1Mesozoic tectono-magmatic activities in South China:Retrospect and prospect显示文摘The South China Block was formed through the collisional orogeny between the Cathaysia Block and the Yangtze Block in the Early Neoproterozoic.The northern,western and southern sides of the South China Block were affected by disappearance of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean during the Paleozoic.The southern and northern sides of the South China Block were respectively collided with the Indo-China Block and North China Block in the latest Paleozoic to form the basic framework of the Eastern China.The Eastern China has been affected by the westward subduction of the Pacific Plate since the Mesozoic.Therefore,the South China Block was influenced by the three major tectonic systems,leading to a superposed compound tectonics.The comparative study of the Mesozoic geology between the South China Block and its surrounding areas suggests that although the Mesozoic South China Block was adjacent to the subduction zone of the western Pacific,no juvenile arc-type crust has been found in the eastern margin.The main Mesozoic geology in South China is characterized by reworking of ancient continental margins to intracontinental tectonics,lacking oceanic arc basalts and continental arc andesites.Therefore,a key to understanding of the Mesozoic geology in South China is to determine the temporal-spatial distribution and tectonic evolution of Mesozoic magmatic rocks in this region.This paper presents a review on the tectonic evolution of the South China Block through summarizing the magmatic rock records from the compressional to extensional tectonic process with the transition at the three juncture zones and using the deformation and geophysic data from the deep part of the South China continental lithosphere.Our attempt is to promote the study of South China’s geology and to make it as a typical target for development of plate tectonic theory.MAO JianRen LI ZiLong YE HaiMin 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,12:64
2Geochemical characteristics,cooling history and mineralization significance of Zhangtiantang pluton in South Jiangxi Province,P.R. China显示文摘The zircon SHRIMP dating of the Zhangtiantang granite gave an age of 159±7 Ma.,which shows that the granite was produced at the early Late Jurassic.The Ar-Ar plateau ages of biotite and K-feldspar from the Zhangtiantang pluton are 153.2±1.1 Ma and 135.8±1.2 Ma,respectively.The Ar-Ar anti-isochrone ages of biotite and K-feldspar are 152.5±1.7Ma and 135.4±2.7Ma,respectively.The ages represent the isotopic closure ages of minerals in the pluton.The Zhangtiantang granites are regarded as peraluminous crust-derived type granites to possess the typical geochemical characteristics of calc-alkaline rocks on continental margin,with enriched Si,K,Al(average value of A/CNK as 1.18),HREE,Rb,U,and Th,heavily depleted V,Cr,Co,Ni,Ti,Nb-Ta,Zr,Sr,P,and Ba,strongly negative Eu and common corundum normative(average value of C as 1.84).The εNd(t) values of the Zhangtiantang granite are-5.84 to-7.79,and t2DM values are 1.69 to 1.83 Ga,which indicates partial melting of continental-crust metamorphic sedimentary rocks during the Middle Proterozoic.The cooling history of the Zhangtiantang granitic pluton indicates that the cooling velocity of pluton was faster(about 67℃ /Ma) from zircon(158 Ma) to biotite(152 Ma),and was slower(about12℃ /Ma) from biotite(152.5 Ma) to K-feldspar(135.8 Ma).It can be deduced that the temporal gap(about 10 Ma) between the granite formmation and W-Sn mineralization in South China may be related to ordinary magma-hydrothermal processes by the variational cooling curve of the pluton.The Zhangtiantang pluton was formed in a compressive setting,with differentiation evolution and mineralization occurring in a relative relaxation setting.MAO Jianren LI Zilong ZHAO Xilin ZHOU Jie YE Haimin ZENG Qitao 2010Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2010,29,1:11
3Rapid detection of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines by molecularly imprinted membrane electrospray ionization mass spectrometry显示文摘Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs)play an increasingly important role in the field of medicine and affects public health in the world.Although more and more strict has been employed to ensure the quality and safety of CHMs,pesticide residues in CHMs remain a serious issue and are the bottleneck for the global development of CHMs.In this work,we applied molecularly imprinted membrane electrospray mass spectrometry(MIM-ESI MS)for rapid detecting 4 classes of pesticide residues in CHMs,including organophosphorus(OPP),carbamates,pyrethroids and neonicotinoids in CHMs.Compared with our previous ambient ionization method MESI,MIM-ESI is capable of achieving a~50-fold increase in the detection limit of conventional analytical methods owing to the specificity recognition and unique enrichment of MIM.The optimal experimental conditions were determined,and the method was further validated for its sensitivity and specificity.Our data showed that MIM-ESI MS is applicable for the direct quantitation of pesticide residues in CHMs.This detection technology may help to ensure the quality of CHMs in the future.Chunmei Wu Tianyi Li Dongju Li Shanshan Jia Jianmei Huang Haimin Lei Mei Zhang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,7:6

5Baicalin and rutin are major constituents in Shuanghuanglian injection involving anaphylactoid reaction显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To identify the constituents in Shuanghuanglian injection(SHLI) that correlate with anaphylactoid reaction.METHODS: Chemical fingerprints of 10 batches SHLI samples were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC), and further investigated by similarity analysis. Combined with optical microscopy, both anaphylactoid experiments and confirmatory assay were displayed in Rat basophil leukemia cells(RBL-2H3) to obtain the histamine release inducing by SHLI. The content of histamine was tested by Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent As-say method. Partial least squares regression(PLSR)method and HPLC-DAD-ESI-MSntechnology were conducted to analyze constituents in SHLI involving anaphylactoid reaction.RESULTS: The results of spectrum and effect relationships showed that the eight constituents