1豫西地区秦岭造山带武当群火山岩和沉积岩锆石U-Pb年龄显示文摘在南秦岭地体中广泛分布着武当群变质沉积—火山岩组合的基底岩石,是东秦岭造山带重要的岩石单元,但对其形成时代的认识存在分歧。笔者通过对豫西地区武当地体北部武当群上部杨坪组变质沉积岩和下部双台组变质中酸性火山岩锆石U-Pb年龄的测定,认为杨坪组变质沉积岩沉积物源主要由晚元古代(860~640Ma)和早元古代(2260~1800Ma)、少量晚太古代和中元古代地壳物质构成,与扬子陆块具有亲缘关系。沉积时代应晚于640Ma。变质中酸性火山岩形成时代为730~780Ma之间,峰值(755±6)Ma,与双台组新元古代变质基性火山岩为同期岩浆作用的产物,成因上推测与Rodinia超大陆裂解作用有关。祝禧艳 陈福坤 王伟 PHAM Trung Hieu 王芳 张福勤 2008地球学报2008,29,6:27

3Dietary encapsulated essential oils and organic acids mixture improves gut health in broiler chickens challenged with necrotic enteritis显示文摘Background:The poultry industry is in need of effective antibiotic alternatives to control outbreaks of necrotic enteritis(NE)due to Clostridium perfringens.In the present study,we investigated the effects of dietary supplementation with a blend of encapsulated essential oils and organic acids(BLJ)on growth performance and gut health using a coinfection model of NE in broiler chickens.Methods:Two hundred and eighty-eight one-day-old male Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly assigned using a 2×2 factorial design into two groups fed either 0 or 500 mg/kg dietary BLJ and co-challenged(or not challenged for the control)with Eimeria spp./C.perfringens.Results:Infected birds fed the BLJ-supplemented diet exhibited an improved feed conversion ratio throughout the trial(P<0.01),a higher villus height and villus height/crypt depth ratio,and reduced intestinal C.perfringens counts,liver C.perfringens carriage,gut lesion scores and serum fluorescein isothiocyanate dextran(FITC-D)concentrations at 7 d postinfection compared with those of birds without BLJ supplementation(P<0.05).NE-infected birds fed BLJ exhibited significantly upregulated claudin-1 and IGF-2 mRNA levels(P<0.05),increased A20 mRNA expression and significantly downregulated TRAF-6,TNFSF15 and TOLLIP mRNA levels in the jejunum at 7 d post-infection compared with those in birds without BLJ supplementation(P<0.05).Compared with the uninfected and untreated birds,the uninfected birds fed BLJ displayed increased relative abundances of Lactobacillus and Coprococcus but reduced Rikenellaceae levels.Compared with the unsupplemented NE-challenged birds,infected birds fed BLJ showed an increased relative abundance of Unclassified_Lachnospiraceae and a significantly decreased relative abundance of Erysipelotrichaceae.Conclusion:BLJ supplementation improved growth performance and gut health in NE-infected broiler chickens by strengthening the intestinal barrier function,positively modulating the gut microbiota community and differentially regulating intestinal immune responses.Our results also suggested that adding BLJ effectively controlled NE infections after experimental Eimeria and Clostridium perfringens coinfection.Van Hieu Pham Liugang Kan Jinyu Huang Yanqiang Geng Wenrui Zhen Yuming Guo Waseem Abbas Zhong Wang 2020Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2020,11,3:8
4豫西地区秦岭造山带武当群Nd-Hf同位素组成及其物源特征显示文摘武当群变质沉积-火山岩组合是南秦岭地体中重要的基底岩石,其形成时代和地球化学特征可以为理解秦岭造山带的构造演化提供重要的证据。本文报道豫西地区武当群上部沉积岩和下部中-酸性火山岩Sm-Nd同位素和锆石Lu-Hf同位素组成,探讨火山岩成因和沉积岩物源的同位素特征。上部沉积岩的碎屑锆石初始ε_(Hf)值变化在-30~+10之间,对应的模式年龄值t_(DM2)在1.0Ga至3.2Ga之间,初始ε_(Nd)值在-4.0至-6.0之间。沉积物源表现为主要与扬子陆块有亲缘关系的地壳物质和近源的下部火山岩混合的特征。火山岩的锆石初始ε_(Hf)值变化在-35~+15之间,对应的模式年龄值t_(DM2)在0.8Ga至3.5Ga之间,集中于1.5~1.8Ga和2.2~2.4Ga两个峰值。2个变质石英角斑岩样品初始ε_(Nd)值分别为-9.2和-10.7,而报道的湖北武当群的玄武-安山质熔岩的初始ε_(Nd)值以正值为主。因此,武当群不同类型的火山岩可能存在着成因差异。具有低初始ε_(Nd)值和ε_(Hf)值特征的火山岩可能由地壳物质的重熔而形成的;有些火山岩具有初始ε_(Hf)值变化范围较大(-35~+15)或正初始ε_(Nd)值的特点,可能是壳、幔物质混合成因,有显著的幔源或新生地壳物质的贡献。武当群Nd-Hf同位素组成和碎屑锆石年龄分布特征表明,与扬子陆块有亲缘关系的南秦岭地体在元古代期间可能经历多期地壳增生和再造作用。祝禧艳 陈福坤 杨力 王伟 HIEU Pham Trung 苗来成 张福勤 2009岩石学报2009,25,11:7
