2Preparation and in vitro-in vivo evaluation of intestinal retention pellets of Berberine chloride to enhance hypoglycemic and lipid-lowing efficacy显示文摘Berberine chloride(BBR) is a pharmacokinetic profile of drug with poor bioavailability but good therapeutic efficacy,which is closely related to the discovery of BBR intestinal target.The major aim of this paper is to develop BBR intestinal retention type sustained-release pellets and evaluate their in vivo and in vitro behaviors base on the aspect of local action on intestinal tract. Here,wet milling technology is used to improve dissolution and dissolution rate of BBR by decreasing the particle size and increasing the wettability. The pellets are prepared by liquid layer deposition technology,and then the core pellets are coated with Eudragit~?L30 D-55 and Eudragit~?NE30 D aqueous dispersion. The prepared pellets show high drug loading capacity,and the drug loading up to 93%. Meanwhile,it possesses significant sustained drug release effect in purified water which is expected to improve the pharmacokinetic behavior of BBR. The pharmacokinetics results demonstrate that the halflife of BBR was increased significantly from 24 h to 36 h and the inter-and intra-subject variability are decreased compared to commercial BBR tablets. The retention test results indicate that the pellet size and Eudragit~?NE30 D plays an important role in retention time of the pellet,and it is found that the pellets with small particle size and high Eudragit~?NE30 D coating content can stay longer in the intestine than the pellets with large particle size. 3DFT study on the interaction of HCHO molecule with S-doped TiO_(2) (001) surface without and with water and oxygen molecules显示文摘The interactions of formaldehyde(HCHO)molecule with S-doped anatase TiO_(2)(001)surface without and with water and oxygen were studied by density functional theory(DFT).The adsorption energy of HCHO adsorption on S-doped TiO_(2) surface with water and oxygen(-709.62 kJ/mol)is much larger than that without water and oxygen(-312.14 kJ/mol).For HCHO adsorption system without water and oxygen,one CeH bond of HCHO molecule is broken.The oxygen and carbon atoms of HCHO are bonded to the titanium and sulfur atoms of SeTiO_(2) surface,respectively,and form a CH_(2)OS structure.For the system with water and oxygen,H_(2)O and HCHO molecules are both dissociated.HCHO molecule not only interacts with TiO_(2) surface,but also combines with O_(2) molecule.Two CeH bonds of HCHO are broken,one hydrogen atom(H1)is bonded to the sulfur atom(S)of TiO_(2) surface doping,while another hydrogen atom(H_(2))is bonded to the O atom(O_(2))of O_(2) molecule.The remaining CeO bond can be oxidized to form CO_(2) in subsequent action by oxygen from the atmosphere.The surface doping of sulfur have significant impact on the degradation of HCHO molecule on anatase TiO_(2)(001)surface with H_(2)O and O_(2).Guofei Wu Cuihua Zhao Xi Zhou Jianhua Chen Yuqiong Li 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,4:3
4Osteogenesis effects of magnetic nanoparticles modified-porous scaffolds for the reconstruction of bone defect after bone tumor resection显示文摘The treatment of bone defect after bone tumor resection is a great challenge for orthopedic surgeons.It should consider that not only to inhibit tumor growth and recurrence,but also to repair the defect and preserve the limb function.Hence,it is necessary to find an ideal functional biomaterial that can repair bone defects and inactivate tumor.Magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)have its unique advantages to achieve targeted hyperthermia to avoid damage to surrounding normal tissues and promote osteoblastic activity and bone formation.Based on the previous stage,we successfully prepared hydroxyapatite(HAP)composite poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)scaffolds and verified its good osteogenic properties,in this study,we produced an HAP composite PLGA scaffolds modified with MNPs.The composite scaffold showed appropriate porosity and mechanical characteristics,while MNPs possessed excellent magnetic and thermal properties.The cytological assay indicated that the MNPs have antitumor ability and the composite scaffold possessed good biocompatibility.In vivo bone defect repair experiment revealed that the composite scaffold had good osteogenic capacity.Hence,we could demonstrate that the composite scaffolds have a good effect in bone repair,which could provide a potential approach for repairing bone defect after bone tumor excision.Ming Li Jianheng Liu Xiang Cui Guofei Sun Jianwei Hu Sijia Xu Fei Yang Licheng Zhang XiumeiWang Peifu Tang 2019Regenerative Biomaterials2019,6,6:3
