1Stretchable and self-healable hydrogel artificial skin显示文摘Hydrogels have emerged as promising materials for the construction of skin-like mechanical sensors.The common design of hydrogel-based artificial skin requires a dielectric sandwiched between two hydrogel layers for capacitive sensing.However,such a planar configuration limits the sensitivity,stretchability and self-healing properties.Here,we report the design of single-layer composite hydrogels with bulk capacitive junctions as mechanical sensors.We engineer dielectric peptide-coated graphene(PCG)to serve as homogenously dispersed electric double layers in hydrogels.Any mechanical motions that alter the microscopic distributions of PCG in the hydrogels can significantly change the overall capacitance.We use peptide self-assembly to render strong yet dynamic interfacial interactions between the hydrogel network and graphene.The resulting hydrogels can be stretched up to 77 times their original length and self-heal in a few minutes.The devices can effectively sense strain and pressure in both air and aqueous environments,providing tremendous opportunities for next-generation iontronics.Bin Xue Hui Sheng Yongqiang Li Lan Li Weishuai Di Zhengyu Xu Linjie Ma Xin Wang Haoting Jiang Meng Qin Zhibo Yan Qing Jiang Jun-Ming Liu Wei Wang Yi Cao 2022National Science Review2022,9,7:2

3Low organic matter abundance and highly efficient hydrocarbon generation of saline source rock in the Qaidam Basin,NW China显示文摘The geochemical analysis and experimental simulation are comprehensively used to systematically study the hydrocarbon generation material,organic matter enrichment and hydrocarbon generation model of Paleogene source rock in the Western Qaidam Depression,Qaidam Basin,NW China.Three main factors result in low TOC values of saline lacustrine source rock of the Qaidam Basin:relatively poor nutrient supply inhibits the algal bloom,too fast deposition rate causes the dilution of organic matter,and high organic matter conversion efficiency causes the low residual organic carbon.For this type of hydrogen-rich organic matter,due to the reduction of organic carbon during hydrocarbon generation,TOC needs to be restored based on maturity before evaluating organic matter abundance.The hydrocarbon generation of saline lacustrine source rocks of the Qaidam Basin is from two parts:soluble organic matter and insoluble organic matter.The soluble organic matter is inherited from organisms and preserved in saline lacustrine basins.It generates hydrocarbons during low-maturity stage,and the formed hydrocarbons are rich in complex compounds such as NOS,and undergo secondary cracking to form light components in the later stage;the hydrocarbon generation model of insoluble organic matter conforms to the traditional“Tissot”model,with an oil generation peak corresponding to Ro of 1.0%.LI Guoxin ZHANG Bin WU Kunyu WU Songtao WANG Xiaomei ZHANG Jing QI Xuening ZHANG Na XING Haoting XIAN Chenggang LIU He 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5:0
4Fully Developed Turbulence of Power⁃Law Fluids in Circular Pipe Based on Large Eddy Simulation显示文摘In this study,Large eddy simulation(LES)of the fully developed turbulence of power⁃law fluids in a circular pipe was performed using the dynamic subgrid⁃scale model.Under a specific Reynolds number,the flow information of three fluids with a range of power⁃law indexes was obtained.The trends of the mean axial velocity and the normalized apparent viscosity were analyzed.Simulation results show that shearing⁃thinning fluid displayed more noticeable non⁃Newtonian characteristics than shear⁃thickening fluid.The predicted friction factors were approximately equal to the Dodge and Metzner correlation and Gomes correlation.The peak values of root mean squares(RMS)and Reynolds stress increased as the power⁃law index increased.The turbulence statistics(skewness and flatness)from the wall to the pipe center were calculated.From the calculated results,the velocity fluctuation near the wall had strong intermittent and asymmetry.As demonstrated by the contours of the normalized instantaneous axial velocity and viscosity,the turbulence was more developed as the power⁃law index increased.It is concluded that the LES is feasible to predict the turbulence of pipe flow under higher Reynolds numbers.Shuyan Wang Miao Li Shuqing Wang Haoting Li Yujia Chen Yimei Ma Qiji Sun 2021Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2021,28,4:0
5Osteopontin targeted theranostic nanoprobes for laser-induced synergistic regression of vulnerable atherosclerotic plaques显示文摘Vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque(VASPs)is the major pathological cause of acute cardiovascular event.Early detection and precise intervention of VASP hold great clinical significance,yet remain a major challenge.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)realizes potent ablation efficacy under precise manipulation of laser irradiation.In this study,we constructed theranostic nanoprobes(NPs),which could precisely regress VASPs through a cascade of synergistic events triggered by local irradiation of lasers under the guidance of fluorescence/MR imaging.The NPs were formulated from human serum albumin(HSA)conjugated with a high affinity-peptide targeting osteopontin(OPN)and encapsulated with photosensitizer IR780 and hypoxia-activatable tirapazamine(TPZ).After intravenous injection into atherosclerotic mice,the OPN-targeted NPs demonstrated high specific accumulation in VASPs due to the overexpression of OPN in activated foamy macrophages in the carotid artery.Under the visible guidance of fluorescence and MR dual-model imaging,the precise near-infrared(NIR)laser irradiation generated massive reactive oxygen species(ROS),which resulted in efficient plaque ablation and amplified hypoxia within VASPs.In response to the elevated hypoxia,the initially inactive TPZ was successively boosted to present potent biological suppression of foamy macrophages.After therapeutic administration of the NPs for 2 weeks,the plaque area and the degree of carotid artery stenosis were markedly reduced.Furthermore,the formulated NPs displayed excellent biocompatibility.In conclusion,the developed HSA-based NPs demonstrated appreciable specific identification ability of VASPs and realized precise synergistic regression of atherosclerosis.Mengqi Xu Cong Mao Haoting Chen Lu Liu Yabin Wang Abid Hussain Sulei Li Xu Zhang Ruslan G.Tuguntaev Xing-Jie Liang Weisheng Guo Feng Cao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4:0

