1Correlative Mechanism of Hydraulic-mechanical Property in Cemented Paste Backfill显示文摘Hydraulic characteristic is a good indication of binder hydration, which determines the strength development of cemented paste backfill(CPB). Therefore, the hydraulic characteristic should be communicated with the mechanical property to provide an advanced knowledge that can help mine workers make a rational strategy and reduce the mining cycle. An experimental program was performed to obtain the hydraulic(monitored by suction and volumetric water content) and mechanical properties(unconfined compressive strength(UCS) test) of CPB at the 28 days curing age. According to the monitoring and testing results, the relationships between the hydration reaction rate and volumetric water content(VWC), suction and VWC, suction and UCS were established. The hydration degree showed a liner rise as the VWC decreased. Curves of the VWC and UCS were featured with a nonlinear reduction and nonlinear growth(both are exponential functions) as the suction rising, respectively. These established relationships validated the strong correlative mechanism of hydraulic and mechanics behavior for CPB. Also, the results of the present research indicated that the hydraulic characteristics and mechanical property were strongly coupled. 2In vitro antibacterial and osteogenic properties of plasma sprayed silver-containing hydroxyapatite coating显示文摘The objective of the present investigation was to characterize the antibacterial and osteogenic properties of plasma sprayed silver-containing hydroxyapatite (HA/Ag) coating in vitro. HA/Ag coating was deposited via vacuum plasma spraying. The concentration of silver ions released from HA/Ag coating, the efficacy of the HA/Ag coating against bacterial biofilm development, the effect of the HA/Ag coating on early adhesion and ossification of osteoblast cells in vitro was measured. The silver ion concentration released from the HA/Ag coating was between the minimum inhibitory concentration to bacteria and the cytotoxic concentration. Bacterial biofilm inhibition studies indicated an antibacterial activity on the HA/Ag coating surface when compared with hydroxyapatite (HA) coating alone. Moreover, it was demonstrated that osteoblast cell adhesion and mineralization occurred on the HA/Ag coating surface during the testing period. 4Experimental and modeling study of CO_(2)-Improved gas recovery in gas condensate reservoir显示文摘This paper presents the effectiveness of the CO_(2) injection process at different periods during gascondensate reservoir development.Taking a real gas-condensate reservoir located in China's east region as an example,first,we conducted experiments of constant composition expansion(CCE),constant volume depletion(CVD),saturation pressure determination,and single flash.Next,a series of water/CO2 flooding experiments were been investigated,including water flooding at present pressure 15 MPa,CO_(2) flooding at 25.53 MPa,15 MPa,which repents initial pressure and present pressure respectively.Finally,the core flooding numerical model was constructed using a generalized equation-of-state model reservoir simulator(GEM)to reveal miscible flooding mechanism and the seepage flow characteristics in the condensate gas reservoir with CO2 injection.A desirable agreement achieved in experimental results and predicted pressure volume temperature(PVT)properties by the modified equation of state(EOS)in the CVD and CCE tests indicated that the proposed recombination method can successfully produce a fluid with the same phase behavior of initial reservoir fluid with an acceptable accuracy.The modeling results confirm the experimental results,and both methods indicate that significant productivity loss can occur in retrograde gas condensate reservoirs when the flowing bottom-hole pressure falls below dew point pressure.Moreover,the results show that CO_(2) treatment can improve gas productivity by a factor of about 1.39 compared with the water flooding mode.These results may help reservoir engineers and specialists to restore the lost productivity of gas condensate.Zhengyuan Su Yong Tang Hongjiang Ruan Yang Wang Xiaoping Wei 2017Petroleum2017,3,1:1
