2Anisotropic corrosion resistance of TiC reinforced Ni-based composites fabricated by selective laser melting显示文摘Electrochemical measurements on three planes of TiC/Inconel 718 composites fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM) were performed to study the corrosion property. The results showed that the YZplane with dense and fine columnar structures possessed high microhardness and superior corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. For the XZ-plane, a decreased anti-corrosion property was observed owing to its inhomogeneous microstructures. While the XY-plane with large irregular pores and clustered ring-like structures was more susceptible to corrosion compared with the other two planes. 4A review of real-time multi-GNSS precise orbit determination based on the filter method显示文摘Stable and reliable high-precision satellite orbit products are the prerequisites for the positioning services with high performance.In general,the positioning accuracy depends strongly on the quality of satellite orbit and clock products,especially for absolute positioning modes,such as Precise Point Positioning(PPP).With the development of real-time services,real-time Precise Orbit Determination(POD)is indispensable and mainly includes two methods:the ultra-rapid orbit prediction and the real-time filtering orbit determination.The real-time filtering method has a great potential to obtain more stable and reliable products than the ultra-rapid orbit prediction method and thus has attracted increasing attention in commercial companies and research institutes.However,several key issues should be resolved,including the refinement of satellite dynamic stochastic models,adaptive filtering for irregular satellite motions,rapid convergence,and real-time Ambiguity Resolution(AR).This paper reviews and summarizes the current research progress in real-time filtering POD with a focus on the aforementioned issues.In addition,the real-time filtering orbit determination software developed by our group is introduced,and some of the latest results are evaluated.The Three-Dimensional(3D)real-time orbit accuracy of GPS and Galileo satellites is better than 5 cm with AR.In terms of the convergence time and accuracy of kinematic PPP AR,the better performance of the filter orbit products is validated compared to the ultra-rapid orbit products.Yidong Lou Xiaolei Dai Xiaopeng Gong Chenglong Li Yun Qing Yang Liu Yaquan Peng Shengfeng Gu 2022Satellite Navigation2022,3,3:4
5Thermodynamics of Molten Pool Predicted by Computational Fluid Dynamics in Selective Laser Melting of Ti6Al4V:Surface Morphology Evolution and Densification Behavior显示文摘The three-dimensional physical model of the randomly packed powder material irradiated by the laser beam was established,taking into account the transformation of the material phase,the melt spreading and the interaction of the free surface of the molten pool and the recoiling pressure caused by the material evaporation during the selective laser melting.Influence of the processing parameters on the thermal behavior,the material evaporation,the surface morphology and the densification behavior in the connection region of the molten pool and the substrate was studied.It was shown that the powder material underwent the transformation from the partial melting state to the complete melting state and finally to the overheating state with the applied laser energy density increasing from 167 J/mm^(3) to 417 J/mm^(3).Therefore,the solidified track ranged from the discontinuous tracks with the rough surface to the continuous tracks with residual porosities,then to the continuous and dense tracks and terminally to the fluctuated tracks with the increase in the laser energy density.Meanwhile,the laser energy effect depth was maintained the positive relationship with the laser energy density.The vortex velocity obtained in the free surface of the molten pool towards to the rear region in the opposite laser scan direction promoted the melt convection to the edge region of the molten pool as the laser energy density was higher than 277 J/mm^(3),demonstrating the efficient energy dissipation from the center of the irradiation region to the whole part of the molten pool and the attendant production of the sufficient melt volume.Therefore,the efficient spreading of the molten pool and the metallurgical bonding ability of the melt with the substrate was obtained at the optimized laser energy density of 277 J/mm^(3).However,the severe material evaporation would take place as the melt was overheated,resulting in the formation of the residual pores and poor surface quality.Donghua Dai Dongdong Gu Qing Ge Chenglong Ma Xinyu Shi Han Zhang 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,9:1

13Novel Class of Additive Manufactured NiTi-Based Hierarchically Graded Chiral Structure with Low-force Compressive Actuation for Elastocaloric Heat Pumps显示文摘Elastocaloric refrigeration is the most promising green solid-state refrigeration technology to replace conventional vapor compression refrigeration.The development direction of the elastocaloric component that acts as a key part of the elastocaloric refrigeration system contains a large elastocaloric effect,low stress hysteresis,high heat exchange performance,and small driving loads.The first two indices can be realized by material modification;however,the last two are more dependent on a novel porous structure design.However,the conventional porous structure is confronted with some critical challenges,including inhomogeneous stress,a significant hysteresis area,and deformation instability under the alternating cyclic loading.In this study,a NiTi-based elastocaloric structure model with chirality feature and gradient design as innovative elements was presented,bio-inspired by the structure of the plant tendrils.A quantitative optimization for the NiTi-based elastocaloric structure was performed using the finite element analysis(FEA)method.Strain and martensite volume fraction(MVF)fields during the loading and unloading processes were predicted and evaluated.The simulated results indicated