-caused injury.However,the mechanism of this effect has not been clarified.Thus,in this study,we aimed to determine whether RES attenuates H/R-induced cell necroptosis by inhibiting the tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)/receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIP1)/RIP3/mixed-lineage kinase domain-like(MLKL)signaling pathway.Rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)models and H/R-injured cell models were constructed.Our study showed that myocardial H/R injury significantly increased the levels of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL by western blot analysis.Cell viability assay and 4,6-dianmidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)-propidium iodide staining showed that the cell viability was decreased,and necroptosis was increased after myocardial H/R injury.The expressions of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL in H/R myocardial cells treated with different concentrations of RES were significantly downregulated.In addition,we also found that the cell viability was increased and necroptosis was decreased in dose-dependent manners when H/R-injured cells were treated with RES.In addition,the enhanced effect of TNF-αon necroptosis in myocardial H/R-injured cells was improved by RES,and the effect of RES was confirmed in vivo in I/R rats.This study also showed that RES suppresses necroptosis in H9c2 cells,which may occur through the inhibition of the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL signaling pathway.Our data suggest that necroptosis is a promising therapeutic target and may be a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of myocardial I/R injury. | Yongjun Hu Hongwei Pan Jianqiang Peng Jin He Mingxiang Tang Sulan Yan Jingjing Rong Junshan Li Zhaofen Zheng Haijun Wang Yanfu Liu Xin Zhong | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,4: | 6 |

| 12 | HBB-deficient Macaca fascicularis monkey presents with human β-thalassemia显示文摘Dear Editor,β-Thalassemia is a common severe genetic disease caused by mutations in HBB and affects approximately 1.5% of the global population (Origa, 2017). In southern China, the carrier rate of β-thalassemia is as high as 6.43%, creating a high socio-economic burden (Xiong et al., 2010). In adult humans, there are three types of hemoglobin: HbA1 (~97%), HbA2 (~2%) and HbF (~1%). HbA1 (α2β2) is composed of two a-globin and two β-globi n sub units en coded by HBA and HBB, respectively;HbF (α2β2)is made up of two α-globin subunits and two β-globin sub units en coded by HBG. Mutations in the coding region or regulatory region of HBB are involved in β-thalassemia pathogenesis. Except for some rare dominant mutations, most HBB mutations are recessive (Origa, 2017). Depending on the mutation type, the β-globin level will either be reduced or completely depleted, resulting in α-globin accumulation and precipitation. These α-globin precipitates lead to red blood cell death, resulting in anemia and tissue damage, and even death in thalassemia major patients. Blood transfusions can help slow disease progression but lead to iron overload, ultimately resulting in iron toxicity. Bone marrow transfer is the only cure in the clinic and is available only to a small percentage of patients with human leukocyte antigervmatched donors. Recently, gene therapy and gene editing therapy have shown great promise in curing β-thalassemia (Glaser et al., 2015;Thompson et al., 2018). However, no appropriate animal models are available for evaluating the safety and efficacy of such advanced therapeutic strategies in vivo.β-thalassemia mice are the sole animal model available for research. However, substantial differences have been reported between the types and expressi on patter ns of human and mouse globins (McColl and Vadolas, 2016). Moreover, mice contain no fetal globin gene equivalent, and homozygous mutations of HBB in mouse for early models of β-thalassemia major or Cooley anemia are all embryonic lethal (Huo et al., 2009). Recently, significant phenotype and physiology differences have been reported between SIRT6- null mice and the non-human primate model (Zhang et al., 2018). | 20 | Path PPI: an integrated dataset of human pathways and protein-protein interactions显示文摘Integration of pathway and protein-protein interaction(PPI) data can provide more information that could lead to new biological insights. PPIs are usually represented by a simple binary model, whereas pathways are represented by more complicated models. We developed a series of rules for transforming protein interactions from pathway to binary model, and the protein interactions from seven pathway databases, including PID, Bio Carta, Reactome, Net Path, INOH, SPIKE and KEGG, were transformed based on these rules. These pathway-derived binary protein interactions were integrated with PPIs from other five PPI databases including HPRD, Int Act, Bio GRID, MINT and DIP, to develop integrated dataset(named Path PPI). More detailed interaction type and modification information on protein interactions can be preserved in Path PPI than other existing datasets. Comparison analysis results indicate that most of the interaction overlaps values(OAB) among these pathway databases were less than 5%, and these databases must be used conjunctively.
