| 7 | Preparation and in vitro-in vivo evaluation of intestinal retention pellets of Berberine chloride to enhance hypoglycemic and lipid-lowing efficacy显示文摘Berberine chloride(BBR) is a pharmacokinetic profile of drug with poor bioavailability but good therapeutic efficacy,which is closely related to the discovery of BBR intestinal target.The major aim of this paper is to develop BBR intestinal retention type sustained-release pellets and evaluate their in vivo and in vitro behaviors base on the aspect of local action on intestinal tract. Here,wet milling technology is used to improve dissolution and dissolution rate of BBR by decreasing the particle size and increasing the wettability. The pellets are prepared by liquid layer deposition technology,and then the core pellets are coated with Eudragit~?L30 D-55 and Eudragit~?NE30 D aqueous dispersion. The prepared pellets show high drug loading capacity,and the drug loading up to 93%. Meanwhile,it possesses significant sustained drug release effect in purified water which is expected to improve the pharmacokinetic behavior of BBR. The pharmacokinetics results demonstrate that the halflife of BBR was increased significantly from 24 h to 36 h and the inter-and intra-subject variability are decreased compared to commercial BBR tablets. The retention test results indicate that the pellet size and Eudragit~?NE30 D plays an important role in retention time of the pellet,and it is found that the pellets with small particle size and high Eudragit~?NE30 D coating content can stay longer in the intestine than the pellets with large particle size. | 8 | Effects of meteorological factors on the defoliation dynamics of the larch caterpillar(Dendrolimus superans Butler)in the Great Xing’an boreal forests显示文摘Larch caterpillars are widely distributed in the Great Xing’an boreal forests;however,the relationship between caterpillar defoliation dynamics and climatic factors is poorly understood.The aims of this study are to investigate the primary weather conditions that might influence forest defoliation and to identify the most important life stage of the larch caterpillar at which forest defoliation might be mitigated by incorporating more inhibitory influences from climatic factors.The life cycle of the larch caterpillar was partitioned into four stages and multiple linear regression and mixed effect models were combined with a relative weight analysis approach to evaluate the importance and influence of meteorological variables on defoliation dynamics.The results show that warmer temperatures in growing seasons and overwintering periods can increase the defoliation area,while rainy and humid growing seasons decrease the defoliation area.Total precipitation during the early instar larval period had the greatest power to explain the variance in defoliation dynamics and had a very strong inhibitory effect,followed by the accumulative temperatures of the late instar larval period which had a positive impact,and precipitation during the middle instar larval period which had a negative impact.Weather conditions during the early instar larval period had the greatest influence on the area defoliated and accounted for 40%of the explained variance.This study demonstrates that climatic warming and drying will increase the risk of larch caterpillar outbreaks in the Great Xing’an Mountains. | Lei Fang Yue Yu Guofei Fang Xu Zhang Zhijun Yu Xudong Zhang Ellen Crocker Jian Yang | 2021 | Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,6: | 3 |
| 9 | Molecular dynamics simulations of CH4 diffusion in kaolinite: influence of water content显示文摘Understanding the interaction of CH4 with kaolinite is significant for researchers in the fields of coalbed CH4 and shale gas.The diffusion behaviors of CH4 in kaolinite with water contents ranging from 0 to 5 wt% have been analyzed by molecular dynamics simulations.The results of the simulations indicate that CH4 molecules can jump between adjacent holes in the kaolinite matrix.CH4 diffusion coefficient was very low (3.28 × 10-9 m2/s) and increased linearly with the increasing of water content.As the water content decreased,the value of radial distribution function first peak between CH4 and oxygen was larger,meaning that with lower water content,the interaction energy between CH4 and oxygen in kaolinite is stronger.The interaction between CH4 and water is linearly positively correlated with water content,in contrast,the interaction energy between kaolinite and water as well as between kaolinite and CH4 decreased linearly with increasing water content.On the other hand,the diffusion of CH4 molecules adsorbed on the surfaces also can be accelerated by the fast diffusion of water molecules in the middle micropore of the kaolinite. | Bin Zhang Jianting Kang Tianhe Kang Guanxian Kang Guofei Zhao | 2019 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2019,6,4: | 3 |
| 10 | Corrosion Inhibition by Co-Immobilized Lysozyme and Lipase in Circulating Cooling Water System显示文摘The corrosion inhibition performance of co-immobilized lysozyme and lipase was investigated in a recirculating cooling water system. Four methods were carried out in co-immobilization, and the operating parameters were optimized by using the respond surface methodology(RSM). The corrosion inhibition performance of co-immobilized lipase and lysozyme was evaluated by weight loss measurements and electrochemical measurements. The results revealed that the optimal co-immobilization method should be the sequential immobilization of lysozyme and then lipase. The inhibition efficiency was 86.10% under the optimal co-immobilized conditions. A core element of CPS is the collection and assessment of information from noisy, dynamic, and uncertain physical environments integrated with many types of cyber-space resources. The potential of this integration is unbounded. To achieve this potential the raw data acquired from the physical world must be transformed into useable knowledge in real-time. Therefore, CPS brings a new dimension to knowledge discovery because of the emerging synergism of the physical and the cyber. The various properties of the physical world must be addressed in information management and knowledge discovery. This paper discusses the problems of mining sensor data in CPS: With a large number of wireless sensors deployed in a designated area, the task is real time detection of intruders that enter the area based on noisy sensor data. | 16 | The processes and characteristics of mass balance on the Urumqi Glacier No. 1 during 1958-2009显示文摘As a solid reservoir, a glacier can regulate regional water resources. The annual net mass balance directly reflects the fluctuation of the glacier and climate variability. Based on 51 years of mass balance observation data, the mass balance of Tianshan Mountains Urumqi Glacier No. 1 experienced a nine times positive balance fluctuation and nine times negative balance fluctuation. There were 35 and 16 negative and positive balance years, respectively. From 1996/97 to 2008/09, 12 consecutive negative balance years were observed at Tianshan Mountains Urumqi Glacier No. 1. These results demonstrate that the Urumqi Glacier No. 1 is experiencing a strong negative balance, and the strongest negative balance, 931 mm w.e. (mm water equivalent), during the observation period occurred in 2008. In addition, the cumulative mass balance reached 13,709 mm w.e. in 2008. However, in 2009, the mass balance was positive at 63 mm w.e. The equilibrium-line altitude changes with the fluctuation in the mass balance, and the effective mass balance gradient is 7.4 mm/m. In this paper, the headwaters of the Urumqi River were analyzed using meteorological data from 1958 to 2009, including the average seasonal temperature and precipitation.
