| 1 | RBMDO Using Gaussian Mixture Model-Based Second-Order Mean-Value Saddlepoint Approximation显示文摘Actual engineering systems will be inevitably affected by uncertain factors.Thus,the Reliability-Based Multidisciplinary Design Optimization(RBMDO)has become a hotspot for recent research and application in complex engineering system design.The Second-Order/First-Order Mean-Value Saddlepoint Approximate(SOMVSA/-FOMVSA)are two popular reliability analysis strategies that are widely used in RBMDO.However,the SOMVSA method can only be used efficiently when the distribution of input variables is Gaussian distribution,which significantly limits its application.In this study,the Gaussian Mixture Model-based Second-Order Mean-Value Saddlepoint Approximation(GMM-SOMVSA)is introduced to tackle above problem.It is integrated with the Collaborative Optimization(CO)method to solve RBMDO problems.Furthermore,the formula and procedure of RBMDO using GMM-SOMVSA-Based CO(GMM-SOMVSA-CO)are proposed.Finally,an engineering example is given to show the application of the GMM-SOMVSA-CO method. | Debiao Meng Shiyuan Yang Tao Lin Jiapeng Wang Hengfei Yang Zhiyuan Lv | 2022 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,8: | 6 |
| 2 | Several boundary identification methods of gravity data and application in Vientiane of Laos area显示文摘The authors studied the potential field boundary identification of the new technology in order to find out the possible fractures or contact zones using the following methods such as tilt derivative,horizontal derivative of tilt derivative,normalized standard deviation and normalized differential method. Combined with Euler deconvolution and small subdomain filtering,the actual data processing results show that these methods are all able to identify wider range extending fractures and obtain abundant geological information. The horizontal derivative of tilt derivative and normalized differential method have a better resolution for the small cutting fractures and lacunae in the studied area. | 3 | The influence of microtexture on the formation mechanism of nodules in Zircaloy-4 alloy tube显示文摘Corrosion re sistance of Zircaloy-4 alloy tube in superheated steam at 673 K/10.3 MPa is anisotropic.A part of the surface undergoes uniform corrosion while the other suffers nodular corrosion.Narrow and wide nodules are observed after an exposure period of 3 and 30 days,respectively.A new matrix transformation method is established in order to study the formation mechanism of nodules in the cross-section(CS) of Zircaloy-4 alloy tube using the EBSD technique,while the CS perpendicular to axial direction(AD).The results reveal that the microtexture is a key factor behind the two types of corrosion.Furthermore,the oxide layers grow anisotropically over the corroded surface.A thick oxide layer forms over the nodular corrosion region on the grains with c-axis oriented in the range of 40° around tangential direction(TD),whereas a thin oxide layer over the uniform corrosion region is detected on the grains with c-axis oriented in the range of 68° around TD.In short,the anisotropic growth of oxide layer was caused by the change of microtexture of the Zr-4 alloy tube,and this anisotropic growth of oxide layer contributed to the nodules formation. | Yingdong Zhang Fusen Yuan Fuzhou Han Muhammad Ali Wenbin Guo Geping Li Chengze Liu Hengfei Gu | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,12: | 2 |

| 10 | Nano-refinement of the face-centered cubic Zr(Fe,Cr)_(2)secondary phase particles in Zircaloy-4 alloy via localized-shearing/bending-driven fracture under high-temperature compression显示文摘Nanoparticles are extensively introduced to improve the mechanical,physical,and chemical properties of alloys.In the present study,the underlying nano-refinement mechanisms of face-centered cubic Zr(Fe,Cr)_(2)secondary phase particles(SPPs)that precipitated in Zircaloy-4 alloy under high-temperature compression were investigated in detail by utilizing high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and conventional TEM techniques.The frequently observed Zr(Fe,Cr)_(2)SPPs were incoherent with the matrix and exhibited brittle fracture behaviors without measurable plasticity.HRTEM observations revealed two mechanisms underlying the nano-refinement of incoherent micro-sized SPPs via localized shear fracture on{11¯2}SPP and nanoprecipitate-assisted bending fracture,respectively.The latter was,for the first time,found to occur when the movements of large SPPs were blocked by nanometer-sized SPP during alloy deformation.Accordingly,two force models were proposed to visualize their potential nano-refinement processes.The knowledge attained from this study sheds new light on the deformation behaviors of Zr(Fe,Cr)_(2)SPPs and their associated size refinement mechanisms under high-temperature compression,and is expected to greatly benefit the process optimization of zirconium alloys to achieve precipitate nano-refinement. | Fuzhou Han Geping Li Fusen Yuan Wenbin Guo Jie Ren Qichen Wang Yingdong Zhang Ali Muhammad Chengze Liu Hengfei Gu | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,34: | 0 |