5越南西北部Phan Si Pan地区新生代埃达克质侵入岩时代、成因及构造意义——U-Pb锆石年龄、元素地球化学和Hf同位素证据显示文摘越南西北部PhanSiPan地区新生代花岗岩,高SiO2(69.95%~70.52%)、A12O3(15.77%~17.11%)、K2O(4.97%~5.63%)、Na2O(4.29%~4.98%),K2O/Na2O=1.02~1.31、Sr(744×10-6~1316×10-6),贫Y(6.93×10-6~8.06×10-6),低MgO和CaO,富集LILE元素及LREE,亏损HREE具有典型的埃达克岩特征。采用LA-ICPMS方法对该岩体进行了U-Pb同位素定年和Hf同位素分析,结果表明该岩体为始新世(38Ma)岩浆活动的产物。锆石Hf同位素研究结果显示,εHf(t)变化范围为-5.5至+7.3,二阶段Hf模式年龄(tDM2)为652Ma至1466Ma、集中在1.1~1.3Ga,说明花岗岩岩体主要由中-(新)元古代地壳物质部分熔融形成。部分锆石具有正的εHf(t)值,可能指示花岗岩岩浆形成的过程中存在壳-幔混合相互作用。越南西北部Phan Si Pan地区新生代花岗岩和扬子地块-(哀牢山-金沙江-红河带)高钾富碱的岩石形成的时代和机制具有密切的关系,可能与印度-亚洲大陆的碰撞导致红河带区域性走滑断裂系统的形成有关。HIEU Pham Trung 王涛 童英 2012岩石学报2012,28,9:7

8Donation after cardio-circulatory death liver transplantation显示文摘The renewed interest in donation after cardio-circulatory death (DCD) started in the 1990s following the limited success of the transplant community to expand the donation after brain-death (DBD) organ supply and following the request of potential DCD families. Since then, DCD organ procurement and transplantation activities have rapidly expanded, particularly for nonvital organs, like kidneys. In liver transplantation (LT), DCD donors are a valuable organ source that helps to decrease the mortality rate on the waiting lists and to increase the availability of organs for transplantation despite a higher risk of early graft dysfunction, more frequent vascular and ischemia-type biliary lesions, higher rates of re-listing and re-transplantation and lower graft survival, which are obviously due to theinevitable warm ischemia occurring during the declaration of death and organ retrieval process. Experimental strategies intervening in both donors and recipients at different phases of the transplantation process have focused on the attenuation of ischemia-reperfusion injury and already gained encouraging results, and some of them have found their way from pre-clinical success into clinical reality. The future of DCD-LT is promising. 12Complex Network Analysis of the Robustness of the Hanoi, Vietnam Bus Network显示文摘Many complex networks exist to facilitate the transport of material or information. In this capacity, the authors are often concerned with the continued flow of material or information when a fraction of the links in the complex network is disrupted. In other words, the authors are interested in the robustness of the complex network. In this paper, the authors survey measures of robustness like the average path length, the average clustering coefficient, the global efficiency, the size of largest cluster and use these to analyze the robustness of the bus network in Hanoi, Vietnam. The authors find that the bus network is robust against random failure but sensitive to targeted attack, in agreement with its scale-free character. By examining sharp drops in the average path length within the largest cluster of the Hanoi bus network under successive targeted attack, the authors identify five nodes whose loss lead to the fragmentation of the network into five or six disconnected clusters. These isolated clusters represent geographically the Central, Western, Southern, and Northwestern districts of Hanoi. 17Skin fold thickness at abdomen:a simple anthropometric measurement may compliment metabolic syndrome definition in patients with normal waist circumference显示文摘Backgroud and Objectives Previous studies have reported that skin fold thickness (SF) strongly correlated with insulin resistance in the metabolic syndrome (MetS). In this study, we developed a MetS definition by SF at A8 point (SFA8) on Erdheim diagram(MetSSFA8) in essential hypertensive patients. Subjects and Methods Medical records of 268 essential hypertensive patients (126males and 122 females) were analyzed, including 210 non-diabetic patients (NDM group) and 58 patients with diabetes (DM group).The mean age was 61.4 ± 9.9 and 59.0 ± 11.0 years, respectively. The control group consisted of 90 non-diabetic, non-hypertensive patients with a mean age of 58.0 ± 11.3 