5Validation of Landsat land surface temperature product in the conterminous United States using in situ measurements from SURFRAD, ARM, and NDBC sites显示文摘Since 1982,Landsat series of satellite sensors continuously acquired thermal infrared images of the Earth’s land surface.In this study,Landsat 5,7,and 8 land surface temperature(LST)products in the conterminous United States from 2009 to 2019 were validated using in situ measurements collected at 6 SURFRAD(Surface Radiation Budget Network)sites,6 ARM(Atmospheric Radiation Measurement)sites,and 9 NDBC(National Data Buoy Center)sites.The results indicate that a relatively consistent performance among Landsat 5,7,and 8 LST products is obtained for most sites due to the consistent LST retrieval algorithm in conjunction with the same atmospheric compensation and land surface emissivity(LSE)correction methods for Landsat 5,7,and 8 sensors.Large bias and root mean square error(RMSE)of Landsat LST product are obtained at some vegetated sites due to incorrect LSE estimation where LSE is invariant with the increasing of normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI).Except for the sites with incorrect LSE estimation,a mean bias(RMSE)of the differences between Landsat LST and in situ LST is 1.0 K(2.1 K)over snow-free land surfaces,−1.1 K(1.6 K)over snow surfaces,and−0.3 K(1.1 K)over water surfaces.Si-Bo Duan Zhao-Liang Li Wei Zhao Penghai Wu Cheng Huang Xiao-Jing Han Maofang Gao Pei Leng Guofei Shang 2021International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,5:2
6The processes and characteristics of mass balance on the Urumqi Glacier No. 1 during 1958-2009显示文摘As a solid reservoir, a glacier can regulate regional water resources. The annual net mass balance directly reflects the fluctuation of the glacier and climate variability. Based on 51 years of mass balance observation data, the mass balance of Tianshan Mountains Urumqi Glacier No. 1 experienced a nine times positive balance fluctuation and nine times negative balance fluctuation. There were 35 and 16 negative and positive balance years, respectively. From 1996/97 to 2008/09, 12 consecutive negative balance years were observed at Tianshan Mountains Urumqi Glacier No. 1. These results demonstrate that the Urumqi Glacier No. 1 is experiencing a strong negative balance, and the strongest negative balance, 931 mm w.e. (mm water equivalent), during the observation period occurred in 2008. In addition, the cumulative mass balance reached 13,709 mm w.e. in 2008. However, in 2009, the mass balance was positive at 63 mm w.e. The equilibrium-line altitude changes with the fluctuation in the mass balance, and the effective mass balance gradient is 7.4 mm/m. In this paper, the headwaters of the Urumqi River were analyzed using meteorological data from 1958 to 2009, including the average seasonal temperature and precipitation. 9Robust ultrathin and transparent AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO on polyimide substrate for flexible thin film heater with temperature over 400℃显示文摘We developed flexible and transparent thin film heaters(TFHs)with a structure of AZO/AgSnOx/AZO/polyimide(PI)which exhibited superior stability under operational conditions.Ultrathin and robust doped silver(Ag)films were produced by introducing a small amount of SnOx during the sputtering process.The AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO stacks showed the best figure of merit value of 139.9,which was higher than that of ITO counterpart(25.5)with the same thickness.In addition,it exhibited excellent durability,which showed unaffected optical and electrical properties under the heat treatment of 500℃for 30 min in air,highly-accelerated tempe ratu re and humidity stress test(HAST)at 121℃and 97%RH for 36 h,10,000 times of scratching and 1500 times of inner and outer bending test.Furthermore,the TFHs based on AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO/PI achieved a high temperature of 438.8℃with response time in several seconds,which outperformed most previous studies.The robust high-temperature TFHs in this research hold promising commercial applications in flexible and high temperature occasions.Zhaozhao Wang Jia Li Junjun Xu Jinhua Huang Ye Yang Ruiqin Tan Guofei Chen Xingzhong Fang Yue Zhao Weijie Song 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,13:1