| 15 | Extent and spatial distribution of terrace abandonment in China显示文摘Driven by urbanization and industrialization,arable land in hilly and mountainous regions of China is gradually becoming marginalized,with the extent of arable land abandonment rapidly expanding from poor-quality sloping arable land to high-quality terraces.The abandonment of large-scale terraces will lead to a series of socio-economic and ecological effects.A national sample survey was used to investigate the extent and spatial distribution of terrace abandonment in China,and a total of 560 valid village questionnaires from 329 counties were collected in the mountainous areas of China.The main findings are as follows:(1)The phenomenon of terrace abandonment was widespread throughout the country,with 54% of the total surveyed villages exhibiting terrace abandonment,and the area of abandoned terraces accounting for 9.79% of the total.(2) The degree of terrace abandonment is high in the south and low in the north.The most serious region with abandonment was the hilly and mountainous areas in the south,especially in the middle and lower Yangtze River region.(3)The main driving factors of terrace abandonment were rural labor migration,agricultural mechanization level,irrigation conditions,and transportation conditions for cultivation.Targeted measures should be taken based on the specific conditions of each area to alleviate terrace abandonment.Measures such as improving terrace mechanization are universally applicable.Specifically,low-quality terraces can be withdrawn orderly,and for high-quality terraces,multiple measures are needed to consolidate agricultural production,such as adjusting the planting structure,strengthening agricultural infrastructure construction,and encouraging the transfer of land-use rights as well as large-scale operation. | DONG Shijie XIN Liangjie LI Shengfa XIE Hualin ZHAO Yuluan WANG Xue LI Xiubin SONG Hengfei LU Yahan | 2023 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2023,33,7: | 0 |

| 17 | Synthesis and potential osteogenic applications of Wnt3a-loaded ZIF-8 nanoparticles显示文摘The Wnt signaling pathway plays a critical role in bone homeostasis,and the related protein therapy strategies have been reported to have great potential in osseointegration;however,they face formidable challenges such as complex external environments and unavoidable protein denaturation.In this work,we report a novel approach combining the synthesis of metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)and protein encapsulation in a one-pot process based on zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)and Wnt3a protein,with improved biomechanical behavior and enhanced protein biological response.This combination was designed to enhance the Wnt3a protein function through the improved chemical stability provided by the ZIF-8 crystals.Additionally,the zinc ions contained in the ZIF-8 crystals induced bone homeostasis,further favoring the osteogenesis.The results showed that the Wnt3a protein-loaded ZIF-8 crystals served as efficient drug delivery vehicles to promote osteogenesis,preventing protein denaturation.In particular,Wnt3a-loaded ZIF-8 nanoparticles(Wnt3a@ZIF-8 NPs)had higher efficacy on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)than ZIF-8 NPs or Wnt3a proteins,contributing to the osteogenesis through ZIF-8 crystals and intracellular Wnt3a proteins released from Wnt3a@ZIF-8 NPs.Furthermore,polymerase chain reaction(PCR)analysis showed that the osteogenic pathways were upregulated.Overall,the present one-pot process can open up new avenues to develop signaling protein-delivery systems for applications in protein therapy strategies. | Hengfei Wang Song Chen Zihan He Junyu Chen Zhou Zhu Qianbing Wan Jian Wang Xibo Pei | 2024 | Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3: | 0 |
