2射血分数正常心力衰竭的患病率和临床结局的变化趋势显示文摘Background: The prevalence of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction may be changing as a result of changes in population demographics and in the prevalence and treatment of risk factors for heart failure. Changes in the prevalence of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction may contribute to changes in the natural history of heart failure. We performed a study to define secular trends in the prevalence of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction among patients at a single institution over a 15-year period. Methods: We studied all consecutive patients hospitalized with decompensated heart failure at Mayo Clinic Hospitals in Olmsted County, Minnesota, from 1987 through 2001. We classified patients as having either preserved or reduced ejection fraction. The patients were also classified as community patients(Olmsted County residents) or referral patients. Secular trends in the type of heart failure, associated cardiovascular disease, and survival were defined. Results: A total of 6076 patients with heart failure were discharged over the 15-year period; data on ejection fraction were available for 4596 of these patients(76 percent). Of these, 53 percent had a reduced ejection fraction and 47 percent had a preserved ejection fraction. The proportion of patients with the diagnosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction increased over time and was significantly higher among community patients than among referral patients(55 percent vs. 45 percent). The prevalence rates of hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and diabetes among patients with heart failure increased significantly over time. Survival was slightly better among patients with preserved ejection fraction(adjusted hazard ratio for death, 0.96; P=0.01). Survival improved over time for those with reduced ejection fraction but not for those with preserved ejection fraction. Conclusions: The prevalence of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction increased over a 15-year period, while the rate of death from this disorder remained unchanged. 6不同转基因番茄GalUR的表达与Vc含量显示文摘为了得到高维生素C(Vc)含量新品种,克隆和构建了GalUR半乳糖醛酸还原酶基因,并转入了番茄.通过不同转基因突变体GalUR基因表达和Vc含量分析发现:GalUR基因在转GalUR基因番茄中得到了过量表达;在转FRO2-铁还原酶基因的番茄突变体中表达量增加了60%;在耐贮藏转基因番茄F3、F2、F1中也均高于对照,其中F3的表达量最高,是对照的2~3倍;在非转基因中蔬4号和6号的表达量高于丽春番茄1倍;所有供试GalUR基因表达量均为红果最多、粉红果次之,青果最少.转基因番茄果实Vc含量变化与上述GalUR基因的表达有相同规律.转GalUR3基因番茄果实和叶片Vc含量高于对照2倍以上.GalUR基因的表达还与乙烯合成酶基因ACS、CTR1和铁还原酶FRO2基因的表达有关.张伟玉 杨静慧 Gefu Wang-Pruski Mark Hodge 赵亚萍 梁国鲁 2008西南大学学报(自然科学版)2008,30,2:5
7中国头针治疗小儿脑瘫(英文)显示文摘目的:观察头针治疗脑性瘫痪的疗效。方法:笔者在美国对36位脑性瘫痪儿童进行了头针治疗。选穴以足运感区、平衡区为主,根据患者个体情况,配合选择言语Ⅰ区,言语Ⅱ区,视区等,针刺过程中行针捻转后留置头针30分钟。结果:在3到20次治疗后,治愈5例,14例取得了显著疗效,14例有效,3例无效。在治疗过程中无不良反应发生。结论:目前头皮针刺已成为脑瘫治疗的首选方法,通过观察纳入病例,发现头针缓解了脑瘫患儿的肢体痉挛、运动障碍、言语不能、认知障碍等,提高了病人的生活质量,改善了身体残疾症状,部分脑瘫患者可以完全康复。这些脑瘫的病例为美国神经针灸研究院与博瑞西医大学联合研究头针治疗小儿脑瘫的临床应用奠定了良好的基础。吕晓琳 郝吉顺 孙忠人 David Riley 南志忠 Brian McKenna Thomas Hodge 2017World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion2017,27,2:5

9用聚合酶链反应和地高辛系统检测t(14;18)显示文摘目的探索聚合酶链反应(PCR)和地高辛系统检测 t(14;18)的特异性和敏感性。方法用该法检测了不同来源 DNA 标本中的 t(14;18)。结果 3株阳性对照细胞系、14例滤泡性非何杰金淋巴瘤(FNHL)中13例、4例弥漫性非何杰金淋巴瘤(DNHL)中2例的 DNA 内检出 bcl-2-JH 基因;阴性对照细胞系、正常人和其他肿瘤 DNA 中均未检出 t(14;18)。DNA 序列测定结果亦证实检出的阳性片段确实为 bcl-2-JH 基因。敏感性分析结果证实该法较单用 PCR 技术敏感1000~10000倍。结论 PCR 和地高辛系统确为敏感、特异、实用和对人体无害的检测 t(14;18)的方法。