| 1 | Acoustic reflection of rib-stiffened double plates coated with a viscoelastic layer显示文摘To predict sound-absorbing performance of anechoic materials,the acoustic reflection problem of a viscoelastic layer backed with periodically rib-stiffened infinite double plates is studied in this paper.The reason why structural theories of plates are not applicable to viscoelastic plates is explained through comparing dispersion and attenuation curves of flexural waves with those of Lamb waves.As a result,(visco-)elastic theory is adopted to deal with(visco-)elastic plates,and ribs are treated by structural theories of plates.The coupling between ribs and plates are solved by Hull's method,and solution of the reflected field is obtained.The accuracy of present method is validated by comparing with the results by the structural theories of plates.The influence of a backing on the acoustic reflection of the viscoelatic layer is analyzed by computing reflection coefficients.Performances of different viscoelastic materials are evaluated by the average reflection coefficients.The computational results show that,influence of a backing on the acoustic reflection cannot be suppressed by the viscoelastic materials in low frequencies.The resonance is determined by the coupling of the fluid layer and the double plates.And ribs,which are coupled with the double plates,mainly reduce the acoustic reflection. | GONG Jiayuan AN Junying MA Li XU Haiting | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2014,33,3: | 6 |

| 3 | Ablative fractional CO_(2)laser surgery improving sleep quality,pain and pruritus in adult hypertrophic scar patients:a prospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Poor sleep quality is associated with a decrease in quality of life in patients with major burn scars,combined with pruritus and pain.Few interventions have been reported to improve the sleep quality of patients with scars.In the current prospective cohort study,we investigated the efficacy of CO_(2)-ablative fractional laser(AFL)surgery vs conventional surgery in post-burn patients with hypertrophic scars with sleep quality as the primary study outcome.Methods:In total 68 consecutive patients undergoing scar surgical treatment were recruited,including a CO_(2)-AFL surgery cohort(n=35)and a conventional surgery cohort(n=33).A subgroup from the AFL cohort was selected.Sleep quality,pain and pruritus were evaluated.Multiple linear regression analyses were performed to reveal the effect of CO_(2)-AFL surgery.Results:The CO_(2)-AFL surgery cohort had significantly lower Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)global scores than the conventional surgery cohort after the last surgical treatment.In the subgroup of patients receiving hardware sleep monitoring,CO_(2)-AFL markedly increased deep sleep time,deep sleep efficiency and reduced initial sleep latency.Compared to the conventional surgery cohort,the CO_(2)-AFL cohort presented significantly lower pain and pruritus scores.Correlation analysis showed pain and pruritus were significantly associated with PSQI scores,and there were also significant correlations between pain and pruritus scores.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that surgery method was negatively linearly correlated with visual analog scale(VAS)pain score,brief pain inventory(BPI)total,VAS pruritus score,5-D itch scale total,four-item itch questionnaire(FIIQ)total and PSQI total.Conclusions:CO_(2)-AFL surgery significantly improved sleep quality and reduced pain and pruritus of hypertrophic scar patients.The alleviation of sleep disorder was associated with improvement of deep sleep quality including deep sleep time and deep sleep deficiency.Trial registration:The Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(ChiCTR200035268)approved retrospectively registration on 5 Aug 2020. | Kaiyang Lv Huazhen Liu Haiting Xu Caixia Wang Shihui Zhu Xiaozhen Lou Pengfei Luo Shichu Xiao Zhaofan Xia | 2021 | Burns & Trauma2021,9,1: | 4 |
| 4 | Numerical quadrature for singular and near-singular integrals of boundary element method and its applications in large-scale acoustic problems显示文摘The numerical quadrature methods for dealing with the problems of singular and near-singular integrals caused by Burton-Miller method are proposed,by which the conventional and fast multipole BEMs(boundary element methods) for 3D acoustic problems based on constant elements are improved.To solve the problem of singular integrals,a Hadamard finite-part integral method is presented,which is a simplified combination of the methods proposed by Kirkup and Wolf.The problem of near-singular integrals is overcome by the simple method of polar transformation and the more complex method of PART(Projection and Angular & Radial Transformation).The effectiveness of these methods for solving the singular and near-singular problems is validated through comparing with the results computed by the analytical method and/or the commercial software LMS Virtual.Lab.In addition,the influence of the near-singular integral problem on the computational precisions is analyzed by computing the errors relative to the exact solution.The computational complexities of the conventional and fast multipole BEM are analyzed and compared through numerical computations.A large-scale acoustic scattering problem,whose degree of freedoms is about 340,000,is implemented successfully.The results show that,the near singularity is primarily introduced by the hyper-singular kernel,and has great influences on the precision of the solution.The precision of fast multipole BEM is the same as conventional BEM,but the computational complexities are much lower. | GONG Jiayuan AN Junying MA Li XU Haiting | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2017,36,3: | 4 |

| 7 | Sound scattering from underwater elastic spherical shell covered with multilayered medium approximated acoustic cloak显示文摘The anechoic performance and mechanism of underwater elastic spherical shell covered with coating are studied at low frequencies.The acoustic cloak is anisotropic material,which can be designed with homogeneous isotropic materials on the basis of effective medium approximation theory.The analytic expression of scattering acoustic field from the shell covered with multilayered medium is formulated and the scattering form function,resonance mode,acoustic field distribution are computed,the scattering characteristics and mechanism of transmission are analyzed.The results show that the direction of sound transmission inside the multilayered medium is changed,the acoustic field is deflected gradually,and the acoustic energy flux is guided around the target,which reduces the scattering intensity at low frequencies,the acoustic intensity of target's surface is very weak.Excepting the first resonance peak in spectrum produced by the zero order partial wave,the other resonance modes of elastic spherical shell are not excitated and the multilayered medium can suppress the resonance of the spherical shell effectively. | SUN Yang AN Junying XU Haiting | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2014,33,2: | 1 |
| 8 | Regenerative cerium oxide nanozymes alleviate oxidative stress for efficient dry eye disease treatment显示文摘Dry eye disease(DED)is the most common eye disease in ophthalmic consultation except for refractive errors.Therefore,an exploration of valid and alternative therapeutic interventions is essential to feed the urgent medical need.It has been demonstrated that oxidative stress causes multiple adverse effects in the pathogenesis of DED,thence alleviating oxidative stress is an effective therapeutic strategy for the DED treatment.Herein,we developed a cerium oxide nanozyme combined with branched poly(ethylene imine)-graftpoly(ethylene glycol)(bPEI-g-PEG).Owing to its stable hydrophilic chains on the surface reducing the cytotoxicity and loads of amines groups that be combined with cerium ions through coordination bonds,the modified nanozymes(referred to as CNP@bPEI-g-PEG)are water soluble and highly biocompatible.Meanwhile,due to its excellent antioxidant activity,CNP@bPEI-g-PEG nanozymes can mimic the activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase to scavenge intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS).Experimental studies firmly demonstrated that the modified nanozymes were auto-regenerative and more active in scavenging excessive ROS and alleviating oxidative stress by cerium-element valence state recycling,recovering the morphology of corneal,conjunctival epithelium and the number of goblet cells.The advanced combination may offer a superior therapeutic strategy to deal with oxidative stress for effective treatment of DED. | Haoyu Zou Haiting Wang Baoqi Xu Lin Liang Liangliang Shen Quankui Lin | 2022 | Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1: | 0 |