were positively correlated with anaphylactoid reaction.Among which, nearly 90% of them were identified as baicalin and rutin with PLSR and HPLC-DAD-ESI-MSn. 6Geniposide, the component of the Chinese herbal formula Tongluojiunao, protects amyloid-β peptide(1–42)-mediated death of hippocampal neurons via the non-classical estrogen signaling pathway显示文摘Tongluojiunao(TLJN) is an herbal medicine consisting of two main components, geniposide and ginsenoside Rg1. TLJN has been shown to protect primary cultured hippocampal neurons. However, its mechanism of action remains unclear. In the present study, primary cultured hippocampal neurons treated with Aβ1–42(10 μmol/L) significantly increased the release of lactate dehydrogenase, which was markedly reduced by TLJN(2 μL/mL), specifically by the component geniposide(26 μmol/L), but not ginsenoside Rg1(2.5 μmol/L). The estrogen receptor inhibitor, ICI182780(1 μmol/L), did not block TLJN- or geniposide-mediated decrease of lactate dehydrogenase under Aβ1–42-exposed conditions. However, the phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase or mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway inhibitor, LY294002(50 μmol/L) or U0126(10 μmol/L), respectively blo cked the decrease of lactate dehydrogenase mediated by TLJN or geniposide. 8{001} facets dominated anatase TiO_2 : Morphology, formation/etching mechanisms and performance显示文摘Controllable growth of anatase TiO2 crystals with exposed high reactive crystal facets has aroused great attention in the fields of science and technology due to their unique structure-dependent properties. Recently, much effort has been paid to synthesize anatase TiO2 crystals with exposed high reactive {001} facets. Herein, we review the recent progress in synthesizing {001} facets dominated anatase TiO2 crystals with different morphologies by various synthetic methods. Furthermore, our review is mainly focused on the formation/etching mechanisms of {001} facets dominated anatase TiO2 crystals based on our and other studies. The extensive application potentials of the anatase TiO2 crystals with exposed {001} facets have been summarized in this review such as photocatalysis, photoelectrocatalysis, solar energy conversion, lithium ion battery, and hydrogen generation. Based on the current studies, we give some perspectives on the research topic. 9The change of magnetic inclination angles associated with the X3.4 flare on December 13,2006显示文摘Recent studies showed a consistent pattern of changes in the sunspot structure associated with major flares: part of the peripheral penumbral regions vanishes during flares, and meanwhile, the umbral cores and/or inner penumbral regions are darkened. To understand the underlying physics of these observations, we compare the magnetic inclination angle in the decayed peripheral and the enhanced inner penumbral regions before and after the 4B/X3.4 flare of 2006 December 13 by using the high-resolution vector magnetograms from Hinode. We find that the mean inclination angle in the decayed penumbra increases after the flare while that in the enhanced penumbra near flaring neutral line decreases. The result confirms the previous idea that two components of a δ sunspot become connected after flares. As a result of new connection, peripheral penumbral fields change from a more inclined to a more vertical configuration and transverse fields in umbral core and inner penumbral regions increase substantially (Liu et al. 2005). 11Theoretical eduction and numerical simulation researches on the relationship between resistivity and water saturation of waterflood oil zone显示文摘In the process of water displacing oil,the relationship between resistivity and water saturation is the fundament of the quantitative research on the waterflooded grade and the remaining oil saturation with well logging data. A large number of core analysis data and production data are cumulated in the process of oil field exploitation,which offers the basis for the above research. This paper educed two methods from the Archie equation and material balance theory to calculate the quantitative relationships between Rz and Sw,and between Rt and Sw. The relationships set up by the two methods are similar to those set up by the real core measurements. 14Attack on an Efficient Certificateless Aggregate Signature without Pairing显示文摘A Certificateless Aggregate Signature(CLAS) scheme was proposed by Qu and Mu recently, which was published in 'Int J. Electronic Security and Digital Forensics, 2018, 10(2)'. They used discrete logarithm to ensure the scheme's security. However,we show by formulating an attack that their CLAS scheme cannot defend against Type I adversary. Furthermore, we point out an error that exists in the signature simulation of their security proof.After that we give a correct signature simulation for the security proof. Finally, to resist the Type I attack, we present two methods for improving Qu et al's CLAS scheme. 19Defect passivation strategy for inorganic CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cell with a high-efficiency of 16.77%显示文摘All-inorganic halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have acquired great progress,especially CsPbI2Br.However,their photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)remains far below the theoretical predictions.Non-radiative recombination is one of the important issues affecting the photoelectric performance of the PSCs,and the defective lead ions derived from the evaporation of halide ions in the inorganic perovskite are the principal non-radiative recombination centers.Herein,the non-radiative recombination is effectively suppressed by introducing the N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)as a Lewis base molecule to passivate the defective lead ions.Therefore,by adjusting the dosage of NMP,the smooth and pinhole-free CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite film is obtained and the optimized device exhibits a champion PCE of 16.77%with an excellent fill factor(FF)of 0.80.This work proves the effectiveness of passivation using Lewis base molecules to prevent non-radiative recombination defects in inorganic perovskite.Hua Zhang Jia Zhuang Xingchong Liu Zhu Ma Heng Guo Ronghong Zheng Shuangshuang Zhao Fu Zhang Zheng Xiao Hanyu Wang Haimin Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,23:1
