| 1 | Characterization of miRNomes in Acute and Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Cell Lines显示文摘Myeloid leukemias are highly diverse diseases and have been shown to be associated with microRNA(miRNA) expression aberrations. The present study involved an in-depth miRNome analysis of two human acute myeloid leukemia(AML) cell lines, HL-60 and THP-1, and one human chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) cell line, K562, via massively parallel signature sequencing. mRNA expression profiles of these cell lines that were established previously in our lab facilitated an integrative analysis of miRNA and mRNA expression patterns. miRNA expression profiling followed by differential expression analysis and target prediction suggested numerous miRNA signatures in AML and CML cell lines. Some miRNAs may act as either tumor suppressors or oncomiRs in AML and CML by targeting key genes in AML and CML pathways. Expression patterns of cell type-specific miRNAs could partially reflect the characteristics of K562, HL-60 and THP-1 cell lines, such as actin filament-based processes, responsiveness to stimulus and phagocytic activity. miRNAs may also regulate myeloid differentiation, since they usually suppress differentiation regulators. Our study provides a resource to further investigate the employment of miRNAs in human leukemia subtyping, leukemogenesis and myeloid development. | 3 | Geochronological and geochemical constraints on the petrogenesis of late Mesoproterozoic mafic and granitic rocks in the southwestern Yangtze Block显示文摘Late Mesoproterozoic igneous rocks in the SW Yangtze Block are important for understanding the role of it in reconstruction of the Rodinia supercontinent.In the present study,we report new geochronological,geochemical,and Nd-Hf isotopic data for the Cuoke plagioclase amphibolites and granites in the SW Yangtze Block.Geochronological results show that the plagioclase amphibolites and granites have similar late Mesoproterozoic zircon U-Pb ages of 1168-1162 Ma,constituting a bimodal igneous assemblage.The plagioclase amphibolites have high and variable TiO2 contents(1.15-4.30 wt.%)and Mg#(34-66)values,similar to the tholeiitic series.They are characterized by enrichment in LREEs and LILEs,and have OIB-like affinities with positive Nb and Ta anomalies.The plagioclase amphibolites have positive whole-rockεNd(t)(+3.2 to+4.3)and zirconεHf(t)(+4.3 to+10.7)values,indicating that they were derived from an OIB-like asthenospheric mantle source.The granites belong to the reduced peralkaline A-type series and have negativeεNd(t)value of-6.0 andεHf(t)values of-5.8 to-13.8,indicating a derivation from the partial melting of ancient mafic lower crust.In combination with the~1.05-1.02 Ga bimodal igneous assemblage in the SW Yangtze Block,we propose that the Cuoke 1168-1162 Ma igneous rocks were likely formed in a continental rift basin and argue against the existance of Grenvillian Orogen in the SW Yangtze Block during the late Mesoproterozoic. | Guichun Liu Jing Li Xin Qian Qinglai Feng Wei Wang Guangyan Chen Shaobin Hu | 2021 | Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,1: | 3 |
| 4 | Geochronological and Geochemical Constraints on the Petrogenesis of Early Paleoproterozoic(2.40–2.32 Ga) Nb-Enriched Mafic Rocks in Southwestern Yangtze Block and Its Tectonic Implications显示文摘Recent geological survey has identified the Early Paleoproterozoic meta-mafic intrusions in the southwestern Yangtze Block.We present geochronological,whole-rock geochemical and Nd isotopic data for these meta-mafic rocks to better address the tectonic evolution of the Yangtze Block during the Early Paleoproterozoic Period.Geochronological data show that the meta-mafic rocks have zircon ages of 2 395-2 316 Ma.They have high TiO_2 contents of 1.40 wt.%-3.66 wt.