years. The proposed MetSSFA8 definition included SFA8 specific values ( ≥30 mm in female and ≥27 mm in male) and at least two of the following: raised triglyceride levels ( ≥1.7 mmol/L), or specific treatment for this lipid abnormality; raised blood pressure (SBP≥130 mmHg and/or DBP≥85 mmHg), or treatment of previously diagnosed hypertension;reduced HDL-cholesterol (< 1.03 mmol/L in men, <1.29 mmol/L in women), or specific treatment for this lipid abnormality; raised fasting plasma glucose (≥5.6 mmol/l), or previously diagnosed DM. Metabolic Syndrome by the National Cholesterol Education Program and International Diabetes Federation definitions were determined with abdominal obesity defined by Asia-Pacific criteria for waist circumference (NCEPA and IDFA). Results The percentage of MetS as defined by NCEPA, IDFA and MetSSFA8 in NDM group was lower than that of NCEPA, IDFA and MetSSFA8 in DM group [OR=7.7 (95%CI, 2.9-20.2) and 2.5 (95%CI, 1.4-4.8) and 2.7(95%CI, 1.3-5.6), respectively] and higher than that of the control group [OR=53.3 (95%CI, 16.7-170.6), 5.8 (95%CI, 2.6-13.2) and18.8 (95%CI, 7.3-48.7), respectively]. The percentage of MetS by NCEPA, IDFA and MetSSFA8 in males in NDM group was lower than the percentage of MetS by NCEPA, IDFA and MetSSFA8 in females in NDM group (50.8% and 77.9%, P< 0.001; 15,9% and 67.2%, P< 0.001; 60.3% and 73.8%, P <0.05, respectively). In subjects with normal WC or both normal WC and BMI, the percentage of MetS by SFAS was higher than that the percentage of MetS by NCEPA (36.9% and 50.8%, P< 0.05 and 36.0% and 51.0%, P< 0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, false positive rate, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of MetSSFA8 assessed with NCEPA definitions were 0.87, 0.73, 0.27, 0.79 and 0.82, respectively. There was a close agreement between MetSSFA8 and NCEPA (The coefficient of Kapa was 0.60, P< 0.001). 20Use of imaging as staging and surgical planning for pancreatic surgery显示文摘Importance:In the past few decades,there has been rapid advancements in imaging technologies that have become irreplaceable in the pre-operative assessment of patients with pancreatic tumors.Modern imaging modalities,including computed tomography(CT)and endoscopic ultrasound(EUS),can provide critical information of the absence or presence of metastatic disease in pancreatic cancer,as well as details on the local extent and resectability,allowing for the selection of stage appropriate treatments and pre-operatively determined surgical approach.Objective:The aim of this review is to discuss staging,resectability,and imaging for patients with pancreatic tumors.Evidence Review:A literature review was performed of articles relevant to the topics of staging,resectability,and imaging of pancreatic tumors.Imaging modalities included CT,EUS,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),positron emission tomography(PET),antibody-based and narrow band imaging.Findings:CT pancreas protocol combined with EUS serve as the primary modalities in diagnosis,staging,and surgical planning in patients with pancreatic tumors.MRI is an alternative to CT with near equivalent utility in the pre-operative setting.In some circumstances,PET-CT may be a cost-effective initial study to detect distant disease.Conclusions and Relevance:Current imaging technologies play a critical role in the evaluation of patients with pancreatic tumors.Advances in the past 3 decades in imaging technologies have revolutionized the process of assessment of stage and resectability in patients with pancreatic tumors.Future imaging technologies will address current limitation in the evaluation of occult metastatic disease.Andrew Hieu Nguyen Laleh G.Melstrom 2020Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2020,9,5:2