7Inactivated SARS-CoV-2 booster vaccine enhanced immune responses in patients with chronic liver diseases显示文摘Chronic liver disease(CLD)entails elevated risk of COVID-19 severity and mortality.The effectiveness of the booster dose of inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine in stimulating antibody response in CLD patients is unclear.Therefore,we conducted a cross-sectional study involving 237 adult CLD patients and 170 healthy controls(HC)to analyze neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)against SARS-CoV-2 prototype and BA.4/5 variant,anti-receptor binding domain(RBD)IgG,and total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.Serum levels of the total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies,anti-RBD IgG and inhibition efficacy of NAbs were significantly elevated in CLD patients after the booster dose compared with the pre-booster dose,but were relatively lower than those of HCs.Induced humoral responses decreased over time after booster vaccination.The neutralization efficiency of the serum against BA.4/5 increased but remained below the inhibition threshold.All four SARS-CoV-2 antibodies,including total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies,anti-RBD IgG and NAbs against prototype and BA.4/5,were lower in patients with severe CLD than those with non-severe CLD.After booster shot,age and time after the last vaccine were the risk factors for seropositivity of NAb against BA.4/5 in CLD patients.Additionally,white blood cell counts and hepatitis B core antibodies were the protective factors,and severe liver disease was the risk factor associated with seropositivity of total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.Overall,our data uncovered that antibody responses were improved in CLD patients and peaked at 120 days after the booster vaccines.All antibodies excepting total anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies declined after peak.CLD patients exhibited impaired immunologic responses to vaccination and weakened NAbs against BA.4/5,which hindered the protective effect of the booster shot against Omicron prevalence.Cellular immune responses should be further evaluated to determine the optimal vaccine regimen for CLD patients.Yongmei Liu Jianhua Lu Haoting Zhan Wenfang Yuan Xiaomeng Li Haiyan Kang Haolong Li Yongliang Chen Linlin Cheng Xingli Sun Haojie Zheng Wei Wang Erhei Dai Yongzhe Li 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,5:0
8Highly Thermoconductive,Strong Graphene‑Based Composite Films by Eliminating Nanosheets Wrinkles显示文摘Graphene-based thermally conductive composites have been proposed as effective thermal management materials for cooling high-power electronic devices.However,when flexible graphene nanosheets are assembled into macroscopic thermally conductive composites,capillary forces induce shrinkage of graphene nanosheets to form wrinkles during solution-based spontaneous drying,which greatly reduces the thermal conductivity of the composites.Herein,graphene nanosheets/aramid nanofiber(GNS/ANF)composite films with high thermal conductivity were prepared by in-plane stretching of GNS/ANF composite hydrogel networks with hydrogen bonds andπ-πinteractions.The in-plane mechanical stretching eliminates graphene nanosheets wrinkles by suppressing inward shrinkage due to capillary forces during drying and achieves a high in-plane orientation of graphene nanosheets,thereby creating a fast in-plane heat transfer channel.The composite films(GNS/ANF-60 wt%)with eliminated graphene nanosheets wrinkles showed a significant increase in thermal conductivity(146 W m^(−1)K^(−1))and tensile strength(207 MPa).The combination of these excellent properties enables the GNS/ANF composite films to be effectively used for cooling flexible LED chips and smartphones,showing promising applications in the thermal management of high-power electronic devices.Guang Xiao Hao Li Zhizhou Yu Haoting Niu Yagang Yao 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,1:0
9Inflammation responsive tofacitinib loaded albumin nanomedicine for targeted synergistic therapy in ulcerative colitis显示文摘Patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)often loss responses over long term usage of conventional therapies.Tofacitinib,a pan-Janus kinases(JAK)inhibitor is approved for moderate to severe UC treatment,while dose-limiting systemic side effects including infections,cancers and lymphoma limit its popularity of clinical application.This study sought to construct an anti-mucosal vascular addressin cell-adhesion molecule-1(anti-MAdCAM-1)antibody modified reactive oxygen species(ROS)responsive human serum albumin-based nanomedicine denoted as THM,to improve the therapeutic efficacy of tofacitinib for UC treatment.THM has the drug releasing properties in response to ROS stimulation.In vitro studies show that THM selectively adhered to the endothelial cells and had obvious anti-inflammatory effect on macrophages.Meanwhile,the nanomedicine can inhibit the phenotypic switching of M1 macrophages and promote M2 polarization to produce anti-inflammatory medicators during wound healing.In addition,in vivo fluorescence imaging verified that THM exhibited enhanced preferential accumulation and extended retention in inflamed colon.Moreover,THM significantly reduced the production of proinflammatory cytokines in the colon and suppressed the homing of T cells to the gut in dextran sodium sulfate induced experimental colitis.This work elucidates that the inflamed colon-targeted delivery of tofacitinib by nanomedicine is promising for UC treatment and sheds light on addressing the unmet medical need.Bang Li Xiaoyan Liu Qi Long Xiaoduan Zhuang Yanfei Gao Barkat Ali Haoting Chen Dongyang Zhang Xinying Wang Weisheng Guo 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
