2Preliminary assessment of the navigation and positioning performance of BeiDou regional navigation satellite system显示文摘BeiDou regional navigation satellite system(BDS)also called BeiDou-2 has been in full operation since December 27,2012.It consists of 14 satellites,including 5 satellites in Geostationary Orbit(GEO),5 satellites in Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit(IGSO),and 4 satellites in Medium Earth Orbit(MEO).In this paper,its basic navigation and positioning performance are evaluated preliminarily by the real data collected in Beijing,including satellite visibility,Position Dilution of Precision(PDOP)value,the precision of code and carrier phase measurements,the accuracy of single point positioning and differential positioning and ambiguity resolution(AR)performance,which are also compared with those of GPS.It is shown that the precision of BDS code and carrier phase measurements are about 33 cm and 2 mm,respectively,which are comparable to those of GPS,and the accuracy of BDS single point positioning has satisfied the design requirement.The real-time kinematic positioning is also feasible by BDS alone in the opening condition,since its fixed rate and reliability of single-epoch dual-frequency AR is comparable to those of GPS.The accuracy of BDS carrier phase differential positioning is better than 1 cm for a very short baseline of 4.2 m and 3 cm for a short baseline of 8.2 km,which is on the same level with that of GPS.For the combined BDS and GPS,the fixed rate and reliability of single-epoch AR and the positioning accuracy are improved significantly.The accuracy of BDS/GPS carrier phase differential positioning is about 35 and 20%better than that of GPS for two short baseline tests in this study.The accuracy of BDS code differential positioning is better than 2.5 m.However it is worse than that of GPS,which may result from large code multipath errors of BDS GEO satellite measurements.YANG YuanXi LI JinLong WANG AiBing XU JunYi HE HaiBo GUO HaiRong SHEN JunFei DAI Xian 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,1:125
3SIMULATION OF MAXIMUM LIGHT USE EFFICIENCY FOR SOME TYPICAL VEGETATION TYPES IN CHINA显示文摘Maximum light use efficiency (εmax) is a key parameter for the estimation of net primary pro-ductivity (NPP) derived from remote sensing data. There are still many divergences about its value for each vegetation type. The εmax for some typical vegetation types in China is simulated using a modi-fied least squares function based on NOAA/AVHRR remote sensing data and field-observed NPP data. The vegetation classification accuracy is introduced to the process. The sensitivity analysis of εmax to vegetation classification accuracy is also conducted. The results show that the simulated values of εmax are greater than the value used in CASA model, and less than the values simulated with BIOME-BGC model. This is consistent with some other studies. The rela-tive error of εmax resulting from classification accuracy is ?5.5%―8.0%. 5Event-Triggered Differentially Private Average Consensus for Multi-agent Network显示文摘This paper investigates the differentially private problem of the average consensus for a class of discrete-time multi-agent network systems(MANSs). Based on the MANSs,a new distributed differentially private consensus algorithm(DPCA) is developed. To avoid continuous communication between neighboring agents, a kind of intermittent communication strategy depending on an event-triggered function is established in our DPCA. Based on our algorithm, we carry out the detailed analysis including its convergence, its accuracy, its privacy and the trade-off between the accuracy and the privacy level, respectively. It is found that our algorithm preserves the privacy of initial states of all agents in the whole process of consensus computation. The trade-off motivates us to find the best achievable accuracy of our algorithm under the free parameters and the fixed privacy level. 6Landscape of DILI-related adverse drug reaction in China Mainland显示文摘Drug-induced liver injury(DILI)is a type of bizarre adverse drug reaction(ADR)damaging liver(L-ADR)which may lead to substantial hospitalizations and mortality.Due to the general low incidence,detection of L-ADR remains an unsolved public health challenge.Therefore,we used the data of 6.673 million of ADR reports from January 1st,2012 to December 31st,2016 in China National ADR Monitoring System to establish a new database of L-ADR reports for future investigation.Results showed that totally 114,357 ADR reports were retrieved by keywords searching of liver-related injuries from the original heterogeneous system.By cleaning and standardizing the data fields by the dictionary of synonyms and English translation,we resulted 94,593 ADR