1Impact of Grid Connection of Large-Scale Wind Farms on Power System Small-Signal Angular Stability显示文摘The grid connection of a large-scale wind farm could change the load flow/configuration of a power system and introduce dynamic interactions with the synchronous generators(SGs),thus affecting system small-signal angular stability.This paper proposes an approach for the separate examination of the impact of those affecting factors,i.e.,the change of load flow/configuration and dynamic interactions brought about by the grid connection of the wind farm,on power system smallsignal angular stability.Both cases of grid connection of the wind farm,either displacing synchronous generators or being directly added into the power system,are considered.By using the proposed approach,how much the effect of the change of load flow/configuration brought about by the wind farm can be examined,while the degree of impact of the dynamic interaction of the wind farm with the SGs can be investigated separately.Thus,a clearer picture and better understanding of the power system small-signal angular stability as affected by grid connection of the large-scale wind farm can be achieved.An example of the power system with grid connection of a wind farm is presented to demonstrate the proposed approach.Wenjuan Du Jingtian Bi Tong Wang Haifeng Wang 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,2:39
2Immune secondary response and clonal selection inspired optimizers显示文摘The immune system's ability to adapt its B cells to new types of antigen is powered by processes known as clonal selection and affinity maturation. When the body is exposed to the same antigen,immune system usually calls for a more rapid and larger response to the antigen,where B cells have the function of negative adjustment. Based on the clonal selection theory and the dynamic process of immune response,two novel artificial immune system algorithms,secondary response clonal programming algorithm (SRCPA) and secondary response clonal multi-objective algorithm (SRCMOA),are presented for solving single and multi-objective optimization problems,respectively. Clonal selection operator (CSO) and secondary response operator (SRO) are the main operators of SRCPA and SRCMOA. Inspired by the clonal selection theory,CSO reproduces individuals and selects their improved maturated progenies after the affinity mat-uration process. SRO copies certain antibodies to a secondary pool,whose members do not participate in CSO,but these antibodies could be activated by some external stimulations. The update of the secondary pool pays more attention to maintain the population diversity. On the one hand,decimal-string representation makes SRCPA more suitable for solving high-dimensional function optimiza-tion problems. Special mutation and recombination methods are adopted in SRCPA to simulate the somatic mutation and receptor edit-ing process. Compared with some existing evolutionary algorithms,such as OGA/Q,IEA,IMCPA,BGA and AEA,SRCPA is shown to be able to solve complex optimization problems,such as high-dimensional function optimizations,with better performance. On the other hand,SRCMOA combines the Pareto-strength based fitness assignment strategy,CSO and SRO to solve multi-objective optimization problems. 3Optimal approximation of linear systems by artificial immune response显示文摘This paper puts forward a novel artificial immune response algorithm for op-timal approximation of linear systems. A quaternion model of artificial immune response is proposed for engineering computing. The model abstracts four elements, namely, antigen, antibody, reaction rules among antibodies, and driving algorithm describing how the rules are applied to antibodies, to simulate the process of immune response. Some reaction rules including clonal selection rules, immunological memory rules and immune regulation rules are introduced. Using the theorem of Markov chain, it is proofed that the new model is convergent. 4Sub-synchronous Oscillations in Power Systems Caused by Grid-connected Wind Farms--A Survey of Mechanism Studies显示文摘Sub-synchronous oscillation(SSO)incidents caused by dynamic interaction between wind farms and power system grids can threaten safe and reliable operations.This paper investigates mechanism studies of SSOs in power systems induced by grid-connected wind farms.First,characteristics of several severe SSO incidents encountered by real power systems caused by grid-connected wind farms are introduced.Second,in terms of principles and responses,this paper illustrates the most commonly adopted mechanism investigation methods for SSOs,which include impedance-based analysis(IMA)and the openloop modal analysis(OMA)methods.Systematic reviews that summarize existing studies using the IMA and OMA methods are discussed in this paper.Furthermore,a discussion of the current research gaps in the investigation of SSOs in power systems caused by grid-connected wind farms is presented.Chen Chen Wenjuan Du Haifeng Wang Tim Littler 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,4:13
