| 1 | 美国(2005-2014年)与超重和肥胖有关的癌症发病率的趋势带来的思考显示文摘背景超重和肥胖与至少13种不同类型癌症的风险增加有关。方法 2014年美国癌症统计数据用于评估发病率,2005至2014年的数据用于评估与超重和肥胖相关的癌症趋势[食管腺癌;乳癌(绝经后妇女),结肠、直肠、子宫内膜、胆囊、胃贲门、肾脏、肝脏、卵巢、胰腺、甲状腺癌;脑膜瘤;多发性骨髓瘤]。结果2014年,美国大约有631 000人被诊断为超重和肥胖相关的癌症,占所有被诊断癌症者的40%。超重和肥胖引起的癌症发病率老年人(年龄≥50岁)普遍高于年轻人;女性高于男性;非西班牙裔黑人和非西班牙裔白人成年人与其他群体相比更高。在2005-2014年期间,超重和肥胖相关癌症的发病率因年龄、癌症地点和州的不同而不同。除结直肠癌外,其他超重和肥胖相关癌症的发病率在年龄20~74岁之间的人群显著增加;在年龄≥75岁人群中减少;在32个州中增加;在16个州和哥伦比亚特区稳定。结论美国超重和肥胖相关的癌症负担很高。在一些年龄组和州中,除结直肠癌外,超重和肥胖相关癌症的发生率增加。对公共卫生实践的影响:超重和肥胖相关癌症的负担可能通过努力预防和控制超重和肥胖而减少。综合癌症控制策略,包括使用循证干预措施来促进健康体质量,可以帮助降低美国癌症的发病率。 | 徐斌峰 陈刚 steele c b thomas c c henley s j | 2018 | 福建医药杂志2018，40，1： | 4 |