records reported to liver injury and then created a new database ready for computer mining.The reporting status of L-ADR showed a persistent 1.62-fold change over the past five years.The national population-adjusted reporting numbers of L-ADR manifested an upward trend with age increasing and more evident in men.The annual reporting rate of L-ADR in age group over 80 years old strikingly exceeded the annual DILI incidence rate in general population,despite known underreporting situation in spontaneous ADR reporting system.The percentage of herbal and traditional medicines(H/TM)L-ADR reports in the whole number was 4.5%,while 80.60%of the H/TM reports were new findings.There was great geographical disparity of reported agents,i.e.more cardiovascular and antineoplastic agents were reported in higher socio-demographic index(SDI)regions and more antimicrobials,especially antitubercular agents,were reported in lower SDI regions.In conclusion,this study presented a large-scale,unbiased,unified,and computer-minable L-ADR database for further investigation.Age-,sex-and SDI-related risks of L-ADR incidence warrant to emphasize the precise pharmacovigilance policies within China or other regions in the world.Jiabo Wang Haibo Song Feilin Ge Peng Xiong Jing Jing Tingting He Yuming Guo Zhuo Shi Chao Zhou Zixin Han Yanzhong Han Ming Niu Zhaofang Bai Guangbin Luo Chuanyong Shen Xiaohe Xiao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12:12
7Cd uptake in rice cultivars treated with organic acids and EDTA显示文摘A pot experiment was conducted to examine the activity of antioxidant enzymes, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), proline and protein, and Cd uptake in different rice cultivars exposed to Cd (0, 1 and 5 mg/kg) in the presence of organic acids and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA). The results showed the increase in activity of dismutase (SOD), contents of proline and protein but a decline in activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT), and MDA content for cultivars Xiushui63 and IIyou527. The resistance to Cd was higher in Xiushui63 than that in IIyou527 under the same Cd treatment. Cadmium contents in grain, straw and roots of both cultivars were markedly reduced in the presence of organic acids and EDTA. 13Photodeposition fabrication of hierarchical layered Co-doped Ni oxyhydroxide(NixCo1−xOOH)catalysts with enhanced electrocatalytic performance for oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Highly active,durable and inexpensive oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts are crucial for achieving practical and high-efficiency water splitting.Herein,hierarchical interconnected NixCo1−xOOH nanosheet arrays supported on TiO2/Ti substrate have been fabricated through a facile photodeposition method.Compared with pristine NiOOH,the obtained NixCo1−xOOH nanosheet arrays possess larger exposed electrochemical active surface area,faster transfer and collection of electrons and stronger electronic interaction,showing a low overpotential of 350 mV at a current density of 10 mA·cm−2 and a small Tafel slope of 41 mV·dec−1 in basic solutions,with the OER performance superior to pristine NiOOH and most Ni-based catalysts.Furthermore,the NixCo1−xOOH electrode demonstrates excellent stability at the current density of 10 mA·cm−2 for 24 hours,which is attributed to the structural maintenance caused by the good adhesion of the catalyst and the substrate.Our study provides an alternative approach for the rational design of highly active and promising OER electrocatalysts.Liang-ai Huang Zhishun He Jianfeng Guo Shi-en Pei Haibo Shao Jianming Wang 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:5
14Differentially weighted direct simulation Monte Carlo method for particle collision in gas-solid flows显示文摘In gas-solid flows,particle-particle interaction(typical,particle collision) is highly significant,despite the small particles fractional volume.Widely distributed polydisperse particle population is a typical characteristic during dynamic evolution of particles(e.g.,agglomeration and fragmentation) in spite of their initial monodisperse particle distribution.The conventional direct simulation Monte Carlo(DSMC)method for particle collision tracks equally weighted simulation particles,which results in high statistical noise for particle fields if there are insufficient simulation particles in less-populated regions.In this study,a new differentially weighted DSMC(DW-DSMC) method for collisions of particles with different number weight is proposed within the framework of the general Eulerian-Lagrangian models for hydrodynamics.Three schemes(mass,momentum and energy conservation) were developed to restore the numbers of simulation particle while keeping total mass,momentum or energy of the whole system unchanged respectively.A limiting case of high-inertia particle flow was numerically simulated to validate the DW-DSMC method in terms of computational precision and efficiency.The momentum conservation scheme which leads to little fluctuation around the mass and energy of the whole system performed best.Improved resolution in particle fields and dynamic behavior could be attained simultaneously using DW-DSMC,compared with the equally weighted DSMC.Meanwhile,computational cost can be largely reduced in contrast with direct numerical simulation.Yongxiang He Haibo Zhao Haoming Wang Chuguang Zheng 2015Particuology2015,13,4:4