5Multiobjective optimization using an immunodominance and clonal selection inspired algorithm显示文摘Based on the mechanisms of immunodominance and clonal selection theory,we propose a new multiobjective optimization algorithm,immune dominance clonal multiobjective algorithm(IDCMA).IDCMA is unique in that its fitness values of current dominated individuals are assigned as the values of a custom distance measure,termed as Ab-Ab affinity,between the dominated individuals and one of the nondominated individuals found so far.According to the values of Ab-Ab affin-ity,all dominated individuals(antibodies) are divided into two kinds,subdominant antibodies and cryptic antibodies.Moreover,local search only applies to the sub-dominant antibodies,while the cryptic antibodies are redundant and have no func-tion during local search,but they can become subdominant(active) antibodies during the subsequent evolution.Furthermore,a new immune operation,clonal proliferation is provided to enhance local search.Using the clonal proliferation operation,IDCMA reproduces individuals and selects their improved maturated progenies after local search,so single individuals can exploit their surrounding space effectively and the newcomers yield a broader exploration of the search space.The performance comparison of IDCMA with MISA,NSGA-Ⅱ,SPEA,PAES,NSGA,VEGA,NPGA,and HLGA in solving six well-known multiobjective function optimization problems and nine multiobjective 0/1 knapsack problems shows that IDCMA has a good performance in converging to approximate Pareto-optimal fronts with a good distribution.GONG MaoGuo JIAO LiCheng MA WenPing DU HaiFeng 2008Science in China(Series F)2008,51,8:6
6Oxidation Behavior of C/C-SiC Gradient Matrix Composites显示文摘Oxidation behavior of C/C-SiC gradient matrix composites and C/C composites were compared in stationary air. The results show that oxidation threshold of C-SiC materials increases with the amount of SiC particles in the codeposition matrix. Oxidation rate of C/C-SiC gradient matrix composites is significantly lower than that of C/C material. 7Clinical diagnosis and treatment of alpha-fetoprotein-negative small hepatic lesions显示文摘Objective: We examined 103 cases over the last five years and discussed diagnosis and treatment of alpha- fetoprotein (AFP)-negative small hepatic lesions. Background: Small hepatic lesions (less than 2 cm in diameter) usually have no typical imaging characteristics and therefore are difficult to diagnose, especially when AFP tests provide a negative result. Methods: A total of 103 patients with AFP-negative small hepatic lesions from January 2003 to December 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. Differential diagnosis was performed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA), dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI), contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), or positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) based on the multiplicity of lesions. Ninety-four patients with suspected cancers underwent partial hepatectomy. Clinical data were collected from hospital records and follow-up questionnaires. Results: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) diagnostic sensitivity of DSA, DCE-MRI, CEUS and PET-CT was 88.2%, 93.9%, 88.9% and 88.9%, respectively. The surgery-related complication rate was 6.4%. Prognosis was good, with 1- and 3-year survival rates of 98.8% and 76.1%, respectively. Conclusions: DSA, DCE-MRI, CEUS and PET-CT are valuable for diagnosis of small hepatic lesions. Partial hepatectomy is a preferred surgical procedure. 8Adaptive chaos clonal evolutionary programming algorithm显示文摘Based on the chaos movement and the clonal selection theory, a novel artificial immune system algorithm, Adaptive Chaos Clonal Evolutionary Programming Algorithm (ACCEP), is proposed in this paper. The new algorithm uses the Logistic Sequence to control the mutation scale and uses the Chaos Mutation Operator to control the clonal selection. Compared with SGA and Clonal Selection Algorithm, ACCEP can enhance the precision and stability, avoid prematurity to some extent, and have the high convergence speed. 12Spatiotemporal pattern of urban forest leaf area index in response to rapid urbanization and urban greening显示文摘Rapid urbanization and urban greening have caused great changes to urban forests in China. Understanding spatiotemporal patterns of urban forest leaf area index(LAI) under rapid urbanization and urban greening is important for urban forest planning and management. We evaluated the potential for estimating urban forest LAI spatiotemporally by using Landsat TM imagery. We collected three scenes of Landsat TM(thematic mapper)images acquired in 1997, 2004 and 2010 and conducted a field survey to collect urban forest LAI. Finally, spatiotemporal maps of the urban forest LAI were created using a NDVI-based urban forest LAI predictive model.Our results show that normalized