| 1 | Recent progress in devices and circuits based on wafer-scale transition metal dichalcogenides显示文摘Two-dimensional layered materials(2 DLMs) have triggered a broad research thrust over the last decade worldwide. Different from the gapless graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) exhibit versatile bandstructure, with bandgap sizes ranging from semi-metallic to over 2 e V. Therefore, 2 D-TMDs can be utilized in various applications from logic to optoelectronic devices. In this review we first introduce the latest developments of the wafer-scale synthesis of continuous TMD films, then we present recent advances in large scale devices and circuits based on TMD films, including logic, memory, optoelectronic and analog devices. | 8 | Self-Collimation for Two-Dimensional Micro-Angle Measurement in Space显示文摘How to measure the two-dimensional attitude angle of space target and achieve stable tracking and aiming has become an important problem. The self-collimation is often measured via one-dimensional motion of the object in space. This paper proposes a micro-angle measurement system based on self-collimation to obtain the two-dimensional angle information of moving objects in space, and a thrice reflecting optical path structure is built to improve the compactness of the system. First, by establishing a posture angle measurement and decomposition model, the two-dimensional deflection angle value of the reflecting mirror is derived from the rotation angle equation;Second, the self-collimating measurement process is simulated to show the relationship between the reflecting mirror rotation angle and the imaging spot distortion of detector;Third, a two-dimensional micro-angle experimental platform is established based on the Position Sensitive Detector(PSD). Finally, nonlinear error of PSD is improved by the cubic spline interpolation method. | 11 | Harris Hawks Algorithm Incorporating Tuna Swarm Algorithm and Differential Variance Strategy显示文摘Because of the low convergence accuracy of the basic Harris Hawks algorithm,which quickly falls into the local optimal,a Harris Hawks algorithm combining tuna swarm algorithm and differential mutation strategy(TDHHO)is proposed.The escape energy factor of nonlinear periodic energy decline balances the ability of global exploration and regional development.The parabolic foraging approach of the tuna swarm algorithm is introduced to enhance the global exploration ability of the algorithm and accelerate the convergence speed.The difference variation strategy is used to mutate the individual position and calculate the fitness,and the fitness of the original individual position is compared.The greedy technique is used to select the one with better fitness of the objective function,which increases the diversity of the population and improves the possibility of the algorithm jumping out of the local extreme value.The test function tests the TDHHO algorithm,and compared with other optimization algorithms,the experimental results show that the convergence speed and optimization accuracy of the improved Harris Hawks are improved.Finally,the enhanced Harris Hawks algorithm is applied to engineering optimization and wireless sensor networks(WSN)coverage optimization problems,and the feasibility of the TDHHO algorithm in practical application is further verified. | XU Xiaohan YANG Haima ZHENG Heqing LI Jun LIU Jin ZHANG Dawei HUANG Hongxin | 2023 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2023,28,6: | 0 |