that increasing the thickness gradient g_(1) of the strip or decreasing the diameter gradient g_(2) of the structure was beneficial to achieving more homogeneous strain and martensite distribution,simultaneously with higher energy storage efficiency and specific surface area.In addition,these NiTi-based chiral structures with different structural parameters were fabricated by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).At the optimized structure parameters of g_(1)=2 and g_(2)=1.11,the LPBF-fabricated NiTi-based chiral structure could achieve an adiabatic temperature change ΔT_(ad) of 2.3 K,driving force of as low as 149.11 N,and|ΔT_(ad)/F|of as high as 15.42 K/kN at a recoverable compressive strain of 10%.Xin Peng Luhao Yuan Donghua Dai Yu Liu Dongya Li Dehui Zhu Ziyu Fang Chenglong Ma Dongdong Gu Meiping Wu 2023Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering(Additive Manufacturing Frontiers)2023,2,2:0
14Assessment of immune responses and intestinal flora in BALB/c mice model of wheat food allergy via different sensitization methods显示文摘Increasing incidences showed that food allergies have attracted more and more attention from researchers.BALB/c mice were sensitized with wheat gluten combined with aluminum hydroxide adjuvant via intraperitoneal injection,transdermal sensitization,and oral gavage sensitization route.Results showed that all the three sensitization methods could induce allergic symptoms;increase the serum antibody(total immunoglobulin E(IgE),specific IgE,IgG,IgA)and histamine content;promote the secretion of Th2 cytokines(interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,IL-13)and inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-17 A,IL-10);and inhibit the production of Th1 cytokines(IFN-γ,IL-2).However,the allergic symptoms of mice sensitized by intraperitoneal injection were the most obvious among the three models.The level of serum antibodies in intraperitoneal injection group was significantly higher than control.Subsequently,16 S rRNA sequencing technology was used to analyze the intestinal flora of mice.The results showed that the abundance of Firmicutes in the wheat protein sensitized group was lower than that in the normal group,while the abundance of Bacteroidetes was higher,and Lactobacillus was the difference marker in normal group.Bacterial species diversity analysis showed that the species richness and diversity of intestinal flora in mice were decreased,the difference between mice induced by intraperitoneal injection and normal control group mice was the most significant.Taken together,these results show that among three sensitization methods used to build a mouse model with aluminum hydroxide as adjuvant,intraperitoneal injection is the comparably best way to build a mouse sensitization mode.Chenglong Liu Chen Chen Xingyu Yan Shimin Gu Xin Jia Wenhui Fu Xiao Meng Wentong Xue 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:0
15Research on microstructure and high-temperature friction and wear properties of a cobalt-based alloy for hot extrusion die显示文摘The hot extrusion die is a key tool for determining the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of extruded products.Because its service process is subject to high temperature,high pressure,and wear,it must be resistant to these conditions.In this paper,the high-temperature friction and wear properties of a cobalt(Co)-based alloy were investigated and compared with those of a titanium carbide(TiC)cemented material.The results show that the high-temperature wear performance of the Co-based alloy is better than that of the TiC cemented material,and that Co-based materials have the potential for replacing TiC cemented materials as hot-extrusion-die materials.Due to the high density and good combination of the matrix and carbide,the carbides do not easily peel off from the matrix during the wear process.Due to the higher impact toughness of the Co-based alloys,microcracks that can cause worn-surface peeling are not easily generated.As a result,the high-temperature wear performance of Co-based alloys is found to be better than that of TiC cemented materials.QU Haixia TANG Chenglong GU Tingquan 2020Baosteel Technical Research2020,14,1:0
16Formation Process and Mechanical Deformation Behavior of a Novel Laser-Printed Compression-Induced Twisting-Compliant Mechanism显示文摘A novel compression-induced twisting(CIT)-compliant mechanism was designed based on the freedom and constraint topology(FACT)method and manufactured by means of laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The effects of LPBF printing parameters on the formability and compressive properties of the laserprinted CIT-compliant mechanism were studied.Within the range of optimized laser powers from 375 to 450 W and with the densification level of the samples maintained at above 98%,changes in the obtained relative densities of the LPBF-fabricated CIT-compliant mechanism with the applied laser powers were not apparent.Increased laser power led to the elimination of residual metallurgical pores within the inclined struts of the CIT mechanism.The highest dimensional accuracy of 0.2% and the lowest surface roughness of 20μm were achieved at a laser power of 450 W.The deformation behavior of the CIT-compliant mechanism fabricated by means of LPBF exhibited four typical stages:an elastic stage,a heterogeneous plastic deformation stage,a strength-destroying stage,and a deformation-destroying stage(or instable deformation stage).The accumulated compressive strain of the optimally printed CIT mechanism using a laser power of 450 W went up to 20% before fracturing,demonstrating a large deformation capacity.The twisting behavior and mechanical properties were investigated via a combination of finite-element simulation and experimental verification.An approximately linear relationship between the axial compressive strain and rotation angle was achieved before the strain reached 15% for the LPBF-processed CIT-compliant mechanism.Jie Gao Dongdong Gu Chenglong Ma Donghua Dai Lixia Xi Kaijie Lin Tong Gao Jihong Zhu Yuexin Du 2022Engineering2022,8,8:0