differential vegetation index(NDVI) could be used as a predictor for urban forest LAI similar to natural forests. Both rapid urbanization and urban greening contribute to the changing process of urban forest LAI. The urban forest has changed considerably from 1997 to 2010. Urban vegetated pixels decreased gradually from 1997 to 2010 due to intensive urbanization.Leaf area for the study area was 216.4, 145.2 and173.7 km^2 in the years 1997, 2004 and 2010, respectively.Urban forest LAI decreased sharply from 1997 to 2004 and increased slightly from 2004 to 2010 because of numerous greening policies. The urban forest LAI class distributions were skewed toward low values in 1997 and 2004. Moreover, the LAI presented a decreasing trend from suburban to downtown areas. 14Mechanical and tribological performance of CoCrNiHf_(x)eutectic medium-entropy alloys显示文摘The excellent properties of the multi-principal element alloys(e.g.,the CoCrNi medium-entropy alloy)make them a perfect candidate for structure materials.Their low strength and poor wear-resistance,however,limit considerably their applications.In this study,a lamellar eutectic microstructure was introduced by addition of Hf into CoCrNi alloy to produce a series of CoCrNiHf_(x)(x=0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4)eutectic medium-entropy alloys.A homogeneous eutectic microstructure with an alternate array of the soft FCC solid-solution phase and the hard Laves phase was identified for the as-cast CoCrNiHf_(0.3)alloy.After an investigation of the microstructure,mechanical and tribological properties,it was found that the hardness(plasticity)increases(decreases)with the increasing volume fraction of the Laves phase and the CoCrNiHf_(0.3)eutectic alloy exhibits both good plasticity and high strength.The wear behavior is strongly dependent on the applied normal load.For a low normal load,its tribological behavior follows the Archard's equation and a higher hardness due to Hf addition can resist plastic deformation and abrasive wear.When the normal load is high enough,the hypoeutectic or hypereutectic alloy,which possessing either high strength or good ductility but not at the same time,exhibit a poor wear resistance.In comparison,the full eutectic CoCrNiHf_(0.3)alloy with a superior combination of strength and toughness shows the best wear performance,as it can significantly reduce fracture during wear.Yin Du Xuhui Pei Zhaowu Tang Fan Zhang Qing Zhou Haifeng Wang Weimin Liu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,31:4

16Enhanced Photocatalytic Activity of Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10): Constructing Heterojunction with BiOI显示文摘Bismuth-based compounds have been regarded as an important class of visible-light photocatalysts due to their special electronic structures. In this paper, iodide ions are introduced to modify bismuth-based compound, Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10), forming a Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10)/BiOI heterojunction structure. A significant enhancement of photocatalytic activity compared to the parent compounds is observed in de-coloration of rhodamine B(Rh.B) solution. 19Two-dimensional characterization of three-dimensional magnetic bubbles in Fe_(3)Sn_(2) nanostructures显示文摘We report differential phase contrast scanning transmission electron microscopy(TEM) of nanoscale magnetic objects in Kagome ferromagnet Fe_(3)Sn_(2) nanostructures. This technique can directly detect the deflection angle of a focused electron beam, thus allowing clear identification of the real magnetic structures of two magnetic objects including three-ring and complex arch-shaped vortices in Fe_(3)Sn_(2) by Lorentz-TEM imaging. Numerical calculations based on real material-specific parameters well reproduced the experimental results, showing that the magnetic objects can be attributed to integral magnetizations of two types of complex three-dimensional(3D) magnetic bubbles with depth-modulated spin twisting. Magnetic configurations obtained using the high-resolution TEM are generally considered as two-dimensional(2D)magnetic objects previously. 20Protection of 3'-methoxy-puerarin against focal brain ischemia and its association with c-fos expression显示文摘The present study established a rat model of focal brain ischemia by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery covered with FeCl3, and investigated the protective effect of 3'-methoxy-puerarin. Hippocampal and cortical c-fos gene expression was determined using in situ hybridization. Results showed that 3'-methoxy-puerarin reduced neurological deficit scores, cerebral infarcted zone and water content of brain tissues, dramatically increased the activity of catalase and glutathione peroxidase in the ischemia zone of the hippocampus, increased the activity of catalase in the cortex, decreased lipid peroxide and lactic acid contents in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex, and down-regulated c-fos gene expression in brain ischemic rats.