18Influence of the biological carbon pump effect on the sources and deposition of organic matter in Fuxian Lake, a deep oligotrophic lake in southwest China显示文摘Biological carbon pumping(BCP)is a key process in which dissolved inorganic carbon in terrestrial aquatic ecosystems is utilized by aquatic autotrophs for photosynthesis and transformed into autochthonous organic matter(AOC).However,the mechanisms underlying BCP and the amount of generated AOC deposited effectively,are still poorly understood.Therefore,we conducted a systematic study combining modern hydrochemical monitoring and a sediment trap experiment in Fuxian Lake(Yunnan,SW China),the second-deepest plateau,oligotrophic freshwater lake in China.Temperature,pH,EC(electrical conductivity),DO(dissolved O2),[HCO3^-],[Ca^2+],SIc,partial CO2(pCO2)pressure,and carbon isotopic compositions of HCO3^-(δ^13CDIc)in water from Fuxian Lake all displayed distinct seasonal and vertical variations.This was especially apparent in an inverse correlation between pCO2 and DO,indicating that variations of hydrochemistry in the lake water were mainly controlled by the metabolism of the aquatic phototrophs.Furthermore,the lowest C/N ratios and highestδ^13Corg were recorded in the trap sediments.Analyses of the C/N ratio demonstrated that the proportions of AOC ranged from 30%to 100%of all OC,indicating that AOC was an important contributor to sedimentary organic matter(OC).It was calculated that the AOC flux in Fuxian Lake was 20.43 t C km^-2 in 2017.Therefore,AOC produced by carbonate weathering and aquatic photosynthesis could potentially be a significant carbon sink and may have an important contribution to solving the lack of carbon sinks in the global carbon cycle.Haibo He Zaihua Liu Chongying Chen Yu Wei Qian Bao Hailong Sun Yundi Hu Hao Yan 2019Acta Geochimica2019,38,5:2
19Swarm intelligence for classification of remote sensing data显示文摘This paper proposes a new method to classify remote sensing data by using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). This method is to generate classification rules through simulating the behaviors of bird flocking. Optimized intervals of each band are found by particles in multi-dimension space, linked with land use types for forming classification rules. Compared with other rule induction techniques (e.g. See5.0), PSO can efficiently find optimized cut points of each band, and have good convergence in the search process. This method has been applied to the classification of remote sensing data in Panyu district of Guangzhou with satisfactory results. 20Effect of Metaxenia on Sugars and Organic Acids and Taste Quality of Bagged Fuji Apple Fruits显示文摘In order to provide reference for the selection of appropriate pollination varieties facilitating the improvement of the flavor quality of bagged Fuji apple,the metaxenia effects of 5 pollination varieties on sugars,organic acids and flavor quality of bagged Fuji fruit were studied.The results showed that the 5 pollination varieties had significant metaxenia effects on sugars,organic acids and flavor quality of bagged Fuji fruit.For the sugar components,the fruits pollinated with Golden Delicious and Jinxiuhaitang showed higher glucose contents,and the fruit pollinated with Gala had the highest sucrose content;the fruits pollinated by Gala,Golden Delicious and Ruby exhibited higher malic acids,and the oxalic acid content and the succinic acid content were higher in the fruits pollinated with Jinxiuhaitang and Ruby;and the fruit pollinated with Gala had the highest total sugar content,and the total acid content was higher in the fruits pollinated by Jinxiuhaitang and Ruby.The sugar-acid ratio was higher in the fruits pollinated with Gala and Golden Delicious,and the lowest in the fruit pollinated with Ruby.The sensory evaluation of fruits showed that the fruit pollinated with Ruby tasted sour-sweet,while the fruits pollinated with other 4 pollination varieties were sour and sweet moderately.Haibo WANG Chuanzeng WANG Lailiang CHENG Yuansheng CHANG Ping HE Linguang LI 2017Agricultural Biotechnology2017,6,4:2