唐恩洁 Hodges E. 13Comparison of a Manual and an Automated Tracking Method for Tibetan Plateau Vortices显示文摘Tibetan Plateau vortices(TPVs) are mesoscale cyclones originating over the Tibetan Plateau(TP) during the extended summer season(April–September).Most TPVs stay on the TP,but a small number can move off the TP to the east.TPVs are known to be one of the main precipitation-bearing systems on the TP and moving-off TPVs have been associated with heavy precipitation and flooding downstream of the TP(e.g.,in Sichuan province or over the Yangtze River Valley).Identifying and tracking TPVs is difficult because of their comparatively small horizontal extent(400–800 km) and the limited availability of soundings over the TP,which in turn constitutes a challenge for short-term predictions of TPV-related impacts and for the climatological study of TPVs.In this study,(i) manual tracking(MT) results using radiosonde data from a network over and downstream of the TP are compared with(ii) results obtained by an automated tracking(AT) algorithm applied to ERA-Interim data.Ten MT-TPV cases are selected based on method(i) and matched to and compared with the corresponding AT-TPVs identified with method(ii).Conversely,ten AT-TPVs are selected and compared with the corresponding MT-TPVs.In general,the comparison shows good results in cases where the underlying data are in good agreement,but considerable differences are also seen in some cases and explained in terms of differences in the tracking methods,data availability/coverage and disagreement between sounding and ERA-Interim data.Recommendations are given for future efforts in TPV detection and tracking,including in an operational weather forecasting context.Julia CURIO Yongren CHEN Reinhard SCHIEMANN Andrew G. 15Integrated lipidomics and proteomics network analysis highlights lipid and immunity pathways associated with Alzheimer's disease显示文摘Background:There is an urgent need to understand the pathways and processes underlying Alzheimer's disease(AD)for early diagnosis and development of effective treatments.This study was aimed to investigate Alzheimer's dementia using an unsupervised lipid,protein and gene multi-omics integrative approach.Methods:A lipidomics dataset comprising 185 AD patients,40 mild cognitive impairment(MCI)individuals and 185 controls,and two proteomics datasets(295 AD,159 MCI and 197 controls)were used for weighted gene CO-expression network analyses(WGCNA).Correlations of modules created within each modality with clinical AD diagnosis,brain atrophy measures and disease progression,as well as their correlations with each other,were analyzed.Gene ontology enrichment analysis was employed to examine the biological processes and molecular and cellular functions of protein modules associated with AD phenotypes.Lipid species were annotated in the lipid modules associated with AD phenotypes.The associations between established AD risk loci and the lipid/protein modules that showed high correlation with AD phenotypes were also explored.Results:Five of the 20 identified lipid modules and five of the 17 identified protein modules were correlated with clinical AD diagnosis,brain atrophy measures and disease progression.The lipid modules comprising phospholipids,triglycerides,sphingolipids and cholesterol esters were correlated with AD risk loci involved in immune response and lipid metabolism.The five protein modules involved in positive regulation of cytokine production,neutrophil-mediated immunity,and humoral immune responses were correlated with AD risk loci involved in immune and complement systems and in lipid metabolism(the APOE ε4 genotype).Conclusions:Modules of tightly regulated lipids and proteins,drivers in lipid homeostasis and innate immunity,are strongly associated with AD phenotypes.Jin Xu Giulia Bankov Min Kim Asger Wretlind Jodie Lord Rebecca Green Angela Hodges Abdul Hye Dag Aarsland Latha Velayudhan Richard J.B.Dobson Petroula Proitsi Cristina Legido-Quigley on behalf of the AddNeuroMed Consortium 2020Translational Neurodegeneration2020,9,3:3