% and Nb concentrations of 13.7 ppm-45.5 ppm,thus aregrouped as Nb-enriched mafic rocks.These mafic rocks are characterized by tholeiitic compositions with enrichment of LREEs and LILEs,and can be divided into two groups.Group 1 samples display E-MORB-like geochemical characteristics.Group 2 samples have positive ENd(t) values of 4.0-5.0.Geochemical data indicate that all meta-mafic rocks were likely derived from a depleted asthenospheric mantle.REE modeling indicates lower degree of partial melting for Group 2 samples(3%-10%) relative to Group 1 samples(15%-20%).Taking into account contemporaneous post-collisional granitoids in southwestern Yangtze Block,we propose that these meta-mafic rocks were formed in a post-collisional extension setting.These meta-mafic rocks can be compared with those in Africa,South America and Europe,and might be linked with the Arrowsmith orogenic belt. | Guichun Liu Xin Qian Jing Li Jian-Wei Zi Tianyu Zhao Qinglai Feng Guangyan Chen Shaobin Hu | 2020 | Journal of Earth Science2020,31,1: | 3 |

| 6 | Boron carbide boosted Fenton-like oxidation: A novel Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ) circulation显示文摘The sluggish kinetics of Fe(Ⅱ)recovery in Fenton/Fenton-like reactions significantly limits the oxidation efficiency.In this study,we for the first time use boron carbide(BC)as a green and stable promotor to enhance the reaction of Fe(Ⅲ)/H_(2)O_(2) for degradation of diverse organic pollutants.Electron paramagnetic resonance analysis and chemical quenching/capturing experiments demonstrate that hydroxyl radicals(·OH)are the primary reactive species in the BC/Fe(Ⅲ)/H_(2)O_(2) system.In situ electrochemical analysis indicates that BC remarkably boosts the Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)redox cycles,where the adsorbed Fe(Ⅲ)cations were transformed to more active Fe(Ⅲ)species with a higher oxidative potential to react with H_(2)O_(2) to produce Fe(Ⅱ).Thus,the recovery of Fe(Ⅱ)from Fe(Ⅲ)is facilitated over BC surface,which enhancesOH generation via Fenton reactions.Moreover,BC exhibits outstanding reusability and stability in successive cycles and avoids the secondary pollution caused by conventional organic and metalliferous promotors.Therefore,metal-free BC boosting Fe(Ⅲ)/H_(2)O_(2) oxidation of organics provides a green and advanced strategy for water decontamination. | Peng Zhou Feng Cheng Gang Nie Yangyang Yang Kunsheng Hu Xiaoguang Duan Yongli Zhang Shaobin Wang | 2020 | Green Energy & Environment2020,5,4: | 2 |

| 11 | Experimental research and energy analysis of a new type of dry ice powder pneumatic rock breaking technology显示文摘When the traditional drill and blast method is applied to rock crushing projects,it has strong vibration,loud noise and dust pollution,so it cannot be used in densely populated areas such as urban public works.We developed a supercritical CO_(2)true triaxial pneumatic rock-breaking experimental system,and conducted laboratory and field tests of dry ice powder pneumatic rock-breaking.The characteristics of the blast-induced vibration velocity waveform and the evolution of the vibration velocity and frequency with the focal distance were analyzed and discussed.The fracturing mechanism of dry ice powder pneumatic rock breaking is studied.The research results show that:(1)The vibration velocity induced by dry ice powder pneumatic rock breaking decays as a power function with the increase of the focal distance;(2)The vibration frequency caused by dry ice powder pneumatic rock breaking is mainly distributed in 1–120 Hz.Due to the dispersion effect,the dominant frequency of 10–30 Hz appears abnormally attenuated;(3)The traditional CO_(2)phase change fracturing energy calculation formula is also applicable to dry ice pneumatic rock breaking technology,and the trinitrotoluene(TNT)equivalent of fracturing energy is applicable to the Sadovsky formula;(4)Dry ice powder pneumatic rock breaking is shock wave and highenergy gas acting together to fracture rock,which can be divided into three stages,among which the gas wedge action of high-energy gas plays a dominant role in rock mass damage. | Xiaofei Wang Shaobin Hu Enyuan Wang Qiang Zhang Bing Liu | 2023 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,4: | 1 |
