| 1 | 极地船舶结构设计思考显示文摘冰脊和冰山与极地船体发生碰撞将影响船体结构安全,并决定船体结构设计载荷。船体结构设计应遵循基于风险的设计原则,通常涉及以下极限状态设计准则:1)服务极限状态(SLS);2)最终极限状态(ULS);3)疲劳极限状态(FLS);4)事故极限状态(ALS)。最终极限状态和事故极限状态对应于发生概率极低的船与冰脊作用以及冰山撞击事件,旨在确保船体结构不会完全损毁。然而,对于较低概率水平的冰载荷分析,需进行较大数据量的工况分析,计算耗时无法承受。为此,引入环境等值轮廓方法,来大幅减少冰载荷分析所需工况数量,并给出设计工况最有可能的冰体参数组合方式。结合最终极限状态和事故极限状态,举例说明这一方法的运用方式。环境等值轮廓方法可为现有极地船舶船体结构设计方法提供有效补充。 | Bernt J.LEIRA 柴威 Gowtham RADHAKRISNAN | 2022 | 中国舰船研究2022,17,5: | 2 |

| 12 | TiNiHf/SiO_(2)/Si shape memory film composites for bidirectional micro actuation显示文摘The martensitic phase transformation in Ti_(40.4)Ni_(48)Hf_(11.6) shape memory alloys is leveraged for bi-directional actuation with TiNiHf/SiO_(2)/Si com-posites.The shape memory properties of magnetron sputtered Ti_(40.4)Ni_(48)Hf_(11.6) films annealed at 635℃-5 min are influenced by film thickness and the underlying substrate.Decreasing TiNiHf film thick-ness from 21μm to 110 nm results in the reduction of all characteristic transformation temperatures until a critical thickness is reached.Particularly,Ti_(40.4)Ni_(48)Hf_(11.6) thin films as low as 220 nm show transfor-mations above room temperature when deposited on SiO_(2) buffer layer,which is of great interest in nano-actuation.In comparison,220 nm films on Si substrates are austenitic at room temperature,and thus not suitable for actuation.Thermal fatigue tests on TiNiHf/SiO_(2)/Si bimorphs demonstrate better functional fatigue characteristics than freestanding films,with an average reduction of 15℃ after 125 cycles,with tempera-ture stabilization subsequently.Experimental bi-directional actuation results are promising in the development of bistable actuators within a PMMA/TiNiHf/Si trimorph composite,whereby the additional PMMA layer undergoes a glass transition at 105℃.With the aid of constitutive modeling,a route is elaborated on how bistable actuation can be achieved at micro-to nanoscales by showing favorable thickness combinations of PMMA/TiNiHf/Si composite. | Sabrina M.Curtis Marian Sielenkamper Gowtham Arivanandhan Duygu Dengiz Zixiong Li Justin Jetter Lisa Hanke Lars Bumke Eckhard Quandt Stephan Wulfinghoff Manfred Kohl | 2022 | International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2022,13,2: | 0 |
| 13 | Experimental studies on liquefaction and reliquefaction potential of saturated ground subjected to repeated incremental acceleration loading with varying shaking duration显示文摘Past research has focused on the factors that influence liquefaction under normal shaking conditions.However,studies on parameters that influence the reliquefaction potential of saturated deposits during repeated shaking events are limited.In this study,an attempt has been made to examine the influence of acceleration amplitude and shaking duration on liquefaction and reliquefaction potential under repeated shaking conditions is conducted.1-g uni-axial shaking table experiments were performed on saturated ground prepared with 40%and 60%relative density.The prepared ground was subjected to alternate longer and shorter shaking durations(40 and 20 s)of repeated incremental 0.1 g,0.2 g,0.3 g and 0.4 g acceleration loading,respectively.The variation in density,excess pore water pressure(EPWP),cyclic resistance ratio(CRR)and surface settlement were estimated.The results showed that due to repeated incremental shaking events,reliquefaction was observed on the prepared ground.During longer shaking duration,the post-liquefied soil showed density improvement with improved soil resistance.However,the application of shorter duration loading followed by longer shaking reduced the beneficial effect of density improvement by disturbing the densified ground.Due to this,the ground was found to be more susceptible to reliquefaction in the subsequent incremental longer shaking event. | Gowtham Padmanabhan Ganesh Kumar Shanmugam | 2023 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2023,22,4: | 0 |
| 14 | Investigation of FOXP3 (rs3761548) polymorphism with the risk of preeclampsia and recurrent spontaneous abortion: A systemic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:To investigate the association between forkhead box P3(FOXP3)(rs3761548)polymorphism and the risk of preeclampsia and recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:Literature on the association of FOXP3 gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to preeclampsia and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion was retrieved by searching databases such as PubMed,Science Direct,Google Scholar and Embase from 2000 to 2021.The association measure was analyzed using an odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(CI).All the statistical analyses were executed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results:In the present meta-analysis,11 articles were analyzed.The pooled results showed no association between FOXP3 gene polymorphism(rs3761548)and preeclampsia risk in allelic,recessive,dominant and over dominant contrast models.FOXP3 gene polymorphism(rs3761548)showed an association with recurrent abortion in allelic,recessive and dominant models(OR 1.85,CI 1.59-2.14;OR 2.02,95%CI 1.56-2.62;OR 2.69,95%CI 1.50-4.83,respectively),while no association in the over dominant contrast model(OR 1.35,CI 0.87-2.10).Conclusions:In the present study,FOXP3 gene(rs3761548)polymorphism is associated with risk of recurrent spontaneous abortion but not preeclampsia.However,larger sample size and multiracial studies are needed in the future to confirm the findings. | Govinda Sri Varshini Sivakumar Harshini Muhammed Ali Siham Govindaraj Krishnamurthy Tejaswini Yasam Santhosh Kumar Langeswaran Kulanthaivel Gowtham Kumar Subbaraj | 2022 | Asian pacific Journal of Reproduction2022,11,3: | 0 |
| 15 | 下方玻璃体腔注射后眼内炎高发病率研究(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨下方玻璃体腔注射比上方注射出现注射后眼内炎的几率是否更高。下方小梁切除术滤过泡眼内炎的发病率高于上方小梁切除术滤过泡,有可能是因为细菌聚集在下方的泪湖。方法:经过广泛实践过的眼内炎病例数据库验证,发现在2a的研究期间内,有5例眼内炎病例。同时,为了评估注射部位对发病率的影响,对治疗过的909例1 121眼共计8672次注射进行了回顾性调查。结果:5眼出现感染性眼内炎,80%的眼内炎病例均是下方注射,尽管所选病例中84.6%是位于上方注射。与感染有关的下方注射部位的危险比是(OR)22.1(P=0.006)。结论:玻璃体腔注射后感染眼内炎的几率很小,仅为0.025%。避免在偏下象限进行玻璃体腔注射可能会进一步减小眼内炎的发病率。 | Gowtham Jonna Daniel B.