10Comparative study on observed mass balance between East and West Branch of Urumqi Glacier No. 1, Eastern Tianshan, China显示文摘This paper is based on observed mass balance between East and West Branch of Urumqi Glacier No. 1, meteorological data during 1988-2010, comparative studies the mass balance variations, and analyses the mass balance sensitivity to climate change. Results show that average mass balance of East and West Branch was 532 mm/a and 435 mm/a, cumulative mass balance was 12,227 mm (ice thinned by 13.6 m) and 10,001 mm (ice thinned by 11.1 m), respectively, and mass loss of East Branch was 97 mm/a larger than West Branch. The East and West Branch ELA (equilibrium line altitude) ascended about 176 m and 154 m, analysis shows the steady-state ELA0 was 3,942 m a.s.l. and 4,011 m a.s.l., and when East and West Branch mass balance decreased by 100 mm, ELA ascended 20 m and 23 m, respectively. The AAR (accumulation area ratio) of East and West Branch presented an obviously decreasing trend of 34.5% and 23%, equilibrium-state AAR0 was 65% and 66%, when East and West Branch mass balance increased by 100 mm, AAR ascended 4.6% and 4.2%, respectively. Glacier mass balance was sensitive to change of net ablation, net ablation of East and West Branch increased 10×104 m3 , and mass balance decreased 110 mm and 214 mm, respectively. By analyzing mass balance sensitivity to climate change, results suggest that East and West Branch mass balance decreased (increased) 463 mm and 388 mm when ablation period temperature increased (decreased) by 1°C, East and West Branch mass balance increased (decreased) 140 mm and 158 mm when annual precipitation increased (decreased) by 100 mm, and sensitivity of East Branch mass balance to climate change was more intense than that of West Branch.GuoFei Zhang ZhongQin Li WeiDong Wang WenBin Wang 2013Research in Cold and Arid Regions2013,5,3:1

12Corrosion Inhibition of the Bi-enzyme Doped Epoxy Resin for Q235 Carbon Steel in Circulating Cooling Water显示文摘Carboxyl-functionalized SBA-15(COOH/SBA-15)was prepared by a one-pot synthesis method and characterized.COOH-SBA-15/LZM-LP,an immobilized bi-enzyme(lipase and lysozyme),was prepared using COOH/SBA-15 as a carrier.The orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the immobilization conditions with the index of corrosion inhibition.Electrochemical tests show that COOH-SBA-15/LZM-LP can significantly inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel in circulating cooling water.The corrosion inhibition rate was higher than 93%when the amount of COOHSBA-15/LZM-LP was 0.2 g/L.The inhibition mechanism was proposed and discussed from the perspective of carboxyl and enzymes.Finally,when COOH-SBA-15/LZM-LP was doped into epoxy resin,the corrosion resistance of epoxy coatings can be significantly improved,and the corrosion resistance only decreased by 0.23%after 720 h of soaking.Liu Fang Jiang Guofei Zhao Xiaoxuan Li Wei Che Yangli 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,2:1

15Hydrophobic and Magnetic Reduced Graphene Oxide Nanocomposite for Emulsified Oil Removal显示文摘Magnetic reduced graphene oxide(MRGO) nanocomposite was prepared by the chemical coprecipitation method and applied as adsorbent for removing emulsified oil from oily wastewater. SEM, TEM, XRD, FT-IR, VSM and other analytical methods were utilized to characterize the prepared MRGO. The adsorption performance of MRGO was evaluated under different initial adsorbate concentration, MRGO dosage, temperature, and pH value of the solution. The adsorption kinetics and isotherms were investigated. In addition, the MRGO repeatability was also tested. It was found that almost 65%of emulsified oil were removed by MRGO in the first 15 min. The MRGO adsorption capacity and efficiency for removal of adsorbate reached 335.85 mg/g and 92.52% within 60 min, respectively. The adsorption capacity reduced with an increasing MRGO dosage, while increased with the increase of emulsified oil concentration. The adsorption performance of MRGO in the alkaline environment was lower than that in the acidic environment. The adsorption data could well fit to the pseudosecondorder model. The Langmuir model could well describe the isotherm data.
