1Antioxidant activity and total phenolic and flavonoid content of the extract and chemical composition of the essential oil of Eremostachys laciniata collected from Zagros显示文摘Objective: To examine the chemical component of the essential oil of Eremostachys laciniata and evaluate antioxidant activity of the extract.Methods: The hydrodistillated essential oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Also, antioxidant activity, total phenolic and flavonoid content were determined by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, Folin-Ciocalteu and colorimetric method, respectively.Results: The major components of the essential oil were p-cymene(21.64%), linalool(17.93%), and a-pinene(11.42%). Also, the extract obtained by methanol showed a good antioxidant activity. 2纳米流体在各种热管中的应用综述(英文)显示文摘纳米技术被广泛应用于传热装置中,以提高热性能。纳米流体应用于热管中,可降低热管的热阻,提高热管的传热能力。文中,对纳米在流体热管中的应用进行了全面的综述。阐述了纳米流体对传统热管、脉动热管、热虹膜等各种类型热管的热性能的影响。此外,发现了纳米颗粒的高效利用必须有一定的浓度;因动力黏度的增加导致颗粒团聚的可能性越高,高浓度的纳米颗粒会产生较高的热阻。热传递性能的增强是晶核位置的增多和纳米流体本身具有的更大热导率的结果。Mohammad Alhuyi NAZARI Mohammad H. 3Numerical analysis of rock fracturing by gas pressure using the extended finite element method显示文摘High energy gas fracturing is a simple approach of applying high pressure gas to stimulate wells by generating several radial cracks without creating any other damages to the wells.In this paper,a numerical algorithm is proposed to quantitatively simulate propagation of these fractures around a pressurized hole as a quasi-static phenomenon.The gas flow through the cracks is assumed as a one-dimensional transient flow,governed by equations of conservation of mass and momentum.The fractured medium is modeled with the extended finite element method,and the stress intensity factor is calculated by the simple,though sufficiently accurate,displacement extrapolation method.To evaluate the proposed algorithm,two field tests are simulated and the unknown parameters are determined through calibration.Sensitivity analyses are performed on the main effective parameters.Considering that the level of uncertainty is very high in these types of engineering problems,the results show a good agreement with the experimental data.They are also consistent with the theory that the final crack length is mainly determined by the gas pressure rather than the initial crack length produced by the stress waves.Majid Goodarzi Soheil Mohammadi Ahmad Jafari 2015Petroleum Science2015,12,2:6
4加工工艺对饲料营养物质组成、消化率和抗营养因子等指标的影响显示文摘本文阐述了饲料生产过程中机械加工和湿热加工对家禽和猪的饲料的物理性状、化学组成以及淀粉与蛋白质的消化率的影响。饲料粒径的减小会导致家禽的肌胃发育不良,也会造成猪发生胃溃疡,这与细粉碎带来的后果相一致,也是制粒、膨胀和膨化等湿热加工产生的常见后果。不溶性纤维具有高耐磨性,在饲料中添加含有此类纤维的结构性饲料成分,可能会部分抵消用上述加工工艺生产的饲料对猪和家禽造成的不良影响。对家禽和猪的饲料进行湿热加工可以改善饲料的卫生状况,减少饲料的浪费,增加动物的采食量,减少动物采食时的能量消耗,并且还可能会减少饲料中过敏原蛋白和抗营养因子的含量。对饲料进行湿热加工会影响家禽对日粮淀粉的回肠消化率,但有利于猪对日粮淀粉的回肠消化率。与目前业界普遍认同的观点相反,湿热加工对饲料中蛋白质的化学和物理性质及其消化率的直接影响可以忽略不计,即使有影响,也不一定会提高日粮蛋白质的消化率。然而,强度更大的湿热加工,即膨胀加工和膨化加工,可以减少饲料原料中抗营养因子的含量,进而提高家禽和猪日粮蛋白质和氨基酸的消化率。Jürgen Zentek Farshad Goodarzi Boroojeni 韩浩月(译) 孟祥光(校) 张配配(审) 韩浩月(制表) 2021国外畜牧学(猪与禽)2021,41,6:3
5Cervical spine fractures in osteopetrosis:a case report and review of the literature显示文摘While management of appendicular fractures has been well described in the setting of osteopetrosis, there is limited information on managing fractures of the axial spine. Here we present an osteopetrotic patient with multiple traumatic multiple, comminuted, unstable cervical spinal fractures managed with non-operative stabilization, and provide a review of the pathophysiology, genetic characteristics, and special considerations that must be explored when determining operative versus non-operative management of spinal injury in osteopetrosis. A PubMed query was performed for English articles in the literature published up to June 2016, and used the following search terms alone and in combination: 'osteopetrosis', 'spine', 'fractures', 'osteoclasts', and 'operative management'. Within four months after initial injury, treatment with halo vest allowed for adequate healing. The patient was asymptomatic with cervical spine dynamic radiographs confirming stability at four months. On four-year follow up examination, the patient remained without neck pain, and CT scan demonstrated partially sclerotic fracture lines with appropriate anatomical alignment. In conclusion, external halo stabilization may be an effective option for treatment of multiple unstable acute traumatic cervical spine fractures in patients with osteopetrosis. 17Dietary branched-chain amino acids modulate the dynamics of calcium absorption and reabsorption in proteinrestricted pigs显示文摘Background:Very low-protein(VLP)diets negatively impact calcium(Ca)metabolism and absorption.The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of supplemental branched-chain amino acids(BCAA)and limiting amino acids(LAA)on Ca digestibility,absorption and reabsorption in pigs fed with VLP diets.Forty-eight piglets were assigned to six treatments:positive control(PC),negative control(NC),and NC containing LAA 25%,LAA 50%,LAA+BCAA 25%(LB25)and LAA+BCAA 50%(LB50)more than recommendations.Results:Relative to PC or NC,LB25 and LB50 had higher digestibility of Ca and plasma Ca and phosphorus(P),but lower plasma vitamin D3.LB50 tended to increase vitamin D receptor transcript and protein in the gut,but decreased mRNA or protein abundance of parathyroid hormone 1 receptor(PTH1R),calbindin 1(CALB1),cytochrome P450 family 27 subfamily B member 1 and occludin in small intestine.LB50 increased the transcript of cytochrome P450 family 24 subfamily A member 1 and PTH1R but decreased the transcript of transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 5,CALB1 and solute carrier family 17 member 4 in kidney.Conclusion:Overall,BCAA increased Ca digestibility through regulating the transcellular and paracellular Ca absorption in the gut and reabsorption in kidney during protein restriction.Mohammad Habibi Cedrick NShili Julia Sutton Parniyan Goodarzi Adel Pezeshki 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,4:1
