1血浆葡萄糖、胰岛素比值是可靠的胰岛素敏感性指数吗?显示文摘本文508例资料显示,国内、外文献中常用的空腹血糖(FPG)与胰岛素(FINS)比值——G/I不能对非糖尿病人群的胰岛素敏感性(IS)做出正确评估:(1)在IS逐渐降低表现为FPG及FINS水平都依次递增的各组中,G/I判定的IS在相应各组间差异无显著性;(2)在IS降低表现为FINS水平相似而FPG较高的各组中,G/I值对IS做出与实际完全相反的判断。表明在IS降低表现为FPG、FINS同步升高者,G/I完全丧失正确判定IS的能力。在IS降低仅表现为血糖水平升高而β细胞不能代偿性增加FINS者,G/I也不是评价IS的可靠指数。李光伟 潘孝仁 Peter H.Bennett 1996中华心血管病杂志1996,24,1:85

5Interpretation of thermal dependence of magnetic aftereffect for magnetic nanocomposite with slow decay rates显示文摘A new experimental characterization is presented of time-,field-,and temperature-dependent dynamic effects in magnetization of a nanocomposite which displays slow decay.Field and temperature variations of irreversible susceptibility,χirr,decay coefficient,S,fluctuation field,hf,and activation volume,V,have been calculated for the nanocomposite sample(Co_(80)Ni_(20))using a recently developed modified Preisach–Arrhenius(MPA)model.The sample is composed of non-interacting nanoparticles having negligible reversible magnetization.Non-Arrhenius behavior is observed in both the maximum decay coefficient,Smax,and the fluctuation field,hf,as a function of temperature T.The peak of both temperature curves are identical and occur at a critical temperature Tk of∼50 K,which agrees with our experimental results.Based on the effect of a temperature-dependent chemical potential on energy barrier,hf is studied for TShuo Gu Yi Jin Gary R.Kahler Ming Zhang Peijie Chen Mohammadreza Ghahremani Edward Della Torre Lawrence H.Bennett 2013International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2013,4,2:0
