| 1 | 气调包装对冷却鸭肉的保鲜效果研究显示文摘该文以0~4℃贮藏的冷却鸭肉为研究对象,以保鲜膜托盘包装为对照,通过分析肉色、pH值、蒸煮损失率、菌落总数、乳酸菌数、挥发性盐基氮(total volatile base nitrogen,TVB-N值)等指标,研究了30%CO_^(2+)70%N_2以及0. 4%CO+30%CO_^(2+)70%N_2气调包装(modified atmosphere packaging,MAP)对冷却鸭肉的保鲜效果。结果表明,与普通保鲜膜托盘包装相比,在贮藏的20 d内,2种气调包装方式均能抑制冷却鸭肉中微生物的生长,减少TVB-N的产生,从而显著延长了冷却鸭肉的货架期,具有较理想的保鲜效果。0. 4%CO气调包装没有起到进一步的抑菌效果,但在贮藏过程中鸭皮的L*值与a*值均高于其他2种处理组,并保持了产品的优良外观,具有良好的护色作用。综合分析,0. 4%CO+30%CO_^(2+)70%N_2气调包装对冷却鸭肉的保鲜效果最好。 | 韩吉娜 KOMLA SENAM HIPPOLYTE 杨鸿博 罗欣 梁荣蓉 张一敏 | 2019 | 食品与发酵工业2019,45,9: | 9 |

| 11 | 双胎妊娠中与反复发生的母亲菌血症相关的胎盘脓肿的诊断显示文摘BACKGROUND: Placental abscess formation is rarely recognized prenatally. We present a case detected ultrasonographically that developed from a central line infection and caused recurrent maternal bacteremia. CASE: A young woman with a 21-week twin gestation presented with recurrent fevers. She had received treatment for bacteremia due to Serratia marcescens. The initial source of the infection was a peripherally inserted central catheter line placed in the first trimester for hyperemesis gravidarum. Fevers continued throughout the second course of antibiotics. An abscess seen sonographically in twin A’s placenta was aspirated using a spinal needle, revealing Serratia bacteria. Aspiration was performed at 22 weeks of gestation. Amniotic fluid samples obtained from both sacs were negative for infection. Over 4 weeks, the abscess enlarged and she was delivered. Twin A died of sepsis and twin B had a relatively favorable neonatal course. CONCLUSION: Prenatal diagnosis of placental abscess presents a difficult management dilemma. | 12 | Studying the Impact of Anions Pre-generated Iron Corrosion Products on the Efficiency of Contaminant Removal in Fe0/H2O Systems显示文摘The effects of Fe0 pre-corrosion by water,bicarbonate,chloride,phosphate and sulfate on the efficiency of Fe0 systems for water treatment were investigated.Batch experiments were conducted for a total duration of 72 days with MB(Methylene Blue)and MO(Methyl Orange).The efficiency of used Fe0 was assessed by characterizing the extent of MB and MO discoloration,pH variation and amount of iron released as a function of anion type.Before dye addition,used Fe0 in Fe0/sand and 100%Fe0 systems was allowed to equilibrate with H2O or the anionic solution for 0 to 44 days.Pre-corrosion has low impact on MB discoloration but has negative impact on MO discoloration.Relative to the reference system(anion free system,H2O),all the tested anions enhanced MB discoloration but decreased that of MO.HPO4 2-and HCO3-severely affects MO discoloration.The pH of the medium governs the discoloration with MB performing better at higher pH and MO doing same at lower pH.For MB,Fe0/sand system shows higher efficiency than 100%Fe0 system.But the two systems show similar efficiency for MO.Results will help in the design and functioning of Fe0 based filtration systems and other water treatment designs using Fe0. | Cornelius Tsamo Djibrine Sali Meali Hippolyte Todou Assaouka | 2018 | Journal of Environmental Science and Engineering(B)2018,7,1: | 0 |

| 15 | Morphological characterization and habitat suitability modeling of the goat population of Benin under climate change scenarios显示文摘Background:Insufficient knowledge of the genetic and phenotypic diversity in the local Beninese goat population combined with the lack of understanding of its adaptive capacity to ongoing environmental and societal changes hampers the development of strategies for better management and genetic improvement.The objective of this study was to establish the current geographical distribution of goats in Benin based on their morphology and model the potential habitat suitability of the three known main goat phenotypes(i.e.,Djallonkégoat or TypeⅠ,Sahelian goat or TypeⅡ,and their Crossbreeds or TypeⅢ)under climate change scenarios.Ten qualitative and 26 linear body measurements were taken on 2114 adult female goats sampled across the three vegetation zones of the country.Fifteen ratios were generated from the quantitative variables.The data were analyzed using generalized linear model procedures followed by multiple comparisons of least-squares means and multivariate analytical methods,including canonical discrimination analysis and hierarchical ascendant classification.Each goat was then assigned to one of the three aforementioned main goat phenotypes following its morphological characteristics and according to the a priori cluster membership defined in the previous step.The Maximum Entropy algorithm was used to model the current and future distribution of the three goat phenotypes under climate change scenario using the Representative Conservation Pathways 4.5 and 8.5.Results:All linear body measurements varied among vegetation zones.In the discriminant function analysis,71%of the measured individuals were correctly classified in their vegetation zone of origin by seven measured variables and three ratios.The cluster procedure analysis revealed two groups of goats subdivided into the three main phenotypes.The modeling results showed that the currently highly favorable habitats were distributed in the South for TypeⅠ,in the North for TypeⅡ,and both South and North for TypeⅢ.However,under climate change scenarios,the favorable habitats for TypeⅠdecreased while those of TypesⅡandⅢincreased.Conclusions:The results of this study confirm the spatial variation of the goat population in Benin.The habitat suitability model can be used to support decision-making toward better management of goat genetic diversity in Benin. | Habib Rainier Vihotogbe Whannou Cossi Ulriche Afatondji Côme Agossa Linsoussi Gnimansou Abraham Favi Thanh Thi Nguyen Marcel Romuald Benjamin Houinato Luc Hippolyte Dossa | 2022 | Ecological Processes2022,11,1: | 0 